I ordered an item on the Tuesday for next day delivery, received my tracking email on the Wednesday saying I "Should" receive my order in 1-2 working days - so Friday. I contacted them via chat and spoke to Samantha to be told; Ah well these things happen, so I now have no outfit for my night out on Thursday. Horrible service and next day delivery even though paid for cannot be honored. Will not be using again.

I returned an item, I had tracking on it, and it was received by their warehouse and signed for. Over 1 month later I have not relieved my refund, and they are now claiming it never arrived despite proof of delivery. Horrible customer service officer was beyond rude and refused to do anything about it trying to end the customer service chat as soon as possible.

There was no option for me to input my discount code and i ended up paying the full price thinking it will allow me on the next stage, but i was wrong, and when i ended up paying the full price and they did not allow me to cancel my order and did not give me a solution after that, they were so unhelpful.

I am having drama with cancelling an order. The staff are unhelpful, have no idea what info is available on the website, and are not keeping me updated. I was on missguided website, added a few products I liked that were on sale, went to the cart to see what the total came to with a discount code. I couldn't find where to put the code, so I kept clicking next. I know I was stupid, but I logged into paypal, thinking it would take me back to the website to confirm and there would be a discount code box, but no, the order went through. The website says I can cancel my order, but staff at missguided are being very unhelpful.

So, I stopped ordering from Misguided due to their horrible customer service. A few days ago, I decided to order a dress from the company, optimistically hoping the service had improved. I am currently almost two weeks post-op from major surgery, so I felt comfortable ordering the item, knowing that if the item was not suitable, I would be able to use the Hermes collection option to return the parcel. When I received the item, it was evident that the item was not for me. I visited the Misguided site, to arrange for a collection. However, the system would not generate a collection time. I contacted Misguided via chat and chatted with Emma. Emma advised me that my item was not eligible for Hermes collection because it was delivered by Yodel. What?? For starters, as a customer, I do not have the choice as to which delivery company Misguided chooses to select to deliver my parcel, secondly, on the Misguided website, Hermes collection is offered as an option, it does not offer a disclaimer that the service is not available if the company decides to use Yodel to deliver parcels. I advised Emma of these concerns, and that I would be unable to travel to the Hermes shop due to my surgery. I further advised that I may be able to get a neighbour to travel to a drop off location at a corner shop maybe a minute away, but that was it. Emma advised that the closest Hermes shop was 8 mins away. I expressed my disgust with the false advertising on Misguided's website; I further explained that customers should not be inconvienced, due to Misguided's decision to stop using Royal mail as a return option and to selectively choose which parcels are eligible for Hermes collection. I requested to communicate with a supervisor. Emma asked me what solution I wanted; and I advised her that Misguided needed to generate the required paperwork for a Hermes collection or if I called for the collection of the parcel, Misguided should reimburse me. Despite my request for a supervisor, Emma immediately claimed that she spoke with her supervisor Sowdha, and was advised that they could not help me, and I would need to travel to a Hermes location. This response is totally unacceptable! The blatant disregard displayed tonight from Emma and Sowdha was totally improper. Misguided's website site provides false information relating to their return options for their customers. The verbiage on the website attempts to give the appearance of returns being hassle free and low risk for customers when in actuality the company wants to make the return process as complex and inconvenient as possible. I will never do business with this company again

I placed an order next day delivery it's been three days now and still haven't received my order so yes you're a shitty company I'm getting contact with you no telephone numbers and would need a bodybag complained about you is your shit

Literally some of the worst quality clothes you can buy. Supposedly new and unworn items are abundant in loose threads, with multiple items having visible rips in the fabric. When observing the sale items it is immediately clear that most items are falling to pieces. Not remotely impressed - I can see why they stick mostly to online sales.

Hi Emma, I've been to trying to return 3 pairs of truousers but I'm now past the 14 day cut off point! My daughter threw out the bag with any documents that showed my order number and I could not find anything on my emails- they seemed to have disappeared and can't find anytywhen I tried to log into my account. I have tried the chat service but lost connection. Is there anything I can do to return them and get a refund?

Ordered three items, only two turned up. I am size 8, one of the blouses looks size 12 too big for me yet it is labelled size 8. The trousers, I just don't have any words. Really disappointed. The one star is that they delivered the day they said they would that is all. Money wasted and I definitely will Never order from them again. Really disappointed ????

Paid for next day delivery on Friday. .. it's Monday and still item, they forgot about it and said I'll have it in the next 48 hours but won't refund the next day delivery. ..the worst company ever ...thieves

I ordered a dress from Missguided which upon arrival wasnt the colour I had wanted. I returned the item promptly without even trying the dress on to then recieve an email from Missguided advising there were marks on the dress and they would not accept a refund. The dress was returned to me with dirty black marks all over the front, I am furious about this as there is no way those marks were on the dress when I returned it, given that I didnt even try it on and the marks are black. I have emailed Missguided with no response and am extremely unhappy with the service and will not be ordering anything in the future. I am now left with a dress I dont want full of black marks which I believe looks like it has been dropped on a dirty warehouse floor!

Made an order and paid for next day delivery as I needed items for a sudden event the next day. Waited in all day for the driver but no one came. Eventually I get an email at night saying they've just attempted to deliver but no one was in. I was in absolute shock. I have security cameras in my house thank god that clearly shows no one came at all. Driver clearly just lied and couldn't be bothered to deliver to my house, or just simply ran out of time!!!!! I call Misguided to tell them and they say that I will now have wait in again all day the next day........ so I bregudgingly do this. The driver then turns up late evening, doesn't even ring the doorbell & throws the parcel in my porch (as seen on camera). I open said parcel and guess what..... they've sent me the wrong item. Call them up again, and they tell me that I now have the responsibility to return this back to them if I want to get the correct item, even though this was THEIR mistake. They refused to arrange a collection of their wrong item. Why should I have to waste my time and petrol sending the item back due to their mistake? Absolutely shambolic service from start to finish. Will never buy anything off them ever again and will be sure to tell everyone I know and work with not to bother either. The stress they cause just isn't worth it. Clothes are cheap looking and crap too!!!

I came across this website as someone on Instagram plugged it, and the clothes looked cute on the website. First off, the clothes look SO CHEAP when you receive them. The shipping takes WAY LONGER than advertised, and it comes in a flimsy bag. They will NOT cover returns even if the clothing arrives damaged or late. They WILL offer a refund on your shipping if you put in a LOT of time and effort, but only in the form of a store credit.. which, will be a faulty code. So, they'll be nice and offer you a new code, BUT, they'll NEVER send it, and turn around to say they NEVER offered it to you in the first place. In addition, they must teach their customer service agents to talk like middle-schoolers, because after talking with them in their "online chat", I always want to rip my hair out. I will absolutely NEVER purchase from this terrible store again, and I advise you all to do the same!

I have returned 2 dresses & I have only received the refund for one of my dress and each time I contacted Missguided I've been told that I've either already received the refund or it will take 4-10 days..weeks after I still have not received my refund for my 2nd dress and each time I'm getting fob off by Missguided. The customer service was so poor and to top it all off I cannot get a straight answer to where my refund is or when I will receive it. I am so disappointed with the treatment by Misguided I never thought these things happen any more customer obviously don't come first. Policy and procedures needs to be looked at Missguided I've been so frustrated by your process. Don't bother to shop there it may be at a reasonable price but not good for your mental health if anything goes wrong! You'll might go crazy trying to sort thing out with them! they are quick to take your money but not quick to refund or make things right when they go wrong. They are good at fobbing you off with email....also save yourself the stress don't bother

Ordered an item for next day delivery, waited and nothing arrived so I assumed that the item would come the following day and still nothing... it had'nt even left the warehouse. So I spoke to customer service and they said they we're "sorry" and would only send me a refund for the delivery and until my item arrived then sent a full refund, but it would only be issued but only when I sent the item back to them. Seemed like more hassle on my part. Never got my item which was disappointing because it was for a friends party and had to compromise.. Won't shop here again and advise others not to either!!!
