Ordered for next day delivery, it hasn't arrived and they can't give me an expected time for arrival. Seems very haphazard. I use various websites with no problems!!!

I have once from this company. Several years ago and they got the order wrong. Since then I am being bombarded with voice texts on my land line saying they have a deliver from missguided. I have contacted them and all they can do is ask for the order number, I've explained I don't have one but to no avail! The calls just keep coming! I've contacted the company who relay to texts messages, very very helpful they told me the fault lies in Missguided data base and they be able to remove my number. I'm still waiting for this to happen. Do t use this company or if you do beware!

This is the worst company ever and I want to warn everyone about them. Save yourself the headache and do not purchase anything from these incompetent people. Basically I ordered a skirt, they sent me the wrong item. Completely different. The skirt I ordered was white XS they sent me a pink dress size XL. Such a huge mistake to make. I wanted this skirt for my engagement party that was a few weeks away. Anyways, I spoke to them and they said that when I ordered the skirt the skirt had already gone out of order after I paid. So they just sent me anything that was lying around. What kind of a company would do such a thing? This was in February and they have assured me that I will be refunded. But I have yet to receive my refund. I honestly don't have the energy to deal with these people anymore. Save yourself the headache and don't buy.

online customer service excellent. if you have any problem I suggest you go on faq's and start online chat they are instant and will help with any problem.they can log into your account if you have an order number.

Still not received code to pick up from click and collect store. Customer service team have not got a clue.... If I could rate 0 I would. Give me my money back or provide me with my goods....

Lost my return. Then they wouldn't give me a refund. So many problems with this company I highly advise you do not order from them.

My order didn't arrive, I kept being told my order was on its way. I paid for next day delivery. Then told me my item was out of stock. I waited another 9 days but still didn't arrive they then told me the items had been lost.

I've made an order and I was waiting 3 days and still my order was in process then I message to them and told me that 3 of my items that was out of stock ( 75 euros) , first they took my money and they didn't inform me that the items that out of stock.

I bought three faux suede jackets. In colours mustard, khaki and berry. The berry jacket was in the sale at 25 pounds. The other two were full price at 40 pounds each. The delivery was excellent. I ordered them Friday morning. They arrived next morning. They are all in perfect condition and look beautiful. Yes the material is on the thin size but for the price I think they are brilliant. I was looking at 90 pounds for ONE real suede jacket on another website. If you want real suede then pay top dollar for it and stop complaining when you get a great compromise! Also there were some complaints about the colour of the berry jacket in other reviews. People said it was dark pink. Mine is a beautiful berry colour. I don't yet know about any colour transfer as haven't wore yet but I wouldn't be so daft as to wear white u set a berry jacket anyway! These jackets have the wow factor. I am a small size six and yes it could have gone a little smaller but they are still s nicefit and I can't wait to wear them this spring!! On another note I wanted to do my review on the actual reviews for the jacket but could not see any directions on how to do so! Please make this easier Misguided!

I went out of my way to make sure I had the returns policy correct. I was told returns were free. I asked a few questions, they kept assuring me its free! Very happy, ordered some shoes to see what ones I liked. Went to return 2 pairs and returns are not free unless you use Asda or something called Doodle. I live on an island, there's no Asda or Doodle. It will cost me like £7 to return these. Feel completely cheated. I made sure before I ordered that I could return for free and information was deliberately withheld from me. The way they dealt with it was laughable. Just kept sending a robot reply saying Royal main is not free. Jee thanks, could have been told that before I ordered! Your packaging is a joke. Trying to speak to the cool teens... well this teen won't be using you again and telling her friends what a sneaky company missguided is.

Not helpful at all! I've been ordering for years (i don't know why as every single order goes wrong) but I have to say the customer service just received is disgusting and I will ensure I won't be shopping here again. Their customer service team on twitter feels like it's run by 14 year olds. So unprofessional and don't want to help you at all. I'm now out of pocket for something that was their error and they are just like robots and are copy and pasting the same paragraph back to me every time I reply. Visited the store yesterday and the girls were just he same. Made you feel very uncomfortable. Honestly, don't waste our money on his company. They are so rude and honestly need to review their customer service. They are stealing people's money and not giving you the option for a refund, as I bought something in store, it has to be returned to store. I live 4 hours away, I can't return it back. But they won't let me send it by post. Now I'm stuck with products that are no good and can't get my money back as they are unwilling to help me.

I really like the merchandise but the delivery and the way some customerservice employees are communicating with the customers is sometimes awful. I placed an order twice and both were not delivered on time. I don't think I will place an order again.

Missguided banks on the fact that most people won't complain because their clothes are cheap, but they sent me two wrong items in my order #118697461 and they refuse to pay for the return shipping. The most frustrating part is they've sent me in circles, from their chat, to e-mail, back to chat, and still have not agreed to pay for the return shipping. They keep saying that i will get a "credit note" for the return shipping, which is a super vague term, so then i ask them what they mean by "credit note" and they say it's store credit. I tell them no, i want to be refunded for the return shipping since you sent me 2 WRONG ITEMS. They completely ignore it and just keep beating around the bush hoping I'll give up and leave the chat. The level of sketchiness is somewhere between that chinese website you've been looking at and a legit american business. It's just astonishing to me how they train these customer service employees not to answer your questions... You would think an online American business would go the extra mile to make sure customers are satisfied with their orders since they don't have the overhead associated with renting a physical location and keeping it staffed.

Ordered thigh high boots with express shipping. I received after a week to find only one in the box. I then had to return the one I did receive and pay for the return postage and am only getting offered store credit for it. Still waiting for the full pair to arrive. They seem money hungry and don't actually care about their customers. So disappointing because i do love their clothing

Ordered £80.00 worth of stuff on Monday night with a discount code ready to use. When I went to place the order there was no option to add the code and it made me pay straight away. I instantly emailed them but apparently there was nothing they could do as the items had been bought for next day delivery. Ordered these on Monday night, it is now Thursday and I still don't have the items and they were for a birthday night out tonight. Basically do not order with these. You will be left extremely dissapointed. They don't care at all about any customers as they have grown too much and think they can get away with disgusting customer service.

Absolutely appalled with the level of service I have received over email. After 7 days of not receiving my order and tracking was still showing in transit I emailed missguided for them just to tell me what I already knew and to wait another 48 hours. So 9 days for delivery that should have been between 3-5 working days. On the 9th day still nothing so I emailed again for them just to say it's been lost in transit would you like to re order which will take another 3-5 working days or a refund which will take 5-10 working days. I am absolutely disgusted that free next day delivery was not offered or anything else to compensate. I can safely say I will never be ordering from them again.

Probably over 8 months ago I ordered over $100 worth of clothing and shoes and I was so excited, but then I received an email stating that I needed to give them my social security number to verify my identity... what the hell?! That is crazy. I emailed them a ton to refund me and they finally did but I will NEVER order from there and I warn my friends who have thought about buying from them.

Missguided customer service was not helpful when I asked them to apply a discount code to an order placed 5 minutes earlier. My return package containing $150 worth of merchandise has mysteriously never completed transit to the return warehouse. I've reached out to CS but I doubt they will work with me. The quality of the merchandise is NOT worth the hassle until Missguided adjusts their customer service & return policies, I recommend shopping elsewhere.
