“Today there came my MDS package after sending them so many emails and my gut telling me that there will be missing items given the past experiences I have with them.
When I opened the package there is one missing skirt as I ordered 2 skirts Zayne Pleated Skirt both in white and blue abstract but only received the blue abstract. Every time I order from
MDS, either order never receive or missing items.
Ladies please don’t buy from them as they always cannot deliver and never reply your emails. They either read and chose not to reply or they have excuse COVID 19 delay when all my clothes bought from other online stores which is Backorder all received and only this MDS giving us all these trouble and if you don’t monitor your preordered items, you will lose all your money cos they will act blur and will not Despatch your orders.
Listen to my advice and stop watching their live cos it is very tempting with the offer $29.90 and we will fall into their traps again. $29.90 is cheap but if it is more than 1 piece it is exceeding $50 so it is not a small sum so please don’t be fooled by their sales tactics as you won’t get to receive your purchase $29.90”

“MDS is a Scam shop! Made unauthorised transaction on my credit card and didn’t reply my emails. Filed a complain to CASE and they ignore their emails and letters as well! Was supposed to have balance credits in my account but cannot use to redeem the items i want”
“Order amount $92.43 was placed on 26 April 2020 but missing items till today not received since 9 months have gone. The following dresses are already available in stock as seen on website but they are not despatching them out.
Missing items as follows
(1) juanie pleated dress in pink Size M
(2) juanie pleated dress in black Size M
MDS does not inform customers the arrival of the preorder items and I sent lot of emails to them but no response.
My money is gone and not only this order but also all other orders paid and items not received. Cheated of my money and no justice is served cos so many customers still buying their clothes.Do they want to be cheated then they will wake up! By then it is too late even sending emails to them is of no use. Lesson learnt , don’t be deceived by $29.90 or membership cos I paid them for the membership but orders not received!”
“I’ve purchased the narsha ruffled dress when it was available in stocks in the afternoon and on the same day, they held their live FB sale. Surprisingly my item is converted to Arriving soon by March 2021. Guess what? They did this without informing me and now I probably have to wait for 6 months to receive my item? From Dec20 to probably Jun20. MDS is a sneaky shop that have the poorest customer service ever.
Please stop focusing on your FB sale just to save your little dying business and divert back your attention to where it really need. All the desperate customers like us work hard for these money just to purchase clothes from your label and you and your husband can blatantly cheat us off our money.

“Please do not place any order from MDS that is under “Arriving soon”, or better still, maybe don’t patronise them at all.
Placed an order for a romper back in Aug that was stated as “Arriving soon”. In Oct I wrote to MDS asking for status update and was told that there was a delay due to COVID and stocks will only arrive on 1 Dec 2020 onwards. I told them a preorder of 4 months does not make sense to me and I was given option of changing to instock item of same value or the refund will be made in form of MDS credits. This does not make sense to me at all since almost 70% of their items are arriving soon and why am I being forced to continue patronising their store?
Decided to wait awhile more because of reasons mentioned above. Come 8 Dec 2020, I still did not receive any update from MDS team. Wrote to them again to get updates and I ended up being informed that stocks are further delayed to 29 Dec 2020 and will still be subjected to even further delay for QC check or custom delay.
I believe most of us here would understand if there were delays due to COVID situation. However, what is extremely frustrating is the lack of updates from them out of their own accord. Worst of all, the reply I got both times were the exact same. Word for word except for the estimated delivery date. This is extremely unprofessional IMO. I have written back to ask for full refund in my original mode of payment and will see what kind of response I receive from them. So please ladies, order at your own risk. I would suggest not.”
“I wanted to cancel my MDS subscription but the system is not able to allow me to cancel. The next deduction will be thus month 12 Dec and Why MDS does not allow cancellation of subscription.
I have not received my order when they are all in stock available. 2 orders placed on 25th November with 1 order missing item and the other order not sent at all.
I have tried to clear my credit so to close my subscription with MDS and all customers please be aware and check your order to ensure no missing items and all preordered items are received. Don’t ended up like me taking for granted that they won’t cheat since reputable seller. You money does matter and so please safe guard your money. MDS is a scam and I have stopped watching their live. I have escalated the issue to PayPal and may have to resort to report to Police”
“Dear all MDS customers, please take a min to read my attached correspondent emails with MDS who keeps lying again and again. 1st claiming that they have delivered 2 items when I only received 1 item and then when I sent multiple emails to them with attached snapshots of what is in the package and the white slip, they lied again saying oh your top in M is sold out and whether Size S is ok when the size I ordered is actually S not M. Please read all these comments which will help to save your money before it is too late. I spent time to write all these and attached the snapshots hoping to bring awareness to all ladies out there cos my money and clothes are gone and MDS is truly a scam which I should have stopped after repetitive dishonoured experiences with them. The preordered items never come and when asked them, the same excuse Covid 19 that cause delay in the factory production and why never inform us so meaning quietly hoping that we have forgotten our purchase while they updated our record in our MDS account as Order Sent. We should spend on better quality clothing as well as reputable local stores like love Bonito, the stage walk, her velvet vase, the velvet dolls, lilypirates etc”
“MDS is a scam shop. Do not buy any of their items that states “Arriving soon” or require wait. Don’t say I didn’t warn you. Instead of a 3 months wait, it can go as long as 5-6 months and all of a sudden, the CS will say its OOS without informing you but rather when you pursue.
For ladies with existing credits, kindly spend everything you can. Who knows they will become like another big department store who just close down like this. They have closed ALL their stores in Singapore. Trust me, they’re are not doing well and better spend all credits soon.”

Emailed customer service several times no response. called their bugis and tampines outlet alot of times no idea when arriving out of good will 2 staffs they ask me to message Georgina on their social platform instagram . true, she replied so all the people who are desperate out there, please go to their social platform - instagram or facebook and message them to check on your orders instead of emailing which they won be bothered to see . i tried . Now they want to prevent people calling they even remove their phone from website! whats wrong with this shop? do they still want their business?? and their clothes are real cheapo..
many shops i tried value their customers and replied once enquired sent except them! i repurchased bcos i am using the credits. nothing special or nice they are selling. think they will be out soon as more online store with good services coming up so i suspect they trying to get more money before empty the business”

“1) Staff at city link took a photo of my IC and confirm item will be sent to the new address. First time it was sent to wrong address and waited two months for them to refund. This time it was sent to wrong address again and they want me to retrieve the parcel myself, and fault me for not updating the address where the system don't allow me to!
2) Credit card was charged and no credits in my account.
3) Email notified me that items arrived at store but it was not delivered. Made me made a wasted trip down, as if I don't have to travel.
4) Rude staff and unreliable system.
5) Clothes ordered in early of the year only delivered last month. Over promised!

“I have been skeptical about sharing this but to be fair to all customers I need to open up my experiences with them. I have all along been MDS VIP customers and like all ladies out there who love beautiful dresses, I spent relatively 80 percent of my income to shop with them. Previously they have stores at vivo city which is near to my office and easier for collection but was unfortunately closed and so I have to arrange my parcel to be delivered to 313 Somerset for collection. Due to Covid 19 we are all in the stage of circuit breaker, I have lot of parcels pending at their store and I asked for them to be Despatched to my home address and I am ok to pay them the total courier charges. They basically ignored me and making it difficult for me by asking all the order number but as a customer who ordered so many how to know or keep track the order number especially some are mixture of in store and preorder items. It is not tough to sort out my parcel cos u can search my name on the package and the stack of parcels are lying around there chances are all belonging to me.They did not reply me and so my purchased paid are all taken away from them. Yet I still support them buying online and paying my subscription fee which is the max $99.90. I still watch their live session and cart out only the in store items for easier tracking. I was wrong to think it is so as what happened next is unthinkable. I bought 2 denim skirts under 2 different orders and sizes. I bought Size M for myself and for mum in Size L. My Suspicion is right when I only received 1 order for Size M denim skirt and missing the other order which is the size L denim skirt. I sent them an email asking for them to check as both orders placed on the same day and only 1 order came. Instead they ignored my email despite multiple emails sent and so leaving me with no choice but to drop DM in Georgiana the lady boss IG asking her to assist me. I was reprimanded in the email saying that I should not flooded her DM but do u think I have any choice when my emails sent totally ignored. Then one fine day the missing denim skirt was chucked in another order number and the whole package was torn with opening which showed that they are unhappy to send me the missing skirt. I let this issue go since receiving the denim skirt but that is not the end. On 25 nov I ordered 2 items both in store available yet when I opened the package only received the dress missing out Jabro puffy TOP. I sent multiple emails but they ignored and so yesterday in Facebook live Sunday 8pm I posted missing item please advise and they did not reply. It is only when the whole session finished I received messenger from them asking me to send email to their customer support as they don’t manage online orders! What do u mean don’t manage online orders when all your biz is now online as all stores in Singapore have closed. I have no choice but to lodge in the issue with PayPal for buyer protection. Please believe in what I said else one day it can happen to you and money is gone. I have many orders placed and till now I don’t know when I will receive as well as the preorders item placed in early month of this year:-(”
“It is really a terrible store I hope people can stop patronising the store. Many times I paid for the subscription and collected money but did not top up my credits in my accounts. Email them many many times but refuse to reply. Went to their lives to ask them was being ignored. Threaten with a complaint with CASE & credit card company then decided to reply me. They also collected payment for pre order items but was late in delivery for several months. Still selling pre order items now. Now they resort to selling TB items which cost less than $10 at $29.90 at their live.”
