“I can’t even begin to explain how bad the service was that I received from missguided. I ordered a dress with two day delivery and It never came on the second day. I continued to wait. By the third day the tracking information said it was out for delivery, when it didn’t arrive in the evening I got onto customer service and they ensured me it would arrive. It didn’t. Next day the same story, it was supposedly out for delivery but never arrived. My dress for an important event was now already theee days late and was creeping up to close for comfort for me. I contacted again and they arranged a next day delivery replacement dress. That came on time but it was damaged and unwearable. Missguided is a complete waste of time and money and I would recommend you stay away.”

“Awful customer service. Ordered a dress, tried it on and it wasn’t suitable. Returned the dress in its original packaging with tags. Noticed the dress had an odd smell but some new materials do. The refund was refused due to the dress having a ‘bad smell’ which they said I had caused. The dress smelt bad when I received it! They insisted they couldn’t return it but could give me 30% off my next order. Now I’m stuck with a dress I don’t want and won’t receive my money back! Will never be shopping with misguided again.”

“Had to wait 2 weeks for my order (I paid for fast delivery). I couldn’t track my order. Customer service was just terrible. Items they sent me were just like items you order for 4 dollars from wish or aliexpress. This company is one big joke. Do you guys know why you have to waitso long for your orders? Because they order it from China, after you place your order. They pay about £5 for one item, and then they sl you that for 25. Scam on european level.”

“I am really impressed with the super quick service I have received from Missguided. I ordered a dress on Sunday night on a standard delivery service, and my order was here by Monday afternoon - less than 24 hours! Dress is beautiful, true to fit, and I will definitely be ordering again!”

“So first of all, I order a pair of gorgeous lace trousers for £3!!!! And then, I pay for 3-5 day delivery, and receive my item in 2 days!! Miss Guided, if this isn’t stepping up the game, I don’t know what is, these are the type of items I am living for🙏❤️”

“Apart from a bit of delayed shipping, the dress I ordered was perfect. I ordered the red floral satin sweetheart bardot mini dress, which was good quality, made of thick material, fit perfectly, and overall gorgeous and shapewear which was as expected. The dress was a little bit constricting, but that is understandable considering the style. I ordered it to the US, so my package was stuck at customs for a few days and delayed the shipping a little. However, it still came on time, and the live chat was helpful in predicting when the package would arrive. Overall, I would order from Missguided again.”
