I have ordered essential camping equipment and it has still not been dispatched. When trying to contact the customer services there is nothing but automated responses. There are no answers, no basic care. It's very frustrating. I wish I had not used them.

Take your money straight away. No delivery for days. Can’t cancel an order once it’s been accepted for some illogical reason. Utter crooks. Do not buy from them. Liars.

Ordered goods online and had updates to say the order was being processed and then every morning I would get a text to say there had been a delay. I then had an email to say it had been dispatched, week and half later order still hasnt arrived. Tried to track order, no joy and tried online chat with 'Becky' which is clearly automated again no joy. Looked for phone number to call but as agents are working from home you cant call! So following reading review on here I have filled in the customer service form asking for update, I'm not holding my breath! I wont be using Millets again

Having had my money for over a week, received daily apologies for the order still being picked. Customer care didn’t live up to their name, and eventually the goods are showing as out of stock when it was due to be picked. Refund will take 5 - 7 working days. This company needs to close its order books and catch up / revamp its process or they risk seeing loyal customers like me stop buying from them.

The worst rip off company ever!! Damaged goods delivered, wasted so much time trying to get a refund. Still waiting over a month after postal tracking shows they have received the items. AVOID! You will lose your money

Would not recomment ordering from Millets online. Ordered a tent in May and several other items. Money was taken straight away. Apparently DHL lost the whole order in transit. Another order put through (after chasing where the order was several times) some parts of the order came through not the tent, questioned again, several times, told it wasn't in stock, another customer service advisor said it was still with DHL, no more correspondence from this advisor tent never arrived. Received a refund. Was lied to from the beginning. Awful service.

Should be no stars Order placed confirmed in stock and payments taken. 10 days later after three messages apologising for delay they cancel order and then have the cheek to say refund will take 5-7 days! Absolutely unacceptable. Order from this site at your peril!

I have now changed my review to 3 stars for the following reason: Product now delivered and happy with merchandise. For anyone using Millets, the best way to hurry things along is keep using the email address for complaints etc, and not the automated assistant “Becky”. Detail on all emails that you wish to cancel your order and demand a full refund unless they sort it out. It worked for me. Thanks for listening, Millets!

Oh dear, I think this company's process and procedures have gone into meltdown during COVID. I placed an order 15 days ago which has not arrived, the money was taken immediately of course, the Hermes tracker has been frozen on "Out for Delivery" now for 8 days. Cannot contact anyone, only getting auto responses to emails. This is a disgrace and only goes to show that the management team are clearly only a thin layer of, at best, rank amateurs. You can't offer retail services if you're incapable of fulfilling Millets, so either sort it out rapidly or admit defeat and retreat into the world of administration where at least a bunch of Deloitte or KPMG administrators could probably make a better job of sifting through your mess.

Places order for standard delivery (5 to 7 days). 9 days later no delivery. No communication apart from automated texts and emails. Sent email to customer care. Automated response. Tracking feature on website says order hasn't left the warehouse. Took my money immediately but can't be bothered to respond to messages or even give a reason why I'm still waiting. Do not order from this company they'll take your money and give you nothing but apologetic texts and ignore your complaints. Disgraceful

Placed order, money taken out of my a/c, no confirmation of order being dispatched ready for delivery, sent email and used chat to raise my concern, only standard email received. Mickey Mouse Operation for sure!

A complete and utter shambles of a business only sent half my order and they still have over 100 pounds of money still not refunded they are filling me with all sorts of false information avoid buying from this company like the plague. Even paypal are saying they are trying to scam me by telling me to close my paypal dispute or they wont help

worried after seeing all these reviews can not speak to a person same text message over and over ordered a bike but looked online and its saying out of stock yet text says in our warehouse

Placed order never arrived could of brought elsewhere but took a month for millets to finally tell me it was not in stock when I placed the order even though it was still available weeks after and then was out of stock on all other websites. Joke of a company will never use or recommend again

What a useless company 2nd disappointment regards delivery. Ordered £££ worth of clothes, got a message to say it had all been dispatched to Myhermes, checking the tracker for over 2 weeks with no change stating awaiting parcel from Millets. I emailed Millets who just sent me a standard - we are dealing with your request, eventually then told after chasing- parcel had been lost by Myhermes (it had not even been sent to Myhermes) and some of my items were now out of stock so they cancelled my order. Reading through some of the reviews on here it seems that Millets take your order when items not in stock and have disappointed many people. Delivery is really slow and may not even arrive. Good luck all who order..

I did click & collect and was advised when my odèr would be ready to collect a week later. I received a text on the day to tell me it was in store. After verification & validation of myself and goods I received my order and was assured that if it didn't fit I could return the goods to the store in Uckfield where I would receive a full refund. In a seperate transaction in store after purchasing my order of £25 when I noticed I could have purchased another item for less than the price displayed the sales assistant a female would not let me do this with the goods I had already purchased.
