“I bought 2 Rosie bras from M&S at £26 each.I liked the style and design of this product and purchased two in different colors. However after first wash the green bra had a split and I noticed the ivory one had the same too which got rather larger after the second wash. After notifying M&S of this issue they refunded the ivory bra but refused to refund the green bra as the tear wasn't large enough and in their opinion it was down to use of biological detergent. I NEVER USE BIOLOGICAL DETERGENT by the way!! My advise is to stay clear of this product, brand and potentially M&S items as they seem to have lost sight of why anyone would purchase from M&S. I have bras that have cost me much less than this and have served me for the better of 4 years! Unlike the less than a month blame it on detergent quality from M&S!! I have since raised this issue with M&S and also provided a review on the product which they have refused to publish. I will be taking next steps as their current approach definitely infringes on my consumer rights.”

“I wish to express my thanks for member of staff at your store in Church Street Liverpool his name was David who I believe was on work experience.David went out of his way to direct me to the restaurant even going so far as to take my sister and I personally down a floor and escorted us to the restaurant. He showed such courtesy and politeness and I hope he has a successful working career in your store.This is so seldom experienced now days but one which we used to expect from Marks &Spencer. Thank you David so rare in our shop assistant these days.”

“Visited Marks in Liverpool and was very disappointed with the ladies clothes selection. The new stock is as dull as last season and the sale items are just like a jumble sale. When you sales shop, the clothes need to be on the correct sized hangers or you're just wasting time rummaging and give up. Please somebody do something!”

“I was very disapointed after visiting m&s at the vanguards at monks cross today. I took my daughter for a bra fitting. They didn't have the stock, they measured her incorrectly, and to finish things off she was given a bra to try on that was 4 times to big yes it's true and unbelievable. I think the staff need to be retrained as this is not acceptable. I then took her to John Lewis where the staff were different again really helpful measured her to her correct size and we were able to purchase the goods. I did tell them about the bad experience I had and it didn't surprise them.”

“I like to write good reviews for companies that deserve it because often times people only speak out when they have a complaint. Marks's deserves some credit where credit is due. I order all my lingerie/shapewear/bras and as long as you know your size and what will look good, it's the best way to shop. They have a pretty wide selection of everything and I even bought my nursing bras etc. Ha, too much info, but you get the point. They are consistently the cheapest and always have what I want in stock.”

“I get all my christmas presents at Mark's every year. I order everything from stocking stuffers to Christmas dinner to gifts. With the exception of toys, they have everything I need. Delivery is fast and always comes when it is supposed to. And I look out for the 3 for 2 offers as they always help me save.”

“Looking for a new dishwasher went on their website and was somewhat disappointed with very minimal info re secification of the chosen dishwasher. Tried to ask the assistant about other features and accessories of the machine but she just replied that they only guarantee whats listed (saying this is info they get from manufacture - strange how some other sellers can give complete spec lists! and M&S can´t). A supervisor who I spoke to after that would not confirm that the model they supply will have exact spec and extras as listed by Bosch in their tech spec. They told me to go to Bosch to ask for full spec so I did but they would not confirm that what they supply will have what the manufacturer states it should have. If there is anything missing they will not accept that the dishwasher isn´t as described - unbelievable!!! Just lost themselves a customer as they seem to be ignorant and did not appear to care if customer goes elsewhere (my neighbor is looking for a cooker - will not buy now from them either).
