“After 5 weeks I finally got my bed. I was advised I would receive the bed within 10 days, but no after constant chasing and various emails daily I got it after 5 weeks. Customer service is very poor. I get passed pillow to post. I get promised call backs and never do it’s so poor. When bed arrived spending all day putting it together with no instructions whatsoever , I found out they sent me the wrong headboard it was to small for a king size they send me a double headboard. I’m still waiting for someone to contact me regarding the delivery of this headboard. I’ve never experienced nothing like this. I also went on the website and my beds not there anymore so it will be very interesting on what they come back and tell me now. MN are like a bad smell you can’t get rid off.
I bet I don’t get compensation for this either it’s a joke”
““Estimated delivery within a week” this is nearly a month ago for an expensive product that I just cannot get hold of anyone to talk to about WHERE IT IS! They’ve replaced what I originally ordered with an “alternative” but still have it listen online to buy what I originally wanted.
I have asked for a refund, to which I was refused. I thought it was “Fast deli every and money back guarantee”????
I have been told multiple different delivery dates which hasn’t happened. I can’t get hold of anyone on the phone. Absolutely disgraceful company. Thieves!”
“The colour names on the website confuse you, so I ended up with the wrong colour.
I have emailed and called for six days now and nobody has replied or called back to fix this, the only email I got was one of their so called aftersales team saying I will have to pay for it to be exchanged.
I have this huge flat pack now in my hallway and no time scale for when they will take it away.
When I rang I opted for the after sales but when I got through, it’s a sales team member that answered, he then says he doesn’t have access to the info on aftersales!!! So why answer the aftersales number? He said because they don’t have enough staff.... just goes around in circles with this company.
Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere.”

“Received wardrobe today, foot prints all over packaging which suggests delivery men just walked all over it, even though it contained a glass mirror! Instructions might as well have not been there, don't make any sense, cannot make them out. Material is cheap and breaks at the slightest touch. Every single item contained gross hairs that were definitely not mine. I have contacted customer service waiting to hear back but doubt they will offer any sort of refund or help.

“I ordered big white mirrored wardrobes in January paid £600 and they sent me half of it and half of another size. After emailing many times, sent pictures then received a whatsapp message off them, requesting pictures again, had no response after the pictures. I am still trying to get in touch with them. I have unassembled huge wardrobes in my living room, which are unable to be put together. Very disappointed and frustrated they have taken £600 off me and I do not have nothing to show for it. I would not recommend this company.”
“The delivery men were going to charge me more after agreeing to a certain amount with the delivery company. The wrong product was delivered, couldn’t send it back as it was already opened and setup. Didn’t get any help from the company. I would not be recommending to anyone soon.”
“I ordered the Chicago sliding mirrored wardrobe in April the wardrobe arrived end of May with no led lights even though I had paid extra I was promised that these would arrive separately but still no lights. On enquiry of how to return and cancel order I was told that I was responsible for return postage costs even though my order was incomplete. Shocking service would not recommend as you can’t speak to anyone. Avoid at all costs”
“AVOID. They NEVER answer the phone. They had to reschedule the initial sofa delivery but waited until the last minute to bother telling me. When the sofa finally did arrive it was the wrong one. Cannot get them on the phone at all. For the second delivery they just did not bother to turn up & when I messaged to ask where they were they replied that they had to reschedule again for the same obviously made up excuse. I still do not have the right sofa & I can’t get hold of anyone in the company. Disgrace”
“Please guys don’t buy from this company. They are the worst company ever. They are unprofessional and take no liability for there mistakes.
The delivered a wardrobe with a broken mirror that looked nothing like what it was advertised and I reported this to them and asked for refund.
They said that it was my responsibility to check the mirrors on arrival and report any damages to the driver as soon as it is delivered and that they will be charging me £199 to get the items that they falsely advertised and delivered faulty.
Honestly if I can save someone this hassle, Please Do Not Buy From This Company!”
