Dishwasher stopped working again two days later and they won’t respond to messages or pick up the phone. Avoid at all costs”
“Awful service.!They kept on saying they will come but never did..they only came fast for the initial visit to collect my washing machine and to collect money upfront. I am living in dubai for long time now..and I never experienced such liars..this was the first time. They did fix the washing machine but it came back leaking..kept on saying they will fix it but they never did. I personally do not recommend this company!”
“AWFUL LIARS!! our dish washer was leaking water so we called them and the tank was broken according to them. They took our dish washer and promised to repair it within 2 days, but it took them 10 DAYS!! unorganized time management and they kept postponing the time from 2pm saying they are coming soon then ended up coming at 5 pm!! We had to watch over them try to fix it and they had to have 3 tries! NEVER do business with these liars!”
“I would like to make a formal complaint on the services provided by the third party company Master fix business who does the fixing .. first of all I had an appointment that I was told was available to me when i scheduled the date. Then the technician and or master fix changed the date with out giving me any options. And when I contacted them. They refused to allow me to reschedule .. I mean who does that?? So I made proper arrangements and took off work and the technician did not show up and will not answer the phone.. I’ve missed money at work for a no show for master fix. This is unexceptionable and so un professional.. worse experience ever..”
“Master fix came and collected my hood and wanted upfront payment (which I stupidly did) claiming a new one would be delivered within 48hrs - 4 weeks later still waiting. They claimed to have ordered the wrong part, when I asked for my money back said it will take one week (still waiting).”
“Just wanted my oven fixed, they charged $70 to come, said it was a thermostat fixed it was heating up good then 15minutes after they guys left it started beeping, I called the company to send them back but nobody answered, I turned off the breaker but sat in the dark. The next day I called again and was told they would come in 2 days.. so I could sit in the dark or listen to the beeping, they finally came today (day 3) same guys stopped the beeping good heat again and 15 minutes after they left it started again,when I called for them to come back I was told to unplug it from underneath ( I had no idea there was a plug underneath) if someone would have said that 3 days ago I wouldn't have sat in the dark for 3 days”
“Yes i called them for the third time. They don’t want to come out because they do not have competent people. I could of bought a new dishwasher for what i paid them. Do not use this company. They will not call u back if there is a problem. They really deserve no stars!!!”
“I hired Masterfix to repair my oven in May 2024. They charged $500 to replace the heating element. Not even six months later, the heating element is no longer working in the oven. I just heard from Masterfix that they will not stand behind their parts or labor. I would expect a $500 repair to last longer than 5.5 months.”

“Work man did not show up. No phone call. Charged us twice for initial appt. Day of repair, no show, no call. Called company and was told workman was on his way. Never showed. Called back and was told part was not ordered. Worst customer service ever.”
“Charged me $95 for a visit. No testing of parts ran the dryer kept chichis phone. There was a language barrier. Stated they will send me a quote in a few hours I got I days later. The quote was for almost $400. For an hour work I looked up the part it was only $14. I bought the part did it my self. I thought is was a definite over charge. Never again. I only gave 1 star because I had too.”
“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Late to appointments, broke promises, faulty replacements. Was going to come a 4th time to try to fix my dryer and I had had enough. I’m out just $170, but lost work time and volunteer time. Going to go buy a new dryer.”
“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. HORRIBLE experience, HORRIBLE customer service. Our refrigerator was not working. We called them to repair. It was very hard to understand the 'technician' who barely spoke English. He ordered a part that was supposed to take 2 to 3 days to get in, it took well over a week, was the WRONG part and had to reorder.....Paid up front for the part. We lost over $150 in groceries.When the part arrived, he installed it and EVERYTHING FROZE. They came back to adjust it and literally put a piece of tape over it and said it was fixed. It NEVER thawed out. We asked for a refund, which they said they would reimburse us for the part and labor. Never refunded us after many calls and promises they were sending the money. Now, they ignore our calls . THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS. Very rude people who do not care about their customers. This company needs closed down ASAP.”
“started out ok...2 repairmen sent., said needed a part..ok..returned w/part and installed but that did not fix the problem...he left while dishwasher was running..my bad...when finished..nothing was clean..nothing fixed...i called....she said 'so it is broken again' NO..IT WAS NEVER FIXED I EXPLAIN...A FEW DAYS LATER, RSENT SOMEONE...NEEDS ANOTHER PART...agree to pay for part only but never heard from them again..all calls i made WITHIN warranty period were ignored with, 'she is in a meeting'...never got back to me.....SENT A LETTER..I FOLLOWED ALL PROCEDURES FOR REFUND, COMPLAINT , WARRANTY BUT HAVE NEVER HEARD FROM THEM. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND...GIG WORKERS R SENT..WHICH could be fine but NO ACCOUNTABILITY FROM COMPANY..also a language barrier which makes it difficult for service people to answer any of my questions... JUST SAY NO!!”
“Terrible experience with this company. They were late for the first appointment and took my washing machine for repairs. When they brought it back, it still wasn’t working properly—stopping after 3 minutes and not cleaning. After multiple failed appointments, I had to insist they return to fix it, but the problem persisted. Now they’re ignoring my calls and messages. Completely unprofessional and unreliable. Would not recommend”
“Dishwasher worked but needed a new rubber gasket. Called and a technician came who did not speak English very well. I paid $95 just to give a diagnosis and he had to order the part. I paid $153.01 for the return visit which included the rubber gasket and labor. I asked him to clean the bottom while he was there. A couple days later I went to use dishwasher and it would not work. It worked before he came but not after he left. Should have checked before he left but because it was only a rubber gasket problem, assumed it would work. I am out $248.01 and the dishwasher won’t work.”
