this is my first time buying from this website. I waited months for their holographic rain coat to be back in stock, and I kept checking back for ages so when it was finally in stock again I excitedly ordered their lilac version and next day delivery. It arrived on time as promised, but the quality of the coat was terrible considering i'd paid £30 for it. It's thin and flimsy, made of plastic material that is stiff and awkward, not to mention that it makes the most awful noise whenever you move- sort of like crinkling paper constantly. In addition to this, the holographic part had ripped away from the lining on one of the arms. Unfortunately I'm now a little concerned to send it back after reading some of the reviews on here about people not receiving their refunds. oh well. it'll take some good photos for instagram i guess. Never buying from this site again.

I ordered 2 pairs of pants and a top from Missguided, this was not my first time so I figured the experience would be good like last time. One of the pants was not the size I ordered so I contacted Missguided's customer service who promptly told me to ship the item back and I would be refunded for my shipping and the pants. It has been over a month and I am yet to receive any refund. I've been emailing and have been receiving the generic email which tells you that someone will get back to you but to no avail. I was asked to send a picture of my tracking number and the cost of postage and have sent this 4 times. I tried calling the number and the voicemail states all communication is strictly via email. I will NEVER order from MIssguided again as I am so disappointed and totally frustrated with the lack of respect and morality of this company. What is even more upsetting is this company sells their product in some of our well known US stores. Will definitely reach out to the Better Business Bureau if I have not heard anything or receive my FULL refund.

So I decided to buy some really cute heels on the Missguided website without having read the reviews, after 2-3 days had passed and I had not been sent my shipping code I started to panic so I decided to check the reviews out! The reviews were scary and I totally panicked! I though I was going to lose my money and I wouldn't get the cute shoes that I really liked!:( I decided to stop stressing and wait until the 8 delivery days had passed so I did and on the seventh day I received my beautiful shoes! Although I ordered an 8 I got a 6 from Missguided which I'm totally fine with because it fit to perfection! Although it has a bad reputation I think that all of you who are panicking should calm down and wait for the full 8 days to pass by! After that I would panic the heck out too! I did love Great quality of the shoes!

This company has caused me to decide that I shouldn't order online anymore, at all. What a nightmare. I've never had an experience like this before. I ordered four dresses and a blouse for my trip to Puerto Rico. I ordered these items about two weeks before my trip. I never received them, the tracking information said they were going to a different city entirely. I emailed misguided who had me fill out paperwork. I didn't get my clothes for Puerto Rico. Fast forward about two months later, they finally send me a new package. It contains three of the five items i ordered. And even if I didn't have these complications, I'd still be disappointed. The clothes are terrible quality. I'm surprised this line is carried at respected retailers like Nordstrom...perhaps the product Nordstrom carries is better quality. I'm returning it all.

I order these pair of heels this past coming Monday with EXPRESS shipping so they would come in my Friday, and I never receive the confirmation in my email. I also tried multiple times to email and call customer service and email them my complaint but no one return my email and calls. I feel like this website is fraud. And quite frankly I'm very upset I spent 75$ and not to even get a email back? It's very ridiculous.

First time ive ever bought anything from here and next time i get paid im buying more! I bought 2 stunning dresses and it came to around £50 and i lovelovelove them! Theyre comfy and stunning & holla at you miss guided for helping me get laid because of your stunning dresses lmao! 10/10 xoxoxo

What a terrible company. Bought two dresses from them, kept one returned the other. They refunded the dress that I had kept which was £5.00 cheaper than the one I had returned. They have ignored my emails to their complaints department. I am £5.00 down it was my first order and my last.

I am a first-time customer from the US. To be honest, after all the negative reviews, I was VERY hesitant to buy. Most of the bad reviews claim one or two of the following: quality is bad, they send the wrong size, item, missing item, VERY late deliveries, and untrackable package. However, after looking at their items online and what some Youtubers got, I decided to take a leap of faith. After all, none of them claimed it was SCAM. Moreover, out of all the affordable online stores I was browsing, I found theirs to match my style and they looked very cute, stylish and elegant for me. I knew what I was getting into, so I honestly did not EXPECT much. I ordered 6 items (UK SIZE 2) which were all ON SALE, and I placed my order on March 16, 2016. The total was 61.20 (I used the student discount code as well). I would have spent MORE, but my boyfriend advised me not to spend more than $100 JUST IN CASE. I paid via Paypal (I heard it is the SAFEST way to pay), and after not hearing from them for more than 24 hours, I got a little paranoid (lol) so I emailed them to inquire of my tracking and delivery details. I did NOT get a response; though I got an email the next day containing the tracking and delivery details. Like most customers noted, when I clicked the link, it did not work, and the details were nowhere to be found. Yet, I decided to just think positive, be patient, and not sweat it, as it is something out of my control. I believe in karma anyway. So I kept trying the link within the next few days, and I was delighted when it worked. My package finally arrived on March 24, 2016, exactly 8 BUSINESS days after I ordered (which does NOT include WEEKENDS, fyi). I was quite pleased they were right on time. To my dismay, they gave my a UK SIZE 6, and I was puzzled, because I thought, had the sizes been converted without my knowledge? Then, I tried them all, and they ALL fit me to a tee. They look EXACTLY like the photo, and I was very puzzled, in a good way. I am a VERY satisfied customer, however the SIZE part still confuses me. I hope the team can explain that to me one day. Lol. In the mean time, I will enjoy wearing what I ordered. I feel sorry for what other customers have experienced but I guess they are trying to improving their service now. I HOPE they are, if their service was truly unsatisfactory in the past. (Remember, no matter how good the food is, if the service sucks, nobody would want to come back to your restaurant)! My advice to those who are contemplating on whether to buy or not buy from MISSGUIDED, I say do your own research. If you are TRULY petrified after reading the bad reviews but REALLY wants to buy their stuff, I suggest just buy one or two items (up to you) to try their product, just spend an amount you WON'T regret!

I ordered a faux leather jacket and they tried sending me a jacket that looked nothing like the picture very angry that they would think that's okay and would go unoticed

Very poor service. I kept being directed to the page which says that Missguided can't load because it's "too busy" despite it being 8am in the morning?! Also, when it finally does load, the items don't add up properly… Missguided needs to learn its math or something - even after updating the basket this is the case. There is no number to call, and when I try to chat with them as the website indicates "our staff is ready to help" I receive no reply… neither do I get help through the emails. Overall an extremely disappointing experience! Was looking to get a few items but after this unsuccessful experience I neither trust this site nor its service - and am blacklisting it. Horrid experience and ruined my day.

I ordered a dress and when it came it was too big, the stitching was falling out in places and had some kind of green stain on it (the dress was beige so it was really noticable. I've asked for a full refund. The one positive is it was delivered very quickly. Dont think I would buy from them again which is a shame.

Absolutely disgusted with the site. I firstly ordered a top costing me 18 pounds with order,it came and wasn't made properly,the stitching was completely wrong. I looked past that and thought of it as a fault. I then ordered another top costing me 24 pounds as I ordered it on next day delivery. It took the money out of my account,I had no email of confirmation,it then didn't email or contact me at all and it never came. Disgusted with this website! Will never use again.

After a few bad experiences lately with missguided customer service and delivery I decided to order a few basic dresses, they are reasonably priced and average quality just for fashion pieces that you know you will only wear a few times. So after complaining to them about my last order (next day delivery) arrived 5 days later!!!!! I placed an order, had a text saying out for delivery.. Shock never came. On the tracking says delivered 11am.. I waited in all day and know was downstairs all morning. Either complete liars at the delivery company or couldn't be bothered to walk up steps. Emailed missguided but after past experiences know this is a waste of time. Save your money and use a company like river island or topshop who actually care about their customers!!!!

I ordered some active wear which was a good fit and ok quality. The other items I purchased such as a petite blazer, petite wet look leggings and a wrap jersey top was all too big not true to size (size 8) and bad quality. Yes the blazer is only 40€ but you get much better quality from Zara for same price. The leggings were nothing like they look in the photo, wide at the bottom and super short even for my petite frame! The blazer and top arrived so creased and out of shape it wasn't good. Then to send the items back I tried to read the options on the receipt/delivery note but the sentences were all half cut off like there was a side missing. I won't be ordering from here again.

I returned a jumpsuit because it was too small the bust was too reaveling and didn't seem this on pictures however I got notified that my returned parcel was received and they would refund me £16.50 when the jumpsuit was £19 they told me it was an adjustment fee of £2.50. I dont think so. Its a return whats that all about. I had no previous problem with returns and wasn't aware of this fee so im really disappointed.

Ordered 2 of the same dress as I wasn't too sure which size would fit and I needed it for the weekend. They only took a couple of days to arrive but when I tried them on they looked so cheap and tacky compared to the photos. I have seen many girls wearing tuxedo dresses and they look lovely but this one was not flattering at all and the 6 was huge!! I looked like I was wearing a mans jacket. Very disappointed as it looked much more expensive in the photo online.

Order 2 items (dress and shoes). They were delivered on time. The only complain is the size of my dress. I ordered a size 6 but it was not as fitting as it would be when trying on clothes in stores.

i loved it. i was really shocked about how many bad reviews are about that web site but i decided to order anyways. i chose a preety nude dress with 5-8 days delivery in europe. i ordered it on saturday and got it on wednesday. the dress looks even prettier in person. its really good quality. you deserve more than 5 stars <3 thank you MISSGUIDED it is amazing thank you a bilion times <3
