Hopeless useless company. Spent over £100 on items for DofE and was sent a plate, mug and bowl. They sent me a refund of £5.25. Customer service were helpful but have only refunded some of the only. Absolutely bloody useless. At the moment I'm £23 out of pocket. Avoid this company at all costs 😡

Do not use Millets!! Paid for a next day delivery. Had an automated email saying I'd be kept up to date on delivery progress. Nothing. Went on to the Millets Tracking and its showing order cancelled. No communication regarding this, no refund, no customer service in contact. They are still showing the items online as in stock but clearly don't have them.

Ordered trousers online Friday, received email today (Tue, 11.20am) stating the trousers are ready to be picked up at JD Sports. I call at JD Sports at 4.30pm; there is no order there in my name. I try to call Millets customer service, after a 20 minute wait on the phone listening to very annoying music I give up. Very Poor service.

Rude lad. Effort to get item down from high rail. They did not fit so gave them back to lad who just dropped them on the floor next to him.

Avoid at all costs. Just look at facebook reviews to gauge what company they are. Take your money and slow at delivering product. Cancelled with them quick after order was lost due to IT issue

What went wrong is that our store in Hereford ( location site 042 ) is closing down ... I have said for YEARS that they should get a bigger site with proper changing rooms not just a cupboard; am sad for the friendly, efficient and happy-with-her-job manageress, Jo, who is about to be jobless. Millets used to be a good reliable firm with quality goods at reasonable prices, seems now that there will be no firm in our county .... what a shame.

The customer service is second to none. Always happy to allow me to browse without pressure of buying. Happy to assist with sizing and always greeted with a smile. I love my local millers and the staff.

Ordered clothing online from Millets. Voicemail messages received and emails keeping me posted about delivery of order. Parcel arrived when stated. Packaged well. Item as described, with returns form included if needed. Found process very good from ordering online to delivery..hassle free. Would recommend.

Two instances within two months of poor customer service. Even the MD didn't respond blacks and millets standards at an all time low. Not what they used to be. Having been a loyal customer for years time to spend my money with their competitors.

So so frustrated, I. On Saturday I ordered a bag from Millets on line. The site states if I ordered before 2.00pm the item will be delivered next day. Okay thats Sunday but lots of businesses deliver on Sunday these days! Nonetheless I didn’t have any particular expectation of receiving the item on Sunday. At the check out I was given a three delivery options including £2.99 in three or four days with Hermes a higher cost next day with Hermes or next day book an hourly slot with DPD. As my experience with Hermes has do far been quite trajic I paid the higher fee for delivery by DPD. I hit the but paid my money and received a receipt. All looked good, DPD were confirmed and I looked forward to receiving my goods. An hour or do layer I received a message from Hermes to say they had been requested to make my delivery?! Why? I paid extra for DPD. Sunday came and went and on Monday I received a message to say my parcel was on its way. It would be delivered between 1-3pm. Okay, I’ll believe it when I see it! 3.10pm I received s message to say there was an issue and my parcel would arrive between 2-4pm (doesn’t quite fit ) a little later I received a further message to say they would deliver when they can ! Yep as expected, and certainly not next day ! Will I get a refund on my postage costs from Millets based on there misleading courier suggests? I’ll wait and see. I do know I won’t use them again on principle! So frustrated

Two calls to two branches Brighton and Eastbourne. Both times assistants could not give a dam. After years of loyal custom think it's time to go to a competitor. Millets lost sales today of over £120

I used click and collect service to get sent to jd sports store. Never again. They are a complete let down to your company. They took 30 minutes roughly to find my order from stockroom/warehouse. I had to re ask a member of staff, who rudely replied to me whilst walking off, it can take awhile as there is alot of orders. Finally when order was found, no apology for the long wait.i had to ask for a bag as order was heavy. Not good enough. Such a let down to your direct store. Won't be doing a click and collect to go there again.

Complete joke of a company. TNF Trainers never arrived and they blame HERMES. WE all know Hermes are also a joke of a courier so the two go hand in hand. 1 week on and no trainers so have asked for a full refund.

Shocking experience with this company. Ordered 2 North Face jackets online and was charged following successful checkout. Then I receive an email several days later saying one of the items was in fact not in stock, so I was being refunded. In this day and age how hard is it for an eCommerce store to stay on top of inventory and to flag items as out of stock so that buyers are not misled, and duped into paying for products. To top it off I then emailed customer support and here I am, 5 day later, still waiting for a response. Completely hacked off after the whole experience and I won't be throwing any more cash their way.

If only I’d looked at the reviews in here before I placed an order. Ordered a DofE recommended sleep bag and three packet meals for a DofE expedition all seemed great, order taken, money collected from me, over£80, thought it was on its way. Three days later email to say only one packet of food was available. Now no point getting only packet of food plus delivery charge so I cancelled the lot. Spoke to agent they said website hadn’t been updated, it still showed sleeping bag etc was available. Was told I would get refunded. Few days later one food charged at £4 plus’s £3 delivery arrived, useless. The only reason I ordered 3 was buy 3 and third was free so it was way more expense to have one sent to me with delivery. So on the phone I went, eventually assistant agreed to waive this and was told don’t return it. When credit card bill came I had been refunded sleeping bag, one food and delivery but was £20 out of pocket. So another email, days later they will refund only £16 stating I had taken delivery on one food. It is rediculous there are email trails, telephone conversations etc but they can’t resolve it. If I hadn’t of checked my statement I wouldn’t have known any different. I even offered to return the food to the store! Only consolation was I found the same sleeping bag on a specialist site, cheaper! Never using Millets again. Online customer service a joke!

Placed an order on Saturday with DPD premium delivery which promised delivery by Monday. No sign of my delivery and first tried the chat bot on the website which said my order did not exist. Even though i copied and pasted the reference from the my orders section! Had to call them to be told they had no idea why my order had not been despatched but it would be despatched for delivery Tuesday. Received an email at 2:49 am to say that my order had been despatched but tracking was not available. Also received another email to say that 4 of the items were not in stock and had been refunded. Checked on the website and there is indeed a tracking ref but for UK mail evening delivery not DPD. Still no indication of when it will be delivered though just that the carrier has it. Absolutely useless.

Items not delivered. Millets tracker says they sent them to UKMail, UKMail says they didn't receive them. Unable to get any response from any platform having tried email, facebook, phone (which automated system cuts you off). One of the worst customer service system I've ever known. Similar complaints, from many others, going back months and yet still they ignore the problem. Definitely will NEVER order online again. Avoid.

They show "In Stock" items that AREN'T They do "Next Day" delivery that DON'T HAPPEN. "CUSTOMER CARE" that "DON'T". Forget cancelling an order they " CAN'T REFUND, or Let you speak to a SUPERVISOR!!!! AVOID!! Spend your money somewhere else!!!!
