If I can give them 0 I would. Extremely bad customer service, arrogance, rudeness , waiting time on issue’s resolving is endless. Signposts bad as well Updates are useless as their update is ‘ we still working on issues’ even if you wait for months issue to be resolved Mobile banking -bad Dishonesty on the side of senior staff Lack of knowledge

DIFFICULT TO WITHDRAW MONEY! Extremely negative experience—I have never dealt with a bank like this in my life! THEIR WEBSITE BANK AND MOBILE APP ARE THE WORST! The worst bank in history. I am overjoyed to have found MADACOVI. Co assisted me in getting my $43,000 hard earn money back from them.

This company is a bunch of horrible crooks; don't invest any money with them. After taking your money and showing you astronomically high returns, they will refuse to give you these "returns" when you ask to withdraw them. Although they took all of my money, I was able to get my money back after filing a report with S I M O N C H. C O M.

Always has system or upgrading updates exact day of payday. Can't do online banking like fund transfer or shopping online. Your in trouble if you have emergency. Very poor service, the worst!

Still got issues with receiving an OTP codes from my new registered mobile number. They have the worst system, very poor customer services even their case management team has no word of honor. I am very frustrated of how they handle my case which is almost a year and still having the same issues.

Today 29/04/24 my Wife & Myself visited metro bank Nugent centre orpington we were looked after by a very professional young man called OCEAN I must say we were very impressed with him he looked after us with 101% professionalism it’s very Refreshing To see young people with so much commitment to there Jobs once again OCEAN thank you so much you should be Proud of yourself carry on doing the excellent work you will Definitely go Far in the Banking Fraternity Metro bank is The Best Bank we are going to Transfer all our Other bank accounts over to them eventually 👏👍 Ann & Kevin

Okay so I've been with metro bank for about 6 months at start it was okay How ever after starting the online banking world with this bank it went all down hill blocking my card for the simplest transaction when call the bank and giving my details and security details I was told the details are wrong after putting in a complaint and the them listing bavk to the call they confirmed the details given were right. A apology letter was sent. Okay fine Now the same thing has happened again called up and they won't unblock my card I went in to bank to unblock my card okay that's done. Tried making a online payment again and again blocked. So I called them up again gave my standard details but this time no security questions and they could not continue with the call. If your reading this take my advice if you want a simple and hassle free life stay clear from this bank. Monday morning all accounts will be closed.

Absolute joke of a bank, I set up an online instant access savings account, only to find out I couldn’t actually set up a payee online but had to call them, did so through their app to be asked for a security code which I have no memory of setting up. Was then asked my full name, address, phone number, date of birth and email address, but apparently I don’t know these either, so have now been refused any further help and told I have to go to a branch. So much for online banking. Never had any issues with the likes of starling, chase, revolut etc. this bank is an absolute joke, and I really wish I had read the reviews before giving them any of my money.

I wanted to change my mobile number through email or if possible video call so they could verify that I am the one requesting to change it. They said they have no other choice but to go in-person to the bank to change it. I am already in Canada and I have told them more than 5x already. They always instruct me to do the same thing. SO STUPID!

My hard-earned money was lost when Metrobankonline handled my withdrawal improperly and quickly canceled my account. I had a simple recovery of my monies because of H! G H F O R E S T C A P I T A L L T D, C O M's timely and effective service. Their advice was invaluable to me as I worked through the difficulties of reclaiming what was truly mine. I wholeheartedly endorse their services to anyone looking for monetary reparations!

If you have been defrauded Metro Bank will NOT help you or care. HP ink took a payment for ink I didn't want or receive, I cancelled all subscriptions and Metrobank couldn't stop them from taking more money. Stay as far away from this back as possible.

ISA money got lost for over a month. Finally appread and felt reassured it was a one off mistake. Then I withdrew some money I desperately needed and it disappeared from my account as a faster payment but didn't appear in my current account. Still waiting for this transaction to clear and had to borrow money off friends.

An unauthorized transaction - whether they deny it or not - is still unauthorized! There’s no going around it. Unauthorized = fraud. FRAUD! And yet, you declined my dispute on grounds of technicalities. Technicalities that an ordinary hacker can easily get away with. There’s a hacker (or maybe hackers) going around your clients’ accounts and you’re not doing anything!!! On Feb7, there was a transaction name : ET DB POS MRCH that wiped out my four months worth of pension! Didn’t learn about it till two weeks later since I want said money in that pension account for rainy days. My last transaction that I was aware of was Jan5 so of course, I know in my mind how much I have left in there! But lo & behold! Upon checking my balance, I was left with Php 267!!! Reported and filed dispute and was denied and yet… you cannot even track said transaction from your end?!?? Who the said merchandiser was and where the transaction took place - basic infos that a client like me wants to know for the simple purpose of verifying whatever it was that I apparently paid for with my four months worth of pension?!?!! No, you can’t! What kind of technology system are you using anyway? And what is your FRAUD DEPARTMENT doing about this? Because for all I know, mine is NOT an isolated case (which I believe Metrobank is very much aware of) This case is hanging in thin air as I speak. And it is just a shame that an institution as giant & prominent as you are, is not putting your clients’ welfare on priority! Such a tremendous shame!!!

The local director Gurpreet Dhaliwal and Store manager Jess Sangha should be ashamed of themselves. Alexander who claims to be a customer service staff, she's rude, racist towards me because I wear a headscarf. She deliberately ignores me and becomes extremely arrogant whenever I visit, this is the worst Hayes branch I am experiencing and 100% going back to my old bank.Please please do not make an account here. Alexander is a shameful women who has 0 idea on mental health and could do with a bit of educating in being nice and respectful instead on an attitude and being moody all the time.

My account was put on fraud alert due to money being paid in to my account. Isn't the point of a bank account to having money paid in and out?. None of the payees , queried the payment , and proof was provided as to why I received the monies. Absolutely disgusting fraud department who are closed on weekends, yet they can close the account on a weekend , you cannot speak to fraud department, only email , They reply when they like . They are not concerned of your mental wellbeing , as I have explained my situation mentally yet they blocked all my funds - due to 4 incoming transactions - they also do not give a timeframe re: in which they will provide an answer , as to reopening access to MY funds. I actually hope those involved in the alleged investigation of my account are held accountable and either are retrained or more realistically lose their Job . It should be illegal what they have done. please do not use this bank .

Bank Manager in Rosario, Cavite Branch ordered to close the savings account of my nephew who I’ve been helping by sending him money via monthly allotments for his allowance and tuition fees is totally insane. The Bank Manager told my nephew that he would need to open a new account but it would require a lot of paper works in order to do so because the money is coming from overseas. Whereas, when my aunt who was jobless but was accompanied in the bank by my balikbayan cousin when she opened the account was able to open an account and continued to receive allotment from me until the day she died. This is one of many reasons why our country is not progressing, the corrupt system/backward procedures.

Not helpful to the customer. Asking Vague questions to customer. There's some unethical approach. "Just say it to the customer go to your nearest Metrobank branch" Pahirap sa mga nahihirapan I recall Ang account.

Visited local branch (as requested to) to open account. I was asked to come back in 2 1/2 hours as Metro were not making appointments. Then their customer advisor gave me false information. Also I wasn't allowed to use a "special character" in my choice of password, which makes the password less secure.Poor customer service all round.Will be closing account.
