“I gave the highest rating because I am very impressed with the way the gentleman I have been talking to has been polite, understanding and patient with me even though we spoke so many times but I was very undecided. He was very patient with me, never lost his cool but remained polite and gave me space to think things through. I actually made lots of enquiries with other companies and could have taken out the insurance with a couple of them but after thinking of the hard work Liam put in and how nice and patient he was with me, I decided to take out the policy with Mason Scott. Also, OneFamily seems to offer a bit more money and hopefully, they will live up to their name and treat me like part of the family.”

“I had great service from Mason Scott. Liam, who dealt with my policy, from start to finish, was amazing. His customer service was probably the best I've come across, very polite, helpful and informative. Very happy with my policy arranged by mason scott and all communication from them.”

“From start to finish the service provided has been fantastic. The friendly staff, nothing has been too much trouble. Even when I've arranged for someone to call and due to me being out at work (As an SEN TA) and maybe having a busy day or not getting chance to get paperwork sorted, the staff have been understanding and called at a more convenient time. I would highly recommend Mason Scott. And considering that my partner is looking to do his life insurance now, but decided to go direct to the company he chose (which incidentally is the same as mine).....he's had nothing but hassle. So I'm thrilled that my experience was hassle free.”
