I ordered a wardrobe from them. Even though they had offered a date of my choice for the delivery and had mailed them of my inconvenience to collect the delivery before a date, I was bombarded with calls when I was away from the town for delivery. Back in town, I waited for almost one and a half to get my order delivered when I had my full payment in advance for the order unlike other furniture companies who offer monthly payments option. The order was delivered only after multiple calls and mails after mails with no call backs from the team. Very unprofessional service with no respect to customers time or money.

Parts were poorly manufactured as they did not align nor did they have the correct punching as per diagram. Response from the company was to manage with the part. Absolutely nonsensical proposal. They were unable to replace the part and thus would have to return. A question to quality control (if there is one) how did this get approved?

I’d stay well away from this company if I was you. Ordered a wardrobe 8 weeks ago. it turned up after week 4 @ 11:00 at night , I was then told it would take 3 hrs to put up. We were desperate so agreed for them to proceed, after taking all of the boxes up stairs I thought I’d take a look only to find two of the boxes severely damaged along with pieces of the wardrobe inside also damaged, I was then told by the installer it’s only the back and wouldn’t be seen. For £1k I said I don’t think so take it away, it’s been rescheduled 3 times since and not turned up, it was then scheduled for today between 10-1 then changed to 2-5 and now showing on the link it’s not scheduled. That’s 4 times I’ve moved everything out of our room into my 3 year old daughters room whom has had to stay with her grandparents, yes 4 times. Absolute joke of a company and If you want to speak to customer service as we have probably 20 times you get diverted to India customer services who are absolutely so rude. Hopefully you read this before you buy.

Disgusting service. Received the wrong items, have been messed about for the last 2 weeks trying to get the correct items or a refund and got absolutely no where! Do not recommend to anyone who wants what they have paid for!

The couch was fairly easy to put together. I love the color I chose. We also love the storage

Please make sure you pay this company via PayPal if you decide to buy anything from them. I found them very difficult to obtain a refund from them for a cancelled item and if it wasn’t for PayPal I’d have most likely lost all of my money - almost £600. Please take care.

The estimated delivery dates are pie in the sky! I ordered a wardrobe from the website specifically around the delivery dates. I still haven't received the item and they are unable to update me. Keep saying that they will come back to me asap. I will not order from them again.

Ordered my item 3 weeks ago. After 3 failed deliveries (for some unknown reason), I have requested a refund and have had my refund request refused.

Avoid, like the plague ! … one of the worst cowboys you can imagine (‘impersonating’ a bigger, more professional outfit than they are !). Their approach to ‘solving problems’ is belligerence and aggression ! … a poor grasp of English clearly restricts the ability to discuss anything beyond the most superficial anyway - but complexity (ie reality) is way beyond them ! Do yourself a favour: steer clear ! … they have cheap prices for a reason …

I order a sofa set get rid of my old waited beyond delivery expected date. When contact customer service they so rude without any help. Waited again no delivery had to report this company to my bank for refund. They would answer landlines once and ignore any other calls. My sitting room is empty because this company there lies and misleading wrong information. I was stress trying to call them everyday.

Brought a corner sofa from them, around 4 weeks ago, which came with a small tear on the edge I’ll upload pictures to show the damage. To be fair when they delivered it they said I had any issues contact them & they'll happily resolve it. I contacted them with pictures of the damaged part. All they emailed back was saying someone will be in contact within 24hrs this has been going on for the past 4 weeks I kept ringing and ringing To be told the same thing and being fobbed off. Please be careful with this company and make sure you at least open the item there and then when they’ve delivered as it’s an absolute nightmare getting a response from the after sales team

Web site shows more than one product on a photo, and call them something very similar, and then wonder why you order the wrong thing. The customer service does you a disservice, and are useless. First delivery was all damaged. Asked them to change the order for something more expensive, and what I thought I had ordered, but they couldn’t manage such a simple thing. Finally after more than 2 weeks they can make the change but now they want to charge delivery. Then when you complain that you shouldn’t have to pay delivery, as that’s what the website say, your option is to get you money back, but less a cancellation fee. Every way, you are out of pocket with them. Don’t use them. Customer service is the worst I have ever come across, and can achieve nothing. Moiz was my boy, good luck if you get him. He took 2 weeks to communicate with his own delivery depot……

Unacceptable service. I paid 249 pounds for the fitting of my wardrobe. My wardrobe was delivered but they said they weren't fitting it on that day. I have contacted MN numerous times asking when the fitting service is going to happen but they keep delaying and not providing me with a date its been two weeks of me going back and forth with them trying to get this arranged... I asked for a refund so I could pay another company and they just ignored that request. Still haven't got my money back and still have a flat pack wardrobe sat in my house doing nothing. they are quick enough to take my money for the fitting service though. very disappointed

Absolutely shambles of a company can’t believe there still trading ordered a wardrobe over 4 weeks open the box’s to find no fixings 3 weeks later after lots of emails and phone calls to be told a lot of lies I got the fixings to find out they sent me 2 halves of a wardrobe and now they won’t reply to anything and blocked me on social media having to claim my money back through my credit card this has got to be the worse company to man kind I can’t believe there still allowed to trade there customer service is an absolutely shocking good luck if you buy from them

***Warning do not order*** I would advised anyone not to order from this site. I placed an order for a cream corner sofa. Despite the service making it seem like delivery is flexible it is not! my sofa took over 3 weeks to arrive. I was not allowed to chose the day either I am a shift worker and can’t take a day off to be in. I was given a deliver date the day before and if I wanted to change the day I was told I’d be charged an extra fee! Once the sofa arrived it got worse. The sofa was extremely poor quality. The seats were really hard they use a block of hard form (the type you wash your dishes with) to fill it. The sofa is all stapled together at the base and the staples and all very visible. I emailed, to request a refund at which point MN went MIA. They would not answer any emails and when I tried to call It would just ring and ring this went on for weeks. When I did finally get a reply after I put a complaint into PayPal they informed me that they would change a £199 collection fee which would have to be paid before collection Awful! When I asked to speak to a manager I was told no that’s not possible their isn’t one and then the person hung up on me. In total the sofa was sat in my flat still wrapped up for a total of 3 and a half weeks before I got any response. Not being able to order another sofa or know if I would ever get my money back. A really stressful situation, I’m still trying to get my money back. Iv now ordered a new sofa from Dusk which is so much better, almost the same price and arrived within the same week.

Avoid! Very disappointed, won’t order ever again and do not recommend! Delivered wrong item and missed to deliver the lights for my wardrobe. 2 weeks after delivery still not offered to deliver the missing lights or to refund the money for them! Difficult to communicate with. Also the item ordered looks different to what was shown on the website pictures! Do not trust!

After agreeing to pay for my sofa to be delivered up 3 flights of steps when the driver came an hour late and decided he is not bringing my sofa upstairs because may get a ticket, and there are too many steps in my block, so my items where returned back to the store after many conversations with them they have not refunded my money because they say the driver said I declined it! Now why would i pay for a sofa wait for it to be delivered only to refuse the delivery makes no sense i just want my refund MN is talking about an investigation, this makes no sense i just want a refund. So i would advise not to shop here.
