“I thought my wool would arrive much faster than what it did. It used to take 2 days. Now it takes a week. I believe you have changed couriers which is a mistake.”

“Fast delivery. I purchased a pattern for my wife as a present thinking it was a physical pattern but to be sent a digital copy. Would love it to be clearer that it's a pdf format as I would never of ordered if I had known. Wool is lovely thanks”

“delivery much slower than anticipated despite excellent recommendations from other people on crochet group website. reminder placed via e mail and order then recd within a couple of days. Very happy with order and quality of wool recd.”

“I was very pleased with original order I bought for my 89 year old Aunt's Christmas.She started knitting a jumper with the sky blue but unfortunately ran out of wool.I reordered another two balls but when they arrived were a different shade.Very Disappointed as she is unable to finish the jumper.”

“I love the yarn but the service was confusing I received a disphash email on the 2nd jan 2015 but In fact my parcel wasn't dispatched untill the 5th when I rang the ladie did say the parcel wasn't sent untill the 5th so overall im quite disappointed in my first experience with yourselves as I expected my parcel earlier due to the dispatch email thanking you maria mc guigan”

“Received my yarn quickly. I chose the £1 yarn. The colours are lovely but unfortunately the yarn feels more like 4ply embroidery thread to knit with. I am disappointed as I purchased the yarn on behalf of a knitting group knitting baby clothes for Africa. As a lot of sets are knitted I hoped this may help keep costs down. I have used the yarn in combination with a thicker yarn and this seems to work.”

“I did misread one of your promotions, so when I made my first order I was expecting free p&p instead I paid the full price. After sending Marriner an e.mail it would seem the free p&p was only for wool orders over £25 and not just any type of orders, (I had an order of wool and patterns). In my opinion, it would have been better to have been more explicit as to what was on offer and, maybe have a specific box to fill in on order form for first time customers with an offer.”

“Wasn't happy at recieving copied patterns. Should have been informed it was not an original. Received 1 knitting pattern and 1 crochet but the offer stated 2 knitting patterns.”
