I have just collected my new Mercedes EQA250 and I am delighted with it. I was particularly impressed with Sarah at the Leeds showroom. From my first initial enquiry all the way to collecting my car she has been excellent. Well done Sarah. 10/10.

I have purchased many cars in my life...and my Mercedes as been the worse I have ever purchased, I beg anyone please don’t purchase a Mercedes, the sad thing is that I love my Mercedes, but I am forced to go back into the Lexus family, never have I had any problems in the 11 years I been with them, I purchased my Benz brand new, and the 2 day I was driving my car, it cut off in the middle of the road just went completely dead, tower it back to the Benz dealer ship, they fix. Day 6 the same thing happen again, went back to the dealer ship, of course they fix it again, and butter me up by given a light up star. Since then I have been so afraid to drive my car since I purchased it new in 2015, this is why I only have 26,000 miles on my car today May 15, 2022, because of my fear With them 2 Brack down I have never drove it out of town, I have change my run flat tires 4 times with only 26,000 miles on my car...Now is comes a bigger happen last month in April of 2022, my panoramic sunroof just pop off and I had to pay Prestige European auto service to repair it over 4,000 dollars 💵 and they guy did the worse job repair it, I took it to the Benz dealership for them to repair it again, more money 💵 to them...Now one month later today May15 the sunroof and the screen will not roll back, dealer ship here I come again, tomorrow May 16, 2022 more 💵 money and tomorrow also need another set of new tires tomorrow as well, more money 💵 twice tomorrow. Here is a car with only 26,000 miles with so many problems, that not all I need a master window motor, more money, and the list goes on. So folks do you want a beating like me. I love my car but I have to make my mind up quick to go and get the Lexus back. I never thought that I will be so scared to drive a car, enough, so think people, pretty car and pretty 💵 money.

Very poor customer service, tried to con me out of laying after my contract ran out when first inspection was accepted.

Issue with fibreglass panel at the front of panoramic sunroof breaking down and fibres coming out of it, my GLC was under warranty but they absolutely refused to do anything about it or even make a contribution towards replacing it, my last car was a c250 and the same thing happened but they supplied the part and I paid for fitting and that car was out of warranty by a long way, there is no care or consistency and most of the dealer network are a disappointment, I was thinking of changing for the EQC but not now, I will not have another Mercedes’s again.

Mercedes Benz Norwich customer service is non existent. They do not care about customers. Warranty what warranty never have i come across arrogant customer service in working with vehicles for 40 odd years. They do not care and do not listen. Do not use Mercedes Norwich.

Beautiful vehicles, non-existent after sales. My vehicle was with them for 9 months awaiting parts. Previously it has been with them 3 times, and parts have never been available within 4 months. It's well known that Mercedes Benz are well behind the curve for after sales and my experience has been no different. The team are not dissimilar to a team of used car salesman once they've got your money. After having my vehicle for 9 months I was offered £300 of Mercedes Benz vouchers, which I declined. I would advise anyone looking at buying a Mercedes to steer well clear. Buy a BMW or an Audi. I will never buy a car from them again.

Absolute worst car dealer and brand I've ever dealt with. Don't even bother buying one, it's toxic and a chemical cocktail of fumes and customer service will not do anything... they are rude..

First off, I've always been an advocate for Mercedes Benz having owned 2015 c class, but I have to say I'm utterly disappointed with the recent service by Benz hence the 2 star which should be a 1. I'm currently driving a 2019 A220 sedan which if it drives normally, is an absolute breeze. Unfortunately, I've not had that pleasure of driving without a problem. From inherent breakdowns, to various warning lights turning on. There was a recent recall fir this vehicle, mind you, but after the recall I’ve had countless visits to the MB repair shop, I'm still having the same issues. My mileage is just 16,000. I am truly sad right now and feel let down by MB. I would surly reconsider my commitment to your brand

The Mercedes Benz is the worst vehicle ever in the modern mini van. The design seems like it was made back in Y2K 2000 year. First the seats in the rear can't decline which is uncomfortable to passengers. Second why don't the windows in the back can't go down. Terrible situation if it hit in the car an passengers can't breath. Also not great for moving things sites like big tvs an stuff. Last rear wheel drive in the wheel for a mini van is insane. Definitely selling car because poor quality in the snow. I'm sorry Mercedes Benz need to get Mr. Magoo out the design office. This could of been a top mini this style has been the same since 2018.

GLS 450 2019 it has been one and a half year trying to find out with Mercedes where is the prewire that I have paid, for the Ipad hook up and they tell me know that I have to pay $1100 for the installation. That was not the case when I placed the order

Hello. My name is Cristian. I collected my Mercedes S Class 350 D Line Premium 2019 on 04/06/2021. So one week ago.The place where I bought the car is 270 miles away. After about 200 miles when I coming back with my Mercedes , I heard a strange noise from the front, left. The plastic cover was detached from the screws and had contact with the road ( Just I think was detached from the screw because first aprox 200 miles no any problmes ) I managed to put it back with my hand. But before arrived home hapend again. I didn't have much trouble with a minor thing I want just fixed myself without any complain..Since April 6, 2021, when I got home, I have only used the car twice. The proof is the mileage. The car run only 313 miles. But booth times I had problems with the plastic cover, front, left. But today, when I lifted the car on the elevator, to an authorized mechanic, to fix the plastic cover, I was amazed to find that all the plastic cover in the middle of the car is missing. I don't know what happened. I didn't have the plastic cover when I left Carliste by car or this plastic cover got lost on the way because was detached from the screw . Mercedes Benz have to find. I contacted the car salesman, from where I bought the car. He told me that the car was prepared at Mercedes Benz and I received a phone number. I contacted them and made an appointment next week. But it is complicated because this Mercedes Benz is not in the city where I live and I will lose a lot of time after I paid 40,000 pounds. I don't understand how the car could leave Mercedes Benz with such a problem. Mercedes Benz is synonymous with quality at a very high level. But in my case, unfortunately not. I did not provide any details, but if Mercedes Benz contacts me I can provide my full name, car number, address, seller name, Mercedes garage name .................... Thank you.

Mercedez garage is totally ripped off people my car 2013 e220 well managed car all service done by Mercedez having problems with water leaking call Mercedez Waltham cross branch they give appointment for diagnostic then they will tell me how much it will cost. Did drop car on 16t October 2020 they charged me £120 for diagnostic it’s showing my engine oil ok no leaking but after I collect car still water leaking also engine oil leaking . Call them and complain they asking me to drop car again they quoted me another £356 for water pump but unfortunately didn’t look my engine oil leaking and advised me car not drivable because engine oil leaking. I collect my car with AA and complain to Mercedez complain department they took car to Loughton branch manager named Nick McDonagh he told me he will do further investigation after they asked me £455 for 2 hours investigation £400 and £55 for 5 litter engine oil I agreed then they call me and quoted me £1172 for oil cooler I did agree on 12th December they fixed car I did pay and collect my car but unfortunately only drive 0.03 KM. and car stops no starting any more they keep car nearly 1 months and telling me I need new engine it’s cost £18488.00 complain again complain department because they damaged my car . But unfortunately they not even looked all paperwork properly person named FIONA BARRY she’s reply me they can’t help . It absolutely disgusting disgrace Next I am going to take legal action against them they are big RIPPER😡

Bought my first car (this being the 2020 plate 70 reg A-Class PHEV premium plus 1.3L hatchback), and unfortunately the navigation system and customer aftercare was ATROCIOUS. I was back in the Merc showroom a week after I purchased the car due to the speedometer showing 70mph on the side streets and 20mph on a motorway! There was also NO sight of the mandatory accessories that were in the car. The ENGINEERS said that a full download WASNT completed on this BRAND NEW fully fitted, TOP OF THE RANGE veichle and even after them taking my car in for the day, its still NOT WORKING. When requesting an initial check up of the car (due to the navigation system failing and taking the longer routes round town) he told me to press the SOS system in the car which directs you to air ambulance, then a roadside engineer (both who said the whole situation has heightened due to the fault of the salesman). The inadequacy of the sales team is awful especially with their customer aftercare and ’support'. When the car arrived, the salesman who I dealt with didn't bother showing me any of the cars gadgets, the car wasn’t even full charged on the electric - there was no effort made when presenting the car which was very disappointing. The car is a premium plus (top of the range) meaning that all the extra features such as the cable are meant to come with the car. When questioning the salesman i dealt with, he refused to acknowledge that the accessories came with the car and stopped replying to my messages giving no response! It was only after dealing with the engineer, we pushed for the already paid for accessories. Being a loyal customer, we had foresight of purchasing another vehicle however, due to the REPETITION OF TERRIBLE experiences with the car, customer services, problematic navigation….i’m appalled! The whole experience was very troublesome, lack of support was given from the Mercedes Leicester team, there was absolutely no after care provided. The car’s navigation and speedometer is STILL NOT WORKING. I don’t recommend anyone to purchase this new vehicle, especially from the Leicester branch. Very disappointed.

I recently bought a £26k 2019 E Class with 12k miles on it from a Mercedes dealerships in Truro, after a week I have discovered 2 bald tyres and a defective battery and little or no interest from the dealership or Mercedes. A premium brand gone very bad, you have been warned.

I sent 26,000 pounds on a 2019 E Class with 12k miles on it from a main dealer in Truro, so far I’ve found 2 bald tyres and a defective battery and am now being ignored by both the dealer and Mercedes UK. A premium brand being ruined by bad dealers and no customer services

Mercedes Colindale Service,a company using Covid as an excuse,from the moment you turn up with que stretching into the car park,one check in desk open ! Impossible there after to contact,they do not answer the phone,they have a call back system,about 3 hours ! They will send you a video telling you what needs to be done,mine had no sound so useless,they do not respond to texts,e mails,or customers complaints,German efficiency,forget it,arrogants relying on there brand name,AVOID

I purchased a brand new GLC Class. Mercedes couldn't provide the same model to Test drive...so when I turned up at the garage I was confronted with a much upgraded version of which I was informed there was little difference. In fact there was many differences. Even really niggle ones like seat memory not fitted. And there 360deg parking I so liked and was influenced by is not fitted and cost £3000. I could go on....I'm £37800 lighter with a car I didn't expect....I'm gutted!

I took my car for a diagnostic check. I knew that the problem was with NOx sensor. Paid £120.00 for the test. Mercesdes Brentford wanted more time to pin point the problem costing more money. They would not commit as to how many hours. Took my car elsewhere, they found the fault within 10 minutes. Replaced the Sensor. Mercedes Brentford was not honest. Please don’t take your car for repairs to them.

Go in to buy sl 400 on at 57k They get you back an£ tell you a ridiculous low px I point they are way off and can ge5 much more with motorway Then I say I will have a grey one please They go upstairs to see the boss Come back and say that will be 5 k more, What I say, Yes for a grey one you can pay 5 k more Thanks I say I will have 2,Not This has happened twice This is a scam When I confronted them they say we are shutting soon They don’t even know what engine is in the car Bunch of Amateurs and Scammers Don’t use them
