in my entire lifetime of being an online shopper this was hands down the WORST EXPERIENCE of my life!!!!! I bought a jacket in my usual side - fit like a toddler's jacket, went to return it and it cost me £20 to return it then got the next size up and it was absolutely huge!!!! Returned it again.. another £20 on postage. Exchanged it for trousers, again, HORRENDOUS SIZING, returned those.. another £20..and the package went "missing".. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE WITH THESE THEIVES!!!

Title: **Terrible Experience with Manière de Voir - Avoid Shopping Here!** I am deeply disappointed with Manière de Voir. I've had two awful experiences that highlight the dishonesty and inflexibility of this store. First, I bought several items, including a top in size M that had an incorporated bra, which, although labeled as M, seemed like an XS. I tried to return it after trying it on, but they told me the return period had expired, and it hadn't even been a month! I decided to give them another chance and ordered more items. One of them, a bodysuit in size M, was extremely tight, more like an XS. I sent it back, and they responded saying it was used, with a photo that showed nothing. This is completely false because I couldn't even fit into it. They kept the item and my money. I absolutely do not recommend this store. They are dishonest and don't care about their customers. Avoid shopping here if you value your money and peace of mind.

DONT BUY !!! I had an extremely disappointing experience with Manière De Voir. Their website is horrendous to navigate, with frequent glitches and an overall frustrating user experience. To make matters worse, their customer care is abysmal. It's evident that they have little regard for their customers. My recent ordeal with Manière De Voir was particularly infuriating. I placed an order to be delivered to a different address since I currently reside in Cyprus. Instead of processing my payment smoothly, they decided to flag it. This alone was frustrating, but what followed was even more ridiculous—they demanded to see my bank statements and proof of address! Who do they think they are to make such invasive demands? This is beyond unacceptable. Their service is a complete joke, and they clearly have no respect for their customers' privacy or convenience. I will never shop with Sloe again and advise others to steer clear of this horrible company.

They need to seriously revamp their delivery service. Ordered from here and twice did not receive my items even tho the delivery service they use (DSL) emailed me that it was delivered. I was able to get a partial refund for first item and opted to have second item re shipped. Well .... never received that item either!! I emailed them they're telling me to file a police report because it was stolen. No it was NOT stolen. It was not DELIVERED. They need to check their delivery providers. To make their consumers harrass the police department over matters like this is insane when it's on their delivery partners side is insane. I've ordered multiple items from many other retailers but thieves only steal their particular packages ..... ridiculous. They make it extremely difficult to get a refund. I told them just forget. Beware before ordering from this site you may not get your items.

Absolute nightmare! This company is a scam! I placed my order 11th June for $515 meant to arrive within 7 days but still haven’t heard a thing from them!!! The customer service is the worst and I am actually wondering HOW THEY ARE STILL operating??!!!!! Stay away from this company while there are so many amazing stores with great customer service out there!!!

Extremely Disappointed with Delivery and Customer Service I recently made a purchase from Manière De Voir, lured in by their promise of a 2-4 day delivery window. Knowing I would be leaving for a month-long vacation on the 4th of July, this seemed perfect. However, the nightmare began the moment my package was shipped. From the day it was dispatched, the FedEx tracking page clearly indicated that it wouldn't arrive until the 4th of July—too late for my travel plans. I immediately reached out to the customer service team to express my concerns, but all I received were canned responses and reassurances that the package would arrive by the 28th of June. Fast forward to the 28th, and the package was still stuck in the UK, showing a delivery date of July 4th. I reached out again, asking them to re-ship my order with express delivery as they had promised. Their reply was frustratingly the same: wait for 3 working days for an investigation, despite my continuous reminders of my impending departure. Even more disappointing was their evident lack of reading my emails thoroughly. Each response felt like a generic copy-paste reply, showing no real effort to resolve my issue with the urgency it required. In summary, my experience with Manière De Voir has been utterly disappointing. They failed to meet their delivery promise, and their customer service has been far from helpful. I expected much better from a company known for quality.

Their quality it's not worth the price. I've bought much better items from ASOS for a fraction of the price. I've returned the item 2 weeks ago, 24h after receiving it, and they say they still haven't received it. Bare in mind it was sent with Evri, from Sheffield to what should be their main warehouse in Warrington. (UK mainland to UK mainland). Appalling customer service. When you contact them they just send you standard prewritten messages about how you will get an email when they receive it. This company is a massive joke.

Huge dissapointment!!! I have returned an item-they say lately- I would argue. Anyhow, the application for returns allowed to select the item for return. They made me pay 15.5 eur as return fee. It has been 6 weeks since I have returned the item when I wrote an email asking for my refund. They told me that I have made the return late and they are not refunding the price. So! They are keeping the returned item, they are keeping my money and made me pay an unecessary 15 eur return fee. Unethical, unproffessional. The clothes are okay but if you have the slight minor inconvenience dont count on their customer service and customer treatment. Not my last review I can assure!

A terrible company! I have tried ordering items on multiple occasions and there customer services has been horrendous. I've received items complete deformed, dirty. Their customer service tends to blame everyone else, including my body shape, for their manufacturing issues. Rather than simply apologizing and offering a free refund, they make you pay for return shipping of the defective items.

THEY GAVE ME THEIR COMPANY LINK TO TRACK THE RETURNS AND ITS NOT THE ORIGINAL FROM GLS, AND ALSO GAVE A FAKE INFORMATION!!! THE ORIGINAL GLS TRACKING WEBSITE SAID ITS DELIVERED/RETURNED ON THEIR STORAGE SINCE 16.01 9am!!!!!! REFUND MY MONEY!!!!

Faulty/damaged/poor service Ordered a jacket, was sent out and it was ripped from inside lining. The collars on the jacket were uneven and unwearable. The customer service was poor did not want to help at all wouldn’t accept a refund or replacement. Literally said I have to deal With it. BE CAREFUL BEFORE YOU BUY!!

Très mauvaise expérience. Je leur demande simplement de me rembourser les frais de retour de 10€ car c’est de leur faute si je retourne le colis (colis arrivé avec énormément de retard + quand j’ai ouvert le paquet il y avait une odeur extrêmement désagréable j’avais l’impression que les vêtements sortaient d’un local à poubelle.) et ils refusent. De plus, le colis en plus d’être arrivé en retard a été envoyer en deux paquets différents pour 2 articles achetés. Ils veulent simplement encombrer leur client. Bref je n’achèterai plus jamais. Je n’ai même pas essayé les habits mais vu l’odeur…200€ une jupe qui pue les égouts et la qualité ne doit pas être non plus au rendez vous.
