customer service is dreadful. No one answers the phone in the service department and they don't ring back when you leave a message. What is the answer? Go elsewhere in future!

Title: Extremely Disappointed with Mercedes-Benz Customer Service I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at Mercedes-Benz. The receptionist is consistently incompetent and unhelpful, making it difficult to get any assistance. Additionally, there is never anyone available to address my concerns, and despite numerous promises, no one ever calls back. The customer service is virtually non-existent, which is unacceptable for a brand of this stature. I hope they take immediate steps to improve their service.

The Good .....reception team excellent Gary the sales manager very professional. The bad ......I placed a deposit on a vehicle £199.00 that was the first hurdle, the weekend I decided to buy my car the franchise had been taken over from inchcape by an American based outfit. Gary had no way of taking my deposit due to no computers or Internet, but due to his ingenuity he managed to take my deposit and secure the car I thought. Gary advised he was off the next day and their computers would be on line to give me a valuation on my trade in and he left notes to ensure my intended purchase was ready for a test drive the following day. I turned up the next day my chosen car was embedded still within the show room. I was then told my car which I had put a deposit on had been sold to a person in Newcastle. Though in breech of contract I simply asked for my deposit back it took over a week and several e mails and culminating in my standing in the showroom have a terse conviction with an individual that to be kind was a imbecile. J had to threaten legal action to get my monies back and when I asked for proof of the deposit return the documention gave the impression I had canceled the car. I note further down in this thread a other soul who also had a tough time retrieving monies as well so draw your own conclusions. But my advise is Terry Tibbs looks more professional then this outfit give them a wide berth. I have written to their complaint department and CEO in the states and not had the courtesy of a reply.

We had a back window replaced at this place in Warrington such an unprofessional company I have never ever seen anything like it Shards of glass in our boot He didn't even Hoover the car what a disaster Please avoid warrington Mercedes at all costs Very very unprofessional company left our car in such a mess shards of glass all in the boot never got valeted Mercedes Warrington are absolute disgrace avoid Mercedes Warrington at all costs no communication don't answer the phones if you want to headache go to this place

Horrible and Unprofessional Service – Avoid Mercedes-Benz of Warrington at All Costs My experience with Mercedes-Benz of Warrington has been nothing short of a nightmare. I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership, and the entire process has been chaotic and stressful from start to finish. I dealt with a salesman named James, who displayed the most unprofessional and disorganized behavior I've ever encountered in the car-buying process. The car I purchased had an issue with the CarPlay not working, and I was told to take it to a local Mercedes dealership to get it fixed. I was assured that I would be reimbursed for the repair cost. After paying the bill and submitting the receipt, I was promised that my refund would be processed within seven days. It’s now been over a month, and I have yet to see a single penny. Throughout this ordeal, communication with James has been abysmal. He never answers calls or responds to emails, making it nearly impossible to resolve the issue. When I try to reach out to the main reception, no one ever answers, and messages left with reception are completely ignored by both the sales team and the managers. It’s as if they vanish the moment they make a sale. This is, without a doubt, the most chaotic and frustrating car purchase I’ve ever experienced. It’s been almost two months, and I am still waiting for my refund. The lack of professionalism, communication, and accountability at Mercedes-Benz of Warrington is beyond unacceptable. I strongly urge anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership to think twice and go elsewhere. This dealership is PURE FRAUD – save yourself the stress and avoid them at all costs.

Wow have rang up so many times to not get through and then the two times I have , I got told someone will ring me back … which they didn’t. Booked an appointment for 1 o’clock and then I arrive pregnant with a waiting stood up for 30 mins (no one come over to me to ask if I’ve been seen for 15 mins) anyway got told the guys on his lunch ? Why book an appointment for when the guys on his lunch ? Clearly have hired some backwards people to work there.

I paid this company a returnable holding deposit in preparation for viewing a car. Daniel Preston was the sales advisor who stated the car was 'superb'. They cancelled the viewing as the manager had decided the car was in 'very poor condition' when it arrived from their sister dealership. I requested a refund of my deposit. After multiple emails and phone calls, which they do not return, we are now at day 23 and my deposit has still not been refunded. This company is a disgrace.

I ordered a tray for under my car 12 months ago, was told they would order it for my next service. Told them again and they said same again they would order it. Came to my next service 2 weeks ago, again they didn’t have stock and would order it and for it the week after my service. 2 weeks now and I’ve had no communication and still haven’t had it fitted and the price for the part has increased considerably since I first ordered it!!!

I try to pay with cash for service they said we carry on with card and I said I don’t have this mounts in my account they said you can’t take your car till you make it a payment,it’s NOT fair so that’s why I never back to there even I sold my Mercedes 😡

Appalling customer service from such a supposedly reputable company. I first enquired about a car I had seen on their website on Monday 15th April and put a deposit down to reserve this. I had already signed the order form documents to purchase if I still wanted to buy it after seeing and test driving it. I booked in to view the car on the Saturday but the lady I had been dealing with (Kristina) was not working that day so told me she would pass this on. I had asked twice for pictures/videos of the car and received nothing. When I arrived no-one knew I had booked the appointment but someone showed me round and let me take the car for a drive. When I got back I agreed to buy it, however I was then told the car was £4500 more than the price that was on the document. I showed them the screenshots of the car been on the website at the price I’d signed for. I kept been left for long periods of time whilst they were trying to figure out the situation. I was then told there were no managers or anyone that could deal with this until Monday and I would get a call back first thing to discuss what would happen moving forward. I had travelled over an hour to get there and was at the dealership for 3 hours. The day after I received a video from Kristina of the car stating “your car is still here if you would like to come and look at it let me know and I will book you in” baring in mind she was the one who made the appointment. I received no call on the Monday, so I ended up having to ring them to find out the price was falsely advertised and they would just give me my refund back. The total lack of communication/customer service and therefore my whole experience was terrible.

Would not buy a toy car off this outfit endless trouble with the car they told me there was a timing chain and it’s a cam belt Evan there mechanics assured me it was a timing belt😂 until I had to show them evidence of a timing belt for a rubbish Renault engine. No more cars will I buy off these.

Customer service on a Saturday morning is appalling especially the receptionist looking down her nose at me as if she's some special and the foreign lady all because i asked to speak to a bloke as knew it was going to turn into an argument and I've been brought up not to argue with lady's,

Been waiting for 4 weeks for service to ring me back - have left 5 messages. After I posted a review Inchape Customer Service were quick to email me to try and rectify the issue. I was assured that after sales would reach out to me to arrange a service appointment on Mon 27/3 … still waiting. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP

Appalling service. really bad experience will never return - culminated in staff firstly telling me my car had been washed when it blatantly hadn't - with no offer to rectify as they didn't have the staff.

Very poor, I bought a rather expensive new car with multiple issues which I ended up rejecting. When the replacement car arrived I went to pick it up to find someone at the showroom had actually reversed it into a wall (they blamed the transit but they would not have accepted a car with a creased rear bumper). They made good and had it sorted but there were then a slew of issues, visits to the dealership and an absurd amount of my time wasted. Staff there also seem to have delusions of grandeur, almost like they are better than everyone else but, I have news for them, generally the customer base you have are educated and professional so have a word with yourselves! I could go on all day but I will save something for the official complaint I am going to be making, I can safely say that I will never use this franchise nor will I buy a Mercedes ever again! For a premium brand they have excelled at showing poor customer service and contempt towards paying customers!

Popped in 02/01/2022 with my daughter to look at new car options for her. Understaffed, showroom freezing cold, no coffee machine, and even more embarrassing was that half the showroom cars were completely dead and unable to be opened/look at boot size. Laughable!

Poor customer service and communication. Unpleasant and sarcastic staff. Try an independent Mercedes garage like MB Tech, Warrington for a better experelience

Absolutely no point in their useless service team being in the building. Same answer from reception every time I have called (6 times in the last 4 days for a simple update of my vehicle) ‘I’ve tried putting you through but there’s no answer, can I get someone to call you back’. Do they even have anyone working in their service team??????? Then alas, no call back. Asked for the manager today after being fobbed off AGAIN to be told he was on a half day and there was no other manger I could speak to?!! Shambles of a MB dealership, utterly embarrassing. Avoid at all costs.
