Marks and Spencer stolen 95.50 pounds from me. I contacted the customer service team , sent the emails with evidence that I was cheated however they just ignored all my emails and calls . It seems like this is a new way of making money for Marks and Spencer. This is to think twice before purchasing anything from them online. You will be cheated . Customer service will ignore all your emails and calls. Since 24 of March I am emailing, calling however everything is ignored. The proof of all above mentioned is available.

I have just seen the reviews on the Torquay Marks and Spencers the way in which the General Manager and Commercial Manager spoke and treated the customer that had made a complaint against the commercial manager for his arrogant behaviour it clearly shows that M+S don't value there customers and how the section manager can send the police to his home accusing him of sending her flowers with a note shouting at the staff in the store putting a review on her car and and always coming in her store which i think to get his shopping how do they sleep at night what they did was cruel and nasty she makes jimmy sav look good what a way to promote Marks and Spencers with all her Lies i believe he was engaged so i don't think she had much to be concerned about she clearly has big issues and then i believe she had him Banned from her store if she reads this she should be ashamed of what she did the fact that this gentleman could have taken her to court for making false allegations shows how forgiving he must be the whole thing is very nasty on there part

Tried to return a item but clicked on wrong return method now there is no way of rectifying it. Had problems in the past too with wrong items sent to me and costing me a fine on my m and s credit card!

I was at your Glasgow fort store and there is a lady at the till points called liz what a helpful lovely woman she is a ray of sunshine and she is a credit to your company they should mould her 🤗

Trying to order a bra online..it says there's 5 left or 2 left in my size ..go to the checkout ..fill in details and then tells me there's no stock! So frustrating..never have my size in stores ..will use other retailers in future..sort your website out!

I am normally proportioned trim lady 5'1" in height and weigh 8st 9lbs. There are a few of us out there so why does M&S no longer cater for the likes of me. I have just bought a pair of short/petite jeans, the very shortest they do, and they are literally dragging on the floor. The average women size now in the UK is 16 and clearly M&S are no longer interested in providing any kind of a service to those that don't conform to that profile.

Kingston upon Thames cafeteria is quite the best for customer satisfaction. Area very clean, staff very friendly, polite and professional. Special mention for Nuria who is by far the best, she makes everybody feel we are part of the family. Many thanks

I am customer for years and I always buy they Woman underwear Recently I purchase online the same product I bought for years flex fit knickers The same size I didn’t change the size myself when I compare the old ones with the new ones they change shape that old was Little bit more high waist and cut higher on the legs Very disappointed why do I have to change something what was good already they was perfect before perfect cut perfect material now I feel like I waste my money I can’t wear it and unfortunately I will not purchase again I totally understand the companies sometimes try new things but when something is working and it’s perfect don’t change it just make it nuance and make sure customers actually know about this change anyway very disappointed to be honest it’s not only one product many things change about Marks & Spencer shame used to be so good

Absolutely shocking customer service .lack of care lack of knowledge and most of all no communication skills .my query turned into a complaint after speaking to 4 people about my query i. Lost for words and feel upset and don't want to shop there anymore that's had awful it all makes me feel after 50 years of being a customers I am not having to speak to people who carnt do there jobs .the customer service team you have in place let down all the lovely teams you have in stores shame on you for letting this happen .

Bought my mother flowers for Mother’s Day, they arrived on time on Sunday morning unfortunately on opening they were half dead or dying with wilted foliage in dry packaging and box.I emailed M+S on receiving and have heard nothing, however 5 days later looking at dead flowers I felt I needed to contact them as the bouquet wasn’t cheap. In their defence the customer service was excellent however I think M+ S need to look at their suppliers as this doesn’t appear to be an isolated incident. Sadly I wouldn’t use you again.

Have to say I am from the old school customer and always thought marks and Spencers training to all staff and managers was the customer is the most important person that enters there store or food hall but sorry to say clearly not in Torquay there so called flagship store the general manager commercial manager and section manager ie Mrs Thomas Mr Harris and Moxhay have not only let Marks and Spencers down but the innocent shopper who’s only crime was being kind to staff showing him good customer service skills unlike these managers yet these managers ganged up together and had him banned from there store saying giving staff card’s with money in was against there policy’s yet the staff took it and spent it and thank him for it but the way these managers spoke to this gentleman is shocking just read there reviews and yet no one from HR has explained how theses managers can get away with this shocking behaviour I would personally be ashamed if the whole of England new that’s how I spoke to a loyal customer of 20+years it’s what a 7 year old child would do putting your hands over your ears when you don’t want to here the truth I agree what three of them did was Evil and nasty but they have to live with there cruelty but have or show some remorse for what you did

My son wanted to surprise me with fresh Mother’s Day flowers What I got was half dead bouquet I complained and was sent replacement flowers a few days after Mother’s Day Never mind they spoilt my sons gift to me Then have the nerve to send me not much better than the last bouquet I have always rated M & S BUT not anymore How dare you send rubbish and charge for it Yes I threw them away

I purchased a Sweatshirt for my husband for his birthday, which was in the sale. I purchased it 10 days before his birthday, not realising that you only had 14 days to return as i was not told this at the till, apparently it's on the receipt, which i didn't look at as i was rushing, only checked that the price was right. On trying it on, it was too small & as i couldn't get back to the shop until later in the week, took it back for a bigger size, money back or money on a gift card. I was told that, due to my receipt being 4 days out of date, i could not exchange, money back or gift card. I had to bring the Sweatshirt back home, which will now go into the charity bag as there is no-one else it will fit in the family. Had i know about the 14 day return policy, i would not have purchased it in the first place so really angry that i have wasted my money.

I have just seen the review on Torbay's M+S these Manager's should have been dismissed for the way they spoke to one of there customer's and for HR to sit back and do nothing at all only make's them as guilty as there managers its been made very clear M+S definitely do not value Loyal customer's so why should we give you are custom if i was one of these managers i would be so ashamed and deeply embarrassed for being named and shamed and for treating a customer in that way that they did but would have to say its a great store apart from the Torbay store which these manager's have destroyed i as one would definitely never shop in that store it should have been them that was Banned from the store think to say Evil and Nasty would be a under statement and being to kind to the three of them and if it is against there policy for staff to take money from a customer yet Mr Harris took £100 from this customer how corrupt is he and then to say's we can take it but must give it to charity how very confusing but all for a good cause would you not say

OMG after reading the way these managers spoke to the customer they eventually Banned from there store i would like to start with Mr Harris the gentleman made a complaint about your rudeness towards him to the HR department and yet you approached him and said HR will just pay lip service with you and i feel so sorry for you the customer OMG and how proud you must be of yourself you are a disgrace Mr Harris. Then i would like to move on to the general manager Mrs Thomas you took the same customer outside the store and took him to the side of the building and said your job there was to protect your staff and the good name of your store and when the gentleman went to speak back to you you turned your back to him and put your hands over your ears and said i don't want to here what you have to say and if he made a complaint again you would stop him from shopping in your store which true to your word you did just that how the hell can you think that is the way to speak to a loyal customer even the man that collects the trolleys heard what you said and now moving on to Mrs Moxhay to ring 101 and send the police to the gentleman's home accusing him of sending you flower's being rude to the staff in store and putting a review on your's and your girlfriend's car's which was all made up Lie's what the three of you did just show's everyone that read's this just how Evil you all are and if you think this is the way to treat a customer then you definitely don't belong in Marks and Spencers you should have all been made to apologise to this gentleman and then sacked it's one of the most shocking reviews i have ever read its all over TORBAY and so it should be you must of Disliked this man so much to do what you did even HR can't explain your behaviour how upset this innocent man must be fleeing

Bought a tray of sandwiches and rolls for Mothers day. They were delicious, however the packaging was awful in that it was 100% plastic surely you can do better than that?

Ordered flowers 3weeks prior to Mother’s Day, with nominated delivery day. Not delivered!!! Needless to say not impressed as I had to buy more flowers to give as gift. Customer service not helpful! Will not use flower service again

With the treatment I received from the management at Torquays marks Spencers CLOSE it they don’t deserve to be in a job just read there reviews it brings tears to your eyes

After reading the reviews on marks Spencers Torquays flagship store how customers like myself find it so upsetting to read that a section manager Nikki could send the police to a customer’s home accusing him of thing’s that were all lies and he was completely innocent what a nasty horrible thing to do to a gentleman that had shopped there for 20 years or more is this how marks and Spencers reward there customers that store name is ruined 😡 well done Nikki
