“I have been buying from there shop for many years. And over last few years have been disappointed with quality. They don’t last like they used to. And the footwear must be a different supplier. My usual size 4. Was to big in ankle boots. Also quality wasn’t there.”

“I ordered the biker jeans as i have a pair already and love them. I already have a size 10 which fit great. this time i have ordered size 8 which are too tight and size 10 is too big on the waist and hips. I seem to be in between their current sizings sadly. I don't think i will be able to wear either size which is disappointing as they are great jeans and the legs fit perfectly but there is a big baggy bit around my stomach area. Ordering and delivery were brilliant as was the lovely helpful response to an email I sent. just a shame about the actual jeans!”

“I have bought Mint Velvet on several occasions in store and usually found clothes I liked good quality and fit. This week i ordered two tops in my usual size.(Order 13549968). They arrived super quickly and free delivery- so far so good. However one (green Baloon) is so voluminous it is positively frumpy. The other (annika abstract) is beautiful but so short that there was a 10cm gap between hem of the blouse and my jeans waist. Im 5ft 7. V disappointed -these products are not cheap. Neither are the same measurements as my two other Mint Velvet blouses bought in 2020 and 2021 I don't think its unreasonable to expect consistency in sizing. Sadly, they're both going back and i shall look elsewhere.”

“I purchased two jumpers at £69 a piece and when they arrived I was very surprised and sDisappointed with their quality, they look more like jumpers I could purchase from a bargain outlet. Thin, poor quality wool that sits badly and is clearly punching way above its price tag. Due to personal circumstances I was unable to return the jumpers but felt I ought to forewarn future purchasers.”

“I love all my mint velvet items bit more expensive than chain stores but I'm a beliver in you get what you pay for.The sizing is perfect and my items are clearly well made and look quality.The fast service is a added bonus 🙂”

“Customer service excellent Love styles but not great quality. Bought cream top €89 with zip detail. Wore it to dinner last night. It looked wrinkled an cheap within hrs. Felt Penneys quality as good.”

“They ship through DpD. DpD delivered to the wrong address. I cannot go get it due to having to shield being high risk for COVID and only allowed to leave my home for medical appointments. They refunded my shipping and informed me that they will not start an investigation against the driver as DpD informed them I have an account that authorizes neighbor delivery. I do NOT. Now I am out £49.95 and have no package. Mint Velvet is unwilling to help. They have stolen £49.95 from me and they are the only ones that can start an investigation with DpD. I will NEVER order from these scam artists again.”

“Be very wary when you return items to Mint Velvet!! I ordered two item: a jacket and a pair of trousers in mid January, both of which were unsuitable (although lovely). I returned them both in their original packaging through Collect + and was only refunded for the trousers. I emailed them twice and they said there was a query on the jacket. Having no idea what this query was, I rang the next day and the girl said I had sent them back a different make jacket! I cannot believe I had been accused of this! They then went on to send me a picture of a jacket I had never seen before! I have never experienced this in my many years of purchasing online and am upset and distressed that I have been accused of somehow swapping the jacket. Who does that! I am going to take this further as the company is suggesting they will send me back this jacket - which is preposterous! IT IS NOT THE JACKET I SENT! Order with caution - you may want to take a picture of the parcel as proof because word of mouth doesn't seem to get you anywhere!”

“I am a big fan of Mint Velvet, both products and company. Recently had several orders for knitwear. all delivered promptly, beautifully packaged, and great communications and updates. Sadly as I've learnt with MV their sizing is not always right so ordered two sizes in a couple of things. I'd usually be a L size but kept a M in one choice as the L was too big. Great knitwear though lovely quality and I kept all three orders only returning the two other sizes. Returns easy to do, processed and posted back and I've already received the first refund yesterday. Online shopping experience at its best - you can always buy with confidence. Thank you MV”

“I’m a fan of Mint Velvet and have bought a lot from them for many years. The girls in store are always so helpful and their customer service and delivery times are also great. Their offering of smaller sizes and a choice of jean lengths is fantastic. However I’m tiring of the repeated use of stars on everything! It’s had its time. Their designers seem stuck on this, time to move on. They’ve also liked wide/boat necks especially on jumpers for many seasons and batwing sleeves.. Maybe a shake-up of their design team would introduce some fresh and unique creativity to their range.”

“I live Mint Velvet but recently bought a jacket which has three decorative stars on the back... otherwise quite plain.. but liked the design so purchased. on arrival and trying on the three stars are completely obscured by the hood... If you look at the images on their webiste the very strategically place the hood so that the stars are in view... I will be returning!”

“Worst experience ever.... I bought some boots, they were 189 pounds and when I opened the parcel, they had 2 faults. For 189 pounds, I was not expecting that. Customer service was nice and prompt and they delivered another pair to me and replaced the faulty ones, this is the only positive part in this whole experience. However, when I tried the second pair on, the stitching came apart on one of the boots. Mint Velvet said it was an isolated incident and they had no problems with this product before. Maybe I was just not lucky, haha.... 2 pairs and both with faults. And now I saw here that there are other customers complaining about the quality of the products, so maybe my incident is not quite an isolated one. Just so you know, never buy Faith Burgundy Knee Boots. I will never buy from them again.”

“Bought 5 t shirts for holiday to New Zealand. I was very pleased with my purchase until items were washed. Two of them have washed ok, two others are now baggy and shapeless. Another I haven't worn yet, so will have wait and see how that one turns out when washed. I expected better for the price I paid.”
