“I came to Macros Inc. coaching mostly for the accountability and to lose 40 pounds, but I have gotten much more out of the experience with Lara. I have lost 30 of the pounds so far and we're not at the end of the journey. When I go out to eat, she gives me tips on how to be able to eat less when I get there but still feel satiated. She helps me to eat sensible portions of "junk food" rather than restrict myself completely and wish I had them. These two things alone are something that helped me to begin to establish a healthier mindset for the long term rather than my typical "sprint" approach of be as miserable as you can stand, but it's only temporary. She created an effective workout plan that was designed around some health limitations without any hesitation to help me to find alternatives, and while doing that, I was able to send her videos of my form and she helped me to correct it where needed. She truly made me feel like I was a priority, and that's more than I ever expected coming into this.”

“My coaching experience with Andrew was incredible. Andrew was always very kind and steadily available to assist me with any questions or anything that I was concerned about with training, diet and commitment to making these a lifestyle. He has a wealth of knowledge in various areas that I struggled with. Specifically, with people who obsess about food due to an eating disorder past. He also helped me to be able to dial into my reasons for a perpetual habit of eating mindlessly, to be able to sense if I was eating due to anger, stress, boredom, or emotional situations.
