Ordered in January for Valentines Day. I requested it to arrive on Feb 13th. When I called 2/13 they told me it would arrive Monday Feb 15th. So much for Valentines day. Their only response is they sent it Feb 8th and it should have arrived by FedEx had weather related issues. Seriously!? They should have sent it earlier knowing there were weather delays across the US.

I ordered a crate for a Valentine’s gift for someone in a different state. I paid extra for 2 day shipping. They mailed the gift to my billing address, instead of the shipping address I had provided (same shipping address listed in my confirmation/notification of being shipped email).

WARNING! Order did not arrive when promised. Tracking now indicates that my order arrival date is “pending.” Contacted customer service and have not received a response. I regret ordering from this company and encourage others to not to as well.

They say you can “Pick your delivery date” WRONG! Crates are TINY! I bought my husband a jerky crate for his birthday. I picked a delivery date during the week so my husband wouldn’t be home. The Sunday before we were sitting in the garage and all of a sudden the Federal Express guy shows up and drop the package off in our garage. My husband went to go pick it up and lo and behold the package has “Man Crates” packing tape all over the outside. He knew what it was immediately. To save grace, he acted like he didn’t. I grabbed the box and took it upstairs to open it. I also paid for the “Doom Tape” to be wrapped outside the box. It was just one layer of duct tape around the box. Which would have been OK except or the corners weren’t sealed and he could just grab it and rip it off. Not worth the $10 I paid. Total let down for the money.

Satisfied doesn't even come close to my rating! My dad was absolutely blown away by his crate! He thought it was the best thing EVER! He actually sent me a video of him using the yo-yo that came in the crate. Not bad for a 63 year old! My husband got a total kick out of his. He loved that it was wrapped in duct tape and then had to be opened using a crow bar! He wanted to know more about it so that he could use it for his dad and brother... friends too! Thank you for the incredible gifts! The timeliness of them! The Customer Service! All in all... customers for life! Thank you!

Don’t ever buy from this company because it’s a scam. I doubt they’ll even let me review go through so they can keep their image. I ordered this product from them 3 WEEKS before Fathers Day to give it plenty of time to come. The expected date of delivery was this past Thursday the 18th. After I ordered I NEVER got any updates on status of shipping which should have been my first clue. The 18th came and still nothing so I reach out to customer service on the 19th (THREE DAYS before Fathers Day) letting them know that I have not received my order or an update and that I was getting worried. Friday night I get a response that if I haven’t received and update that my order has just been lost and that I can’t even get a replacement because it’s out of stock but if I wanted something of similar price they could send that or just give a refund. I emailed back literally 10 min after the response I was given because Fathers Day is nearly here and ask if anything can get here in time? I’ll pay differences, shipping, I don’t care at this point I just don’t want to be left empty handed. Saturday afternoon rolls around (The day before Father’s Day) and still no response back so I call. The lady on the phone tells me that I am being issues a refund and that a replacement product has already been sent out and will be here today. I was confused but relieved because I thought the item was out of stock but hey at least I was going to get something in time for Fathers Day and the refund was just an added bonus. Now a few hours after taking to this lady I finally now get a response from the lady I was originally talking to through email who has informed me that nothing is coming, nothing can get here in time, but here’s a refund that should post is 1-5 business days. We’ll see if that actually happens because so far everything this company has told me has a been a downright lie and honestly I’m not even expecting a refund because I think this company is just a scam. So now it is 7pm the day before Father’s Day and I have absolutely nothing to show for it except for the fact that I’m out $70 and no present for Father’s Day. This company should be ashamed of themselves for scamming people like this. I will be making sure no one I know EVER orders from this company.

What a way to ruin a promising father's day gift. Disappointed beyond belief with Man Crates. I waited two weeks for a call regarding why they cancelled the order I put in 2 months ago; instead I received an email from the supervisor 2 DAYS before fathers day. Per company policy, supervisors are not to take calls directly from customers. I usually don't pull a "Karen" because it is tacky, but for a company to be oblivious to customer service mannerism has me looking elsewhere for gifts in the future.

It’s a nice concept but overpriced due to the quality of the crate and gift quality. Our crate was barely even glued so it came off without resistance. Customer service is amazing got immediately response with a solution.

Cute idea but overly priced, the givers were more excited than I was. Beer mug will be used at least while the grandkids are present, coasters might as well, actual tool to open will most likely be used the most, I lost similar tool and this is a handy replacement.

The entire reason I ordered these overly priced gifts was because the business is called man CRATES, and I wanted the crate for a fun gift. But, I recieved my 2 items and the crate isn't provided and nowhere on my order did it tell me that, nor ask me if I wanted one. The only reason I got them was for the crate to give my husband something fun and unique to open. I will never order from these people again...and getting ahold of anyone in the company is NOT an easy task either. Stay clear of this joke of a company. AND, if you say anything bad about the company on their Facebook page, instead of making it right, they just block you.

$144 gift arrived in decent time. However, package did not include the tool for opening. Notified company and they were quick to apologize and promise quick resolving of the problem including refund of $14.00 shipping and handling charge. It is now 7 days later and no refund, as well as no receipt of missing tool. They are almost impossible to reach by telephone and if you do it will be someone that is not at all concerned nor helpful. They prefer text messages and respond quickly but do not follow thru on those promises, As I write this we have no idea if the part has even been shipped and can't find out.

Awesome gifts for men that are not your normal gifts. Allowing me to purchase a not boring gift! They were creative with the crates and love the duct tape option.
