i KNOW the prices caught your attention, and styles! But this is the worst company if you are based in the United States! Their customer service is horrible, and does not take care of the customer. Keep all documentation because even if you send them pictures of your receipt, they still will not reimburse you. They "never" received my garments for reimbursement/ exchanges. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY ! and when you reach out, they will tell you can you send a "clear" pic. Like really, how do you expect me to send that?

Paid for Monday evening delivery but didn't turn up. Queried it on Tuesday to be told it had gone to wrong depot so would be with me Wednesday evening. Courier site now says it has been delivered & signed for by me but I have stayed in all evening and no one has been.

I placed an order and they asked me for billing address identification which I thought was very weird. I complied and sent them my drivers license that has my billing address on the photo identification. Apparently that was not good enough, and they wanted my utility bill?! Way too much trouble just for clothes! I emailed them (because there was no phone number on the website which should've already been RED FLAG), and it took them one day to reply after each email. I then used the chat option asking them to cancel my order which they couldn't, they just had to wait for the order to time out. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

I placed an order on Saturday 25/08/16 for next day sunday delivery. I got a dispatch notification on Saturday night but by Sunday night the item was still not with the courier as I could see from the tracking. After enquiring about this on Tuesday Morning, someone apparently attempted to deliver the item on Wednesday night which I could see by tracking it online, but no delivery card was left. I was refunded 10% of my order and ensured they would deliver it the next day. On Thursday I asked my partner to stay home and wait for the parcel. I then received a text "item securely left on porch" (despite the fact that I don't have a porch). I asked my partner to go outside straight away, the parcel was nowhere to be seen. I then complained to missguided and had to fill out a lost parcel form. I opted to get a replacement order (after all, i spent ages picking the clothes) and they told me it would take 5 working days to process. I then asked for this to be delivered to a parcel shop instead as I could ensure it would be delivered there. They told me that I would have to wait to change my address until I received a dispatch note and this would delay the order by a further 48 hrs. 5 days later I still had no dispatch note and upon request I was told it was a "glitch in the system" and my replacement had been reprocessed and would take another 5 working days. I was given a 20% discount code for future purchases (unlikely to happen). It's been another 5 days since then. No dispatch note and no trace of the order. I can never get someone in the online chat at all and emailing takes forever.

incapable staff, poorest customer service and they offer next day delivery that they are never able to meet!! if anyone wants to complain go to consumer rights website they will investigate the for you!!

worst customer service I have ever come across. Rude staff and seem to be unable to afford a phone to speak directly with their customers! They never reply to emails. I have ordered off these twice paying for next day delivery....the items never arrived even they claimed they did, they did not! after 1 week of waiting for a reply they ask me to go out of my way to complete a form with information THEY already have even though it was their issue not mine! they have taken the money both times for the items and I am still not been f=given a refund!! scam company - avoid at all costs!!!! DO NOT USE!!

Ordered 2 items on Friday the 2nd of September and paid for next day delivery. I STILL haven't received my order!( it's the 9th of September today) pAttempts to get a refund have proven futile! So disappointed!!! Certainly won't be ordering from misguided anymore.

I placed an order 25th August for Next day delivery, and I'm still waiting for my order. Customer services takes so long to respond to correspondence, that even though I advised them that it has not been received over a week ago, I've still not been issued with a replacement nor a refund.. Poor Poor Poor Service, not impressed

your ref MG992212X - I now have an unwanted parcel at my home address. The My Hermes bar code will not scan at the parcelshop. Additionally I have now began the circulation of negatives reviews of your company and will continue until it has been refunded in full. We will never use misguided again and any review will be negative. Absolutely shambolic.

First, I was charged twice for my order. It took me noticing myself in a bank statement so I had to reach out via chat AND email, AND follow up twice in order to confirm that the second charge would be reversed. I ordered on Aug 11 for my Bachelorette trip in Vegas and purposely shipped the bathing suits to Vegas so that they would be there in time. I checked the tracking multiple times after the shipment processed and there was no update so I reached out via chat. They said they would "look into this" and never got back to me. I reached out AGAIN the next day. They said that product was just leaving the warehouse, 5 business days after my order was placed and that they were sorry for the delay. The day I land in Vegas the tracking says the order still hasn't left the warehouse. At this point I'm so angry because even if it is over nighted at this point, it would only arrive with 1 day left of my trip. I reached out AGAIN to request that they re-ship an express order because of the delay on their behalf and they refused. So then I request a refund which they refuse! Long story short, after over 50 chats/emails and after dealing with over 15 reps (not 1 ever letting me speak with a manager), I could not get anyone on the phone once and my order is still not refunded! I WOULD NEVER WASTE TIME ORDERING WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN. Not only did they completely ruin my bachelorette party weekend in Vegas, the customer service ONLINE ONLY runs you through the ringer over and over torturous and noone is acting accountable! No one tried to rectify the situation once and after all this I have literally wasted HOURS of my life. Seriously, I hope this company goes out of business for the way that they treat their customers.

I placed an online order on Missguided specifically requesting next day delivery to have my goods in time for a trip that I am taking today. The goods did not arrive on the scheduled day and after an incredibly inordinate amount of time spent trying to resolve this with customer service representatives (namely Aaron, Phoebe and Mark), I am left feeling very disappointed, disgruntled and inconvenienced. I was told there was a 'little issue' in the warehouse, which prevented delivery on time. I was not notified by Missguided of the issue that would cause this delay and had to chase-up on my order myself. Aside from this, my customer service experience was extremely lacking. I was first told that I can return the items upon my return from holiday and that I'll get a refund. I was then told that all they can do is apologise. I wanted to include a full copy of my chat history with the Missguided team in this post, but after telling Mark, the customer representative (very politely I may add), of my intentions to post the conversation online, I received a chat history email that is blank. I wonder if this was a coincidence. I started a new chat with another representative, Tom, and asked if the chat history could be re-emailed to me. After going back and forth on live chat from 10:38am til 12:10pm, I have been told that there has been a 'technical issue' and that my chat history has disappeared permanently and can't be retrieved. This is just embarrassing Missguided. I never, ever complain when it comes to service, but I am really disappointed with the level of dissatisfaction I have experienced. I have very begrudgingly accepted a 20% voucher code to use on my next purchase with Missguided (which will, after this experience, most likely not happen). This offer of a 20% discount is no better than the promoted 20% off offer currently running on the site. I do not think this is at all a fair consolation for the inconvenience, time and money that this has cost me. Missguided could learn a thing or two from their competitors when it comes to service.

Flighty and vague customer service. Chatted in regarding my return, all I was told "it will be sorted out for you" and then the agent left the chat. Paying for return shipping is shameful, the sizing is not accurate on the website and all in all I had high hopes but the quality of the clothes are extremely poor. I don't believe this company has any regard for customer service and that they are truly more concerned with making money.

I ordered 5 items.. Being 1 coat 1 jumper 1 jumpsuit and 2 caps.. All in a little bag squashed together caps bent. Clothes creased look old

Purchased two pair of sandals returned them about a month ago still no refund sent them email they said they haven't received them that's 20 pounds down the drain wouldn't bother buying from these disgusted customer services

Nice clothes and always improving the range/style however have the worse courier service 'Hermes' so receiving your items is a chore its self. Don't waste your money ordering for next day delivery as it wont arrive!

The first time I ordered a swimsuit from misguided it was ten times to big and the straps had to be taken up by 5 inches each side , so second item was a bikini and iwas sent a top instead? ? with it being so close to my holiday I cannot wait for refund to buy another item . Not impressed will not be shopping here again and will be warning others

Excellent delivery service! I ordered from miss guided last night at 9pm and payed for next day delivery. As I ordered it later in the day I expected it to arrive the day after tomorrow but it arrived the next morning!! Great!

Worst customer service. They don't confirm returns. Awful company to deal with. They will just get off the chat with you instead of helping you with your issue. Will not be purchasing from them again.

Missguided - I ordered 3 items from you waaaay back on 17 May 2016. Still no sign of the items. It's now 6 July 2016. I've contacted your customer care team 5 times (over email as I'm based in Australia and it appears your team may be based in the UK), asking your "customer care" team to redeliver (as it appears the delivery has been lost in transit, which is fine). In response to my queries, I get "peace and love" and no one actually resolving my query. So I'm now resorting to social media (which I also said I'd do in my last email to your customer care team if this issue wasn't resolved). My last email request was to check the status of the redelivery, to which "Angela" (I've changed the name but this is the fifth member of your customer care team I've now received an email from) responded; Hey Melissah Big thanks for your email. I'm super sorry that you haven't received your order yet. (So am I Angela, as you are now the 5th person I've now had say this to me over email). It appears that it has been lost in transit, if you get back in touch and let us know whether you would like a refund or re-dispatch we can begin the process asap. Please note both take up to 5 business days to process. (Thanks that's what colleague #1, 2, 3 & 4 from your customer care team already told me. Would have been great for you to acknowledge what I said in my original email which was "please check on the redelivery". It now appears I have to wait a) an additional 1-2 days for your second email response (still no reply to my last email, it's now 5 days later) and b) 5 days for the order to be reprocessed - again.) Thank you for your time and patience. (To be frank, I've now lost patience in dealing with your organisation and I don't trust that your "customer care" team will actually resolve this.) Anything else, let us know.
