“Travis did a great job on massage, but this the 2nd time I went in with a gift card & the second time they charged almost double what a non member pays for a massage after the massage is done. When I questioned the price after booking online for a non member $75 massage. They made an excuse saying I was a cancelled member and my massage was $125, instead of $75 as stated online when I booked it as a non member price. I was never a member and told them that but they insisted the computer said someone had gifted me a 3 month membership years ago and I cancelled it. Funny I had only been there once with a gift card years ago and I told them that. I believe if I ever had a 3 month membership I would have been there more than once. Doesn’t make much sense to me but they make sure to ask how much is on your gift card and make sure you spend most of on 1 service. If you are wanting to gift someone a massage please go elsewhere unless you want to pay almost double. I was also told I have until April to use the remaining $13 on my $160 gift card. They also require a credit card to be on file in addition to the gift card just to book your appt. It is also stated online which is true 10 min before and after is subtracted from your 60 min massage making it about 40 minutes. I have gone elsewhere to have massages and they do not subtract dressing time like that.”

“I was a new client to massage envy and i had high exceptions. I requested a full body massage which i got the room was wonderful heated table music and very relaxing. I got a young man he had to be new as well. He was so soft and delicate like my 12yr old son. I was very disappointing, i didnt say anything because i thought it was maybe just a warm up at first then they would get into the deep tissue. I was i wanted a medium to hard touch. My body was aching so bad i knew he was going to get all the knots out. I didnt get any relief it couldnt get relaxed like when you normally get a massage you feel good they hit all your pressure points especially if they feel how tensed you are. I normally go to this place off 23rd $40 an hours and its amazing but unfountlly due to covid19 they shut down. I really dont paying more money if its worth it. I never in life will return unlesss another person can show me something different. I still tiped the guy i kept telling him harder and even though i am small he would not hurt me. Im really upset i finally treated myself and didnt get what i needed or wanted. Prove me wrong i will refer lots of people if not your on my bad list”
