“I wish someone had come up with this idea 55yrs ago. When I got epilepsy and started having seizures. Now that I've had a medminder for the past 5-6 yrs. And it's connected to my phone. I take my meds on time. When I'm scheduled to take them. I don't forget to take them nomore. Or not on time. Or not at all. And now I don't have seizures no more. Maybe 1-2 every once in awhile. But that usually means one of my meds needs to be increased a little. But like I said, I wish someone had come up with this idea 55yrs ago.”

“We've had Medminder's Model "Jon" since 2017 and we greatly appreciate "him". My mother has Parkinsons and needs to take her meds on a strict schedule. When she forgot pills, she would often hallucinates and got very confused - which led to her forgetting more pills. After a couple visits to the hospital we realized she was not reliable at taking her pills. Medminder was a perfect solution as it reminded her to take her pills, first gently and then with more emphasis. And we got notified if she didn't. The model "Jon" only gave her access to the pills when appropriate. We believe this ept her in her own home for way longer than she could have otherwise managed. Pros: Easy to use, easy to refill, great customer service. Cons: My mom has to take pills six times a day. Jon would only handle 4 x a day and we didn't want a second device. Every now and then the machine had problems, but the support team walked us through it OR overnighted us a new device. For example, one time the Daylight Savings Time change messed up the device.”

“Best invention ever for the elderly. My father recently experience a brain injury and for several months could not recall the date or day. He often either over medicated or under medicated sometime taking multiple daily doses or none at all. With minimal effort the MedMinder was setup and now I have peace of mind. The online features are remarkable. I live out of state and can manage and audit his activity which makes this product a life-saver for us. Thank you so much.”

“Medminder pillbox has been very good for my Mom. The pillbox sits right next to her in her den and lights up when it is time to take her meds. So simple! She really likes the photos we have uploaded to her pillbox and we are looking forward to the future addition of facetime. We have had to call for support a couple of times and they have been great.”

“We use the box to help my mother take her meds at the correct time and only the correct meds at the correct time and the box does its job admirably. AMAZING customer service, I always get a human quickly. One thing that is a problem is that often the system will send me a warning that's not in sync with the actual box, so it'll tell me on Sunday morning that the Tues. eve cup has been taken out, when it has not. Previous versions didn't account for daylight savings, but they since upgraded our model and I think that's corrected the problem. I do have to fill it every week and have yet to find a pharmacist who knows how to do a whole tray refill, but I live in a smaller rural town. City dwellers may have more luck.”

“The MedMinder pill box has been a lifesaver for my mother. Now she can live in her house alone and we do not have to worry about her mixing up her pills any longer. I had hired someone just to go in and give her the morning pills. Now that extra cost is gone. It is a great product.”

“Medminder has been a very reliable resource to ensure my mother takes her medications properly and timely. Medminder staff have been responsive to our needs when changing medication dosage and responding when my mother presses her emergency button to ask to help. Courier delivery of monthly trays is also reliable. The online history and management tool is easy to use. Medminder has made our lives much easier!”

“Using this for my Dad has given us peace of mind knowing he is getting his medication on a daily basis. We are having issues with the sound volume since receiving his updated machine several months ago. Is there a way to fix this? It would be helpful to him to hear the womans voice.”

“This device and company changes our lives in so many ways. Previously we paid a caretaker to show up daily at my mothers home to give accurate medication . This box is a game changer for her and us . I tell everyone I know about Medminder. The support team always calmly and swiftly handles any questions or issues if they ever occur I have never been disappointed in this awesome system .
