Do not bother buying a car for export. If there is a problem, they will come with the excuse that the car was exported and they can do nothing about any problems you have found. In our case, we got the car from their showroom and exported ot to Malta (overland). In less than 12 hours from purchase the car computer was showing that there is a problem in the lights of the car. Their reply was from their customer care was that the vehicle was exported therefore they can do nothing about it. We have even offered a report from the official Mercedes distributor in Malta and their reply was that it doesn't matter, they can do nothing about it. AVOID!!!!!

Don’t spend your hard earned money with MB BRENT PARK as they treated me so unfairly, I brought a car from them around 11 months back, it was a 2017 A class with 34000 miles. I did only 4000 miles in the car for that period and as I was driving it recently, the car lost power and excessive smoke was coming from the exhausts. I took it to Mercedes to get them to diagnose the issue and they reported, the injectors have failed and this has damaged the pistons, Piston rings, Turbo and injectors and they advised I need to replace the engine and they have quoted £15k to complete these works and not even owning the car for a year, I was disappointed and angry as with these works. The total value I will be paying for the car is £31k. I contacted MB BRENT Park to see what they are going to do about it and they blamed me and said it was my fault and I should have taken but extended warranty, I stressed to them, the has 38000 miles and I have only driven it for 4000 of these miles but the manager who I was specking to kept saying, it’s is your fault so I asked if he could get there senior management to contact me to discuss so we can try to resolve amicably. I have had no one even try to get in touch. When the car failed, I was on the motorway with my family and baby of 1 year old and it was so scary to just lose power and smoke coming from the back and they didn’t have any sympathy for my ordeal at all. MB BRENT PARK feel they can take your hard earned money and sell you a defected/substandard car and get away with it. I am highlighting these facts as I don’t want any one to go through what I had to injure and believe me it wasn’t nice. Ladies and gentlemen please don’t spend your hard earned money with MB BRENT PARK as they do not care about there customers safety or there customers on a whole. They are out to make big profits at any means necessary and we need to make a stand against this but putting them out of business as they should not be allowed to provide services to the public.

Everything went wrong. Sold me a £35k car and lied about being able to take it in locally if it went wrong under warranty. The engine warning light came on virtually straight away and it had 2 bald tyres. I had to get the diagnostics done myself and then sent them the findings from Halfords. They then spent 7 weeks avoiding speaking to me or answering emails. They got my house number and name wrong so I still haven’t got a log book after 7 weeks and have now paid for and dealt with this mistake myself. They are insisting that I drive the 3 hours to them and leave the car with them. Get taxi, train, tube , train and taxi home and then repeat the whole process again while they keep the car. There is absolutely no reason why they can’t change the valve and 2 tyres whilst I wait but are refusing to accept the diagnostics results and order in a valve!! No one knows if the manager even exists as I’ve been asking to speak to him every week for 6 weeks! Never there and never returns a phone call. They are nothing to do with Mercedes. Avoid at all costs as you will regret it.

I picked up my 2018 on January 19 2021 ,initially thought fantastic service but after the long drive home to Edinburgh from London I opened the bonnet to find oil level low,brake fluid very low,coolant level low,engine full of dead leaves and cob webs ,and a part missing from the wheel mount bolt on the drivers side,told if want it all checked to return back to london,as in terms and conditions they do not service cars unless due,I had to pay for mot,pay for new log book ,now I find my rear window heating isn't working even after replacing the fuse,I email today to say I'm told car has 3 month warranty and shock horror that's not covered, I paid over 20k for this car and everything is read the terms and conditions even having to pay an extra £500 because I had finance outside of these .I am now at my wits end and now emailing consumer office on car dealers with a copy of all emails They will say this account is fraud but I have every email if needed

Sadly cannot give zero stars. Majority of the positive reviews are fake, these are a bunch of cowboys, who after sweet talking and taking your money, do very little after sales care. I have put off many of my friends and colleagues from buying from these cowboys thank All-ah. Hopefully they'll all rot in he-ll.

Do not buy car from here really disappointed. Brought Mercedes C class just over two month ago , the car was fantastic I thought and then I washed it and the lacker started to come away from the body. Spoke to the dealership and they don’t want to know or will they help . Really poor I think when your spending 11k on car that’s only 6 years old

I do not recommend this car company because when you want to exchange it says that the hpi verification system does not work and you stop the deposit that you will not give back if nh suits the car you want to exchange or it gives you a very low price.

I bought a car from there over a month ago and it took the guy ages to return my deposit. Had to ring several times and leave messages and all those times he never called back. Now I’m having problems with the car. I took it to Mercedes and one of the tyres needed to be changed and some other work needs to be done to the car. I’ve bought second hand cars before from Mercedes and this time I decided to go somewhere different....big mistake and never again.

I paid £500 deposit, went to view the car and was not happy with the condition. Bodywork had scratch marks and scuffed wheels which was never mentioned on the advert including the video the dealership sent me before paying my deposit. Mileage didn't match the condition of the car as the car only had 6,000 miles on the clock....PLEASE BE CAREFUL...still the dealership refused to refund my deposit .

Having booked an appointment to view a particular car and travelled all the way down from the midlands with my 4 year old daughter i was told upon arrival that the car had already been sold. So a total waste of my time and money. I would definitely recommend you do NOT use this company. Totally unprofessional.

Bought car from them on 10-07-2020. The car had back window changed and still broken glass around it and in the boot. The passenger side doors are dented and aftermarket resprayed. Front and rear bumper are resprayed terribly, can see the spray paint on it. Interior is tearing apart. Missing many parts from the car. Front wheel passenger side only had 4 studs instead of 5. 4 different tyres in such bad condition. Overall this is apparently a 4.9 out of 5 rating dealerships and they won’t return my calls and are trying to play it off. I am leaving reviews here daily about this and contacted the times news papers and trading standars as well as Mercedes-benz head office for having their brand torn apart by these guys. 0 stars from me. To everyone willing to buy cars from them. Please check in detail before doing so!

These people will not sell you a car!! They will sell you a bunch of lies!! Once the car is sold do not expect any warranty or any customer service or any help from them! i warn you from my experience Never ever buy from this company.

I placed a deposit on a dark grey BMW 335D with red leather interior (42k miles) and it was described as being in Excellent condition, with no dents and some minor scuffs on the wheels - After travelling over 120 miles with my wife and two children, the car seemed to have been in an accident with a dented drivers door across the entire bottom creasing. There were also dents on the passenger door with raised paint bulges towards the front of the car. Looking at the paperwork, a window had been replaced - has this car been stolen? One of the sales people stated that I couldn't have my deposit back - always pay on credit card as you are supported by the Consumer Credit Act 1974, which entitles you to have your money back if something is not fit for purpose or as described. This dishonest practices screams of a lack of honesty and integrity. The truth is who do you believe. A back alley car dealership or myself (who is a Chartered Electronics Engineer). You decide but you have been warned!

Terrible company, stay away. We bought a car from them & had our 10 day old baby with us, the actual owner of the company assured us that it had been serviced and all in order, even in front of his young daughter. The car soon failed requiring thousands of pounds of work. They didn't provide any warranty. We've lost over £6k & more importantly a year of stress Never will we be this stupid again, trusting what they said.

I took car from these people and they gave me 3 months guarantee or warranty after 3 days break wear warning showed up.I called them they said you need to buy new pads i paid 14k and after 3 days i have to pay for pads as well and they say we have done pre test. what a disappointment
