“delivery still not arranged have had dates then cancelled then they expect you to take the next day then when you give them suitable times they can't deliver very close to cancelling.”
“Spend your money else where. Ordered a sofa 3 weeks ago, was meant to be delivery within a week to 10 days. End of the ten days they said sofa damaged and would be with me by the end of the week. As it approached they said sofa delayed on trailer.... on and on it went. Anyway, 5 weeks later, sofa arrived. Missing feet and bigger than advertised.
They blocked me on social media from commenting or messaging, which meant only email available, which they ignored until I requested a refund through their complaints section on the website. It's been exhausting. The sofa is really comfy, if you're will to wait but add on 10 cms min to the advertised measurements. Oh and for all this trouble, they promised a staggering £19 refund for the inconvenience. Let's see if it arrives”
“We love Hertz furniture. The tables we received this year are great, and without the excellent advice I would have ordered less expensive, but unsatisfactory tables. It is easy to contact someone at Hertz and I have been very happy with the service we have received”
“The delivery from the company was over 2 months. When I tried to cancel the order due to such a long delay - they started threaten with extra charges even though it was them not me at breach of the contract. Avoid if you are after smooth and efficient customer service and timely delivered order.”
“Avoid this company at all costs, ordering and dealing with them has been the worst customer experience. I ordered a black bed which arrived over 2 weeks late. When we was unpacking the bed we realised they had sent us a black headboard and blue side panels & footboard. It’s impossible to speak to someone and when you do email they don’t take any responsibility or provide any useful information what so ever. It then took them over 3 weeks to deliver us the correct parts (we felt we had no choice but to wait because like so many other have said we feared they would tell us we would be charged to have it collected & returned… despite it being their mistake!!)
I will never order from them again and would urge anyone who is considering to 100% find an alternative retailer.”
“Damaged Chicago wardrobe received. Hard to assemble and poor quality for the price ~ £ 460. Broke even further in places due to its poor quality and unclear instructions. When we told the company about the issues, they immediately closed our case and said "nothing we can do". Worst purchase ever.”

2. No instructions in box I had to ring and asked via email.
3. No numbers on any parts so as per instructions you have to follow numbers.
Wardrobe is still not built as struggling without numbers on parts. I will have to pay someone to build it or I will just throw this out.

“Worst company I have ever come across. The star is only there because I couldn’t leave a review without pressing on one . I purchased a wardrobe which came broken and with bits missing. I asked for a refund but they won’t collect items , you have to send them back . When I looked into doing that it was going to cost as much as the refund . They also advised that I should insure it because if it arrived damaged ha ha !! They would not pay the refund. They are a disgrace. STAY CLEAR .”
“I lost 2 days from my work, the first time I received the wrong item and they told me ,, WE'LL BRING YOU THE RIGHT ITEM TOMORROW'' but I didn't receive nothing until 4th day.
At the end I received the right product, but during this waiting time I found the same product on market place at half price.”

“Purchased a double sliding door wardrobe with large mirror...biggest waste of money. Went it the bin 6 months later as it was so poor quality it was too poor to even make fire wood. Someone had to come out and make the shelves as they was wrong and it looked like he popped to b&q to grab an off cut of melamine...burn your money rather than give it to these as that is what you will be doing. DONT PART YOUR HARD EARNED CASH WITH THESE...YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.”
“I bought a sofa from this site but when it arrived the cushions didn't even fit it so they sent me replacements. On the site the seat cushions looked rounded and very plump, nothing like what I received, My cushions were alot thinner, square looking and hard. I phoned wanting to return it because it looked nothing like the images that encouraged me to order the sofa in the first place. They told me I would have to pay £80 to return it, I was flabagasted to be honest.”
