Ordered a pair of tights off line ,paid for express delivery. Still not received the tights three weeks later and so difficult to chase the order. Won't be ordering from m & s again

Bought three simple white men’s t-shirts recently. Washed and dried once and they have shrunk which tells me they are poor quality. The length has shrunk by approximately 30mm and the width by approximately 20mm. Someone at M&S is not doing a good job sourcing me materials. Won’t be going again.

Have to say we would agree with the review's on Torquay's Marks + Spencer's my husband and myself had dealings with the general manager Mrs Thomas who was absolutely horrible she was so rube and arrogant to us she behaved like a chav we were so mad we walked away and said how the hell did she get the job as a store manager my husband said at least she didn't Ban us from the store because it seems she is very good at Banning people they should just close the store completely most of the section managers look like they have won the lottery and lost the ticket there more chiefs than indians its not surprising the staff look so unhappy

From start to finish my experience of ordering a wardrobe online has been fantastic. I have been updated re delivery and assembly of the wardrobe all the way. The delivery/assemblythis morning was brilliant .... on time, fast, efficient .... a great service. The wardrobe looks brilliant, I am very pleased with it.

Hello I visited your Colchester Branch it is fab. I had a bra fitting and I wish I took the ladies name she was so kind and patient and her knowledge was so good and she gave me practical advice aswell. This lady made Marks and Spencer £110.00 today from me as she was brilliant My appointment was at 11:30am on the 5th March Thank you

I have read Torquay marks Spencers reviews how do these managers get away with speaking to a customer like they did and to add insult the general manager banned him from her store saying to reward staff for excellent customer service was against her policies how evil 👿 can one be

if the general manager Claire Thomas and her so called team can treat and speak to a long term customer in the way they did its more than shocking. they are the talk of Torbay in a very bad way she should have been sacked for what she did and to represent M+S in that way i am sure that wasn't part of her training what a horrible person she and her team are if that's what Marks and Spencers think of there long term customers then just close your doors and walk away if i was Claire i would be so ashamed and embarrassed that i had been named for what i am

After reading Torquay Food Hall's review's its absolutely descusting the general manager Claire Thomas can take a innocent customer outside after he made a complaint against one of her management team's for his arrogant behaviour toward's him she would then take the customer outside where no one could see or here them and say to the customer my role here is to protect the good name of my store and my staff and then when the customer went to speak back Claire Thomas put her hands over her ears turned her back on the customer and said i don't want to here what you have to say what a CHAV and then she tells her staff not to engage with that customer when he comes in to the food hall or even help him and hopefully he will get the hint and shop elsewhere she has enough customer service her head to blow the head off a matchstick she should have been SACKED everybody in Torquay say how cruel she what she should have been saying is her role as manager should be to make sure the customer has the best experience possible when shopping in my store that's what you should be saying CLAIRE THOMAS and stop behaving like a CHAV

Yes i have to say regarding the Desperate Dan review if you want to meet the most Nastiest Managers on this planet and Definitely the three Managers never to get involved with it starts with the General Manager Claire then the Area Manager Harris and last of all the worst of them all is Nicola who has so many Histrionic issues she shouldn't be working there the staff say even good morning from her is a LIE they say your as good as your leader which tells you everything about Thomas its very sad to say they have destroyed Torquay's Food Hall's good name and all because a customer made a complaint to the Executive team over the way Harris spoke to him and thats what Marks and Spencers call pay back;s

Marks Spencers absolutely disgusting 🤢 most food retailers welcome there customers with open arms yet There section manager sends the police to a customer’s home accusing him of sending her flowers 🌸 the one’s she told her Boyfriend she won in a raffle at work yuck 🤢 yuck desperate Dan Marks and Spencers value yr customer’s if you want to keep your doors open

OMG when you read what the General Manager and Area Manager and the section Manager Nicola did to the Gentleman called Dale it is so Nasty and Horrible and yet head office clearly support that kind of Behaviour from there Managers and clearly the customer means absolutely nothing to M+S Nicola should have been sacked i understand from the staff she has a permanent brown ring around her lips the three of them have damage the great reputation that food hall once had i now have stopped shopping in that food hall after hearing laughing and joking with staff at what she did i wouldn't sleep at night

COMPLIANT Have to say what General assistant Nikki what she did to this Lovely customer Dale that shopped in this store regularly is one of the most unpleasant things i have ever seen or witnnessed to take place in our store she was absolutely horrible to this man and it didn't take long for her colleges to join in with her and they would even Lie for her thats how powerful she is or should i say how evil she is the staff were are all not surprised she experienced anxiety when or if she saw him in the store or outside of the store i would to if i Lied and was so horrible to someone in the she way she was my advice to any customer that comes in our store do not complain to the general manager Claire or the Executive team because they certainly won't help or listen to you the customer my advice would be to keep out of the Torquay food hall

have to say if so called managers can keep there jobs after treating a innocent gentleman that had done nothing wrong there is something seriously wrong with this company how would you ever be able to explain sending the police to someones home with no evidence what's so ever i personally would have contacted Devon and Cornwall police and made a formal complaint but unfortunately for those kind of people even good morning is a Lie and yes they can live with it because thats the chav'y world they live in it is very sad that someone so tiny could be so Nasty

Re the Valentines day review i have personally read Torquay's reviews and my questions to these managers would be Mrs Thomas Mr Harris and Nicola how could you possibly explain to the HR department why you would speak and treat a long term customer in the manor that each of you did and to send the police to his home with nothing more than made up Lies did you really hate him that much all of your behaviour is shocking and to have no remorse for what you did most people wouldn't find that funny at all Nikki you have given a great store a very bad name

Valentines Day have to say this is a day i am sure Dale will never forget after having what he thought was a private conversation with a friend at Marks+Spencers lead to section manager Nikki not content with getting him banned from her store she then sent the police to his home accusing him of sending her flowers with a card these were the flowers she told her husband she won in a raffle at work so not only does she LIE to her husband she then LIES to the police i hope there isn't a minute in the day that she stops and thinks how she persecuted a completely innocent man despite his plea the flowers weren't from him and he said he was very sorry that the conversation he had with a friend had got back to here he was just being polite saying he thought she was attartive and the conversation he had got back to her but what she did was cruel and horrible so lets hope there isn't a day goes by that she regrets her Lies but unfortunately the staff say she jokes about it and finds it all very funny and says that's what happens when you mess with me which says everything about her

Marks & spencer onion rings (Crisps lime green packet) were always full of onion flavour. over the last 6 months I have tried 6 times at different stores countywide and They now have NO FLAVOUR. no doubt changed supplier or supplier has cut back. Product now poor

ordered flowers, chocolates and champagne to be delivered to celebrate my niece's wedding day. It was damaged early on the day of delivery, marked as action needed at midday. Item was not replaced or delivered and I wasn't notified until I tracked the parcel and contacted M&S to see what was happening. They couldn't redo the order until 2 days later so went for a refund but it meant the day was unmarked and I won't be using M&S again for this kind of essential thing.

Bought a sale item online and went to return it but told that it was outside of the 14 day return window (by 5 days) for sale item refunds. I pointed out that this information is no where in any of the receipt/order emails I received but I was told that is 'common knowledge' by the manager in the store. She gave me an online customer service number to call. Person I spoke to said that there is nothing that can be done, again I pointed out that I was not notified of the shorter window to be able to refund sale items, and that given that I have been a loyal customer for so long (over 8 years), could I please be given some discretion and get a refund. The 'customer service' person's advice was to go to a different M&S store and maybe the attendant will use their discretion and give me a credit note. This is the online 'help' I received from someone who is employed for 'customer service' support for an order I placed online. I'm lost for words. It would have been better if she had just stuck to saying 'No'. What a joke. This is not just any customer service; this is Marks and Spencer customer service, who have just lost 4 loyal customers.
