I have been using Mobile Outfitters for years on several of my devices, and I was very satisfied with their service. However, when I recently applied it to my new iPhone 16 Pro Max at Mirdif City Center in Dubai, UAE, I noticed several issues. The application was not accurate around the camera area and sides; the cuts were wrong, and there were spots in the camera area that easily tore off. I mentioned this to the staff when it was applied, and the technician assured me it would clear up after some time. Unfortunately, it did not. When I revisited the store the next day, the staff told me it was a problem with the machine cut and that they couldn't do anything about it. I'm disappointed because I spent a lot of money on this service. What happened to the quality I once trusted?

I’ve been using mobile outfitters for quite some time now. I used their services from my iPhone 6, now then again for my new iPhone 16 Pro Max in the Mirdif City Center. However, their cutting wasn’t accurate, and it started ripping from the camera area within the first week itself. When I visited them again, they informed me that there was a problem with their machine and that they might update it in the future. Unfortunately, I will have to pay for another replacement. It’s quite strange.

Waste of money thay told scratch proof nothing like that within 3 days i can see scratches on the display.

Believe me I am writing this with very heavy heart. I do used to love mobile outfitter Over the years, I have noticed a significant decline in quality while the pricing has increased drastically. Below are my key concerns: Decline in Product Quality In 2017, the Fusion screen protector was thick and durable. However, the current version feels like any other tempered glass, offering no real advantage. Unjustified Price Hike The initial cost of the product has increased significantly compared to before. Additionally, the replacement cost is now ₹450 per side, which is much higher than it used to be. This pricing structure no longer makes sense. Delayed and Inefficient Service It took one month for the Fusion product to reach the Bangalore kiosk. After installation, I was informed by the agent that the product does not provide edge-to-edge coverage, making it ineffective for full protection. Overall Disappointment The combination of downgraded quality, higher initial costs, and increased replacement charges makes this product no longer a worthwhile investment. Given these concerns, I expect a reasonable resolution from your team. Please advise on how you plan to address these issues. I look forward to your prompt response.

The product is actually really good but the application of the product is really worst the staff doesn’t know properly to apply the product in the device i am writing this review after see on of my friend applied the same product from an another location the application of my friend device is really good but mine is really bad i will attach the image it show how worst the application you can see the error in dynamic island i have applied this from The outlet in Lulu mall Kochi

As I exchanged my bumper on 21st September 2024, the shopkeeper gave me iPhone 14 bumper instead of 13 bumper. So I raised a complaint after waiting for somedays. But my issue is not yet resolved and didn’t get any update regarding the concern. I request you to consider this issue and do the needful as soon as possible.

Feedback Summary: I recently had a Clear Coat installed at Mirdif City Center, and I am extremely disappointed with the quality. Within an hour of application, scratches and smudges appeared all over my phone, which is unacceptable for a product priced at AED 105. I have been a loyal customer for 10 years, but this experience has been far below the standard I expect. I urge you to address this issue by either replacing the coating with a proper one or refunding my payment. Please treat this matter urgently.

its been third time in last six months i have same issue almost after every one and half months i have to visit your branch and pay money for nothing. just last night i have visited sharjha city center counter and replace the coating now i just check my mobile again same issue bubbles everywhere obviously i will not pay all the time or i dont have time to visit again and again. very very poor service.

Response for customers is very poor especially in EA mall,Chennai Shopkeepers gave me wrong model bumper even though I asked them that this is not my mobile model and after that they asked me to come the very next week but now it’s nearly 2 months done I didn’t get any proper response and also didn’t receive the replacement yet and also when I try to contact them there won’t be any responses Feeling very bad on this

I’ve been a loyal customer of this mobile protection brand since 2018, recommending it to over 12 friends. However, my recent experience at the City Stars branch was extremely disappointing. In January 2024, I received a discount on a replacement for my iPhone 15 Pro. When I returned in October to replace the full protection and add coverage for a new device, the prices were unreasonably high. Customer service refused to offer any discount, despite my prior experience, and the representative was dismissive and unprofessional. I also filed a complaint, but after 10 days, there has been no follow-up. I’m very dissatisfied and won’t be recommending this service again.

Don't ever do business with them at Gateway Mall, extremely bad service, they don't explain the process until you have paid for the product. they don't have confidence in their product, also after you have it done and pay for it, they then advise you, you have to pay R250 every time the screen protector gets damaged, falls out, get bubbles and cracks. if you going to pay R850.00 once off and R250.00 whenever you have an issue. Then I might as well, just go to a Pakistani shop and pay R100.00 every time something happens to your screen protector, for the price you pay for one at gateway, you can have 11 screen protectors done from a Pakistani shop.

I do not recommend at all. I had a bad experience. I recently bought a screen protector which is supposed to be of high quality and on same day after 45min pause my fingerprint sensor does not work anymore. THIS had damaged my screen. I never faced this issue when I put the normal screen protector and this came just after putting this type of screen protector which I believe was a good one.

Hi, this is momen first time I am using your "fusion" paper in my mobile "motorola edge 50 fusion" from bangladesh shimanto shambhar outlet and my experiance is got good. I fix the paper in my mobile on 26th August which is not fix properly then I came to the outlet and refix it on 29th August nad again after 3 days its remove automaticaly and I came to the outlet and experinceed the outlet was closed parmanently which is unexpected.

The product suitable for the mobile was not installed. The branch where it was installed was reviewed and the product was not replaced under the pretext that the product suitable for the mobile is not currently available. Even customer service does not have a solution or response.
