Hello. Non of the above was a problem. My issue is. We’ve just had your new caramel hot cross buns!! I will use the word caramel loosely as there was non. The most disappointing food item I’ve ever had from Marks and Spencer

I've been a good customer of M&S clothing for years but I am unlikely to continue to be so following your installation of primarily self scan tills at Wolstanton store. Today there were only 2 people on the general till dealing with one person with a problem causing severe queue. Only one helper on the self scan tills and all had customers waiting for help. My problem was getting the credit card loyalty vouchers to work. No instructions. Lots of disgruntled customers. Very few staff. Wanted gift receipt but unable to work this out on the machine. Retrograde step M&S and you're likely to lose customers and goodwill.

Now disappointed by lack of staff to help. No chairs in store for the elderly. Machines are fine if you have good eyesight, good hearing and are computer literate. You are excluding your most loyal customers. I am voting with my feet.

I had a beautiful sparkle candle in a glass holder as present. I went to use it, tried to take very the large label off only for half the label to be left behind ! I know when I try to remove the rest of the label it will be impossible and possibly scratch the glass. Very disappointing as there are easy peel labels on the market M&S could have used.

awful awful customer service. Bought a faulty duvet (expensive goose & down) that is flat in some areas. It's not plumping up and I think some squares have more filling than others. Customer service admit that this is not normal standard but hide behind their no refund or exchange policy. If a company admits that a product isn't meeting normal standards, surely the customer should be refunded - keep that loyal customer happy so that they buy from you again and not your competitors. Well I will not be buying online again. I'm so unhappy with how Ive been treated. I do my food shop in their stores, but don't want to give them a penny more after this incident.

The new style food shops of marks and spencer are not designed purely for the pop in and get a few bits and maybe lunch any longer. It lends itself to a full weeks shopping trip, isles are wide and easy to manoeuvre, plenty of choice more like a delicatessen than a main stream supermarket. And one must never forget the “yellow label” search and get excellent food for even cheaper!

Gastropub meals are overpriced in comparison to value for money. £6.50 for about £1.50 worth of food. Tasty = yes. Size of meal = child’s portion. (And I personally only eat very small meals (5’ 6” @ 9.4 stone)) Amount of meat expected = minimal. I’d personally go to Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Aldi, Lidl etc. better value for money! Won’t be buying again! Also had the style of a boil in the bag army meal.

I live in South Africa and sent mum a bunch of flowers to the U.K. for Mother’s Day. She is elderly and these types of communications speak volumes. I was surprised to not have heard from her by the end of last Sunday so I checked to see when the delivery had happened and the flowers had been dropped off at completely the wrong house! Luckily I had a pic from the couriers proof of delivery, but my poor mum had to get dressed and walk to the house in the pouring rain and carry the box back! A totally ruined surprise, not to mention shambles on every level! I contacted M&S and their response was a basic ‘sorry your mum had to walk in the rain’ and send me a £10 e-card which is of no use to me as I live in Africa, and it’s also of no use to my mother as she wouldn’t know what to do with it! I also don’t want to spend more money with this company! I told M&S all this and they couldn’t care less - saying that they are sorry that I’m not satisfied!!!

Just visited M&S Castle Point, so disappointed in quality of own brand ladies clothing, poor quality, poor display (on hangers, garments full of creases, you need to invest in some steam irons) cheap nasty fabrics. Certainly not the store it once was, up your game M&S. I must say the gents section looked very smart in comparison.

OMG ! When did M & S stop caring about their customers. The founders would be turning in therir graves. I have very unsuccessfully tried to log a complaint about flowers( well a sorry bunch)sent to me by my son for Mothers Day. I have TRIED to log a complaint online.....unsuccessful. I did manage to speak to someone on the phone but she was totally uninterested. gave me a website address and told me to attach photos of said flowers. Did exactly that to be taken to FAQ's and around the block we go again. Eventually, chat online popped up and asked the question... how could they help.....again having to explain the situation.....given the same INEFFECTIVE useless information. I would love to send my Son a photo of the flowers displayed in a vase but would not insult him. I am upset for him that he has wasted his money. BUYERS BEWARE.....DO NOT SEND ONLINE FLOWERS AS YOU DO NOT SEE WHAT YOU ARE PAYING FOR and a waste of time trying to contact customer service. They are not interested

I was given a Marks and Spencer gift card for £40 I went online and it was accepted. There was an additional £3.99 to pay so I put that on my credit card. A month later my card bill came through with the full amount £43.99 charged. Of course I had the clothing by then and have thrown the used gift card away. Marks and Spencer just say their system wasn't showing a gift card. I have been charged £40 for their faulty system. I will tell people not to buy me M&S gift vouchers in future and recommend you avoid them too

"Made Without" Chicken Goujons. Made almost without Chicken! The pack states 50% Chicken but the cooked product comprised only goujon shaped GF breadcrumb with a white streak in the centre. I would guess FAR LESS than even 10% of chicken. There was virtually no nutritional value whatsoever. This needs reporting to trading standards. At least the percentage meat content of pork and beef sausages is protected by law. The same should be true of other products like chicken goujons, especially when they state it on the pack.

I travelled 20 miles yesterday to collect my order: an M&S handbag. On the last mile, I got a msg: ‘No delivery yet to store’! I walked the last mile, to see if there just might be that handbag in-store and -- sure enough, there it was with a lot of others on a rack. Could I collect that one? Oh, no: that wasn't the one I’d ordered and there was no way to cancel! I'd have to make a NEW PURCHASE, doubling my cost until money came back from the order! I even felt sorry for the department manager, who had no authority in the dystopian disconnect between SHOP and BUYING ONLINE. M&S, you’ve made us all victims of your nifty, profit-driven algorithms. P.S. Today I got a message: 'Order in-store; ... Come and collect' !
