“Response to the customer is very bad especially in EA mall, Chennai. Before a month, they gave me iPhone 14 bumper instead of iPhone 13 bumper and they said that they will replace it with free of cost. Till now I didn’t get replacement and no proper response from the sales person. Kindly consider this and take necessary action.”

“Staff was accommodating and great in promoting the products. I ended up getting an original clear coat screen protector. The product looked great until after about 3 days when I noticed a thick line in the middle, it looked like a thick scratch mark although the surface remained smooth (I can't figure out how it got the mark because I don't put anything on the same pocket where my I put my phone). I went back to the shopped to have it checked. They can't remove the mark and they said I need to pay half the original price of the item (as installation fee) if I want it replaced. I personally don't think that's value for money.”

“I bought protection for two phones and six months later, in two cases, in the same place, the material began to peel off. This is a clear manufacturing defect, but the replacement is paid. Does that mean I have to pay twice a year?! In addition, the most expensive film is full of scratches after six months. Definitely I cannot recommend this manufacturer.”

“Staff was a bit rude. Went to Kokas to ask for a renewal to my apple watch’s screen protector (for my top and bottom). He checked my details and it was all there, however my top ones are missing but he refused to do renew it and told me just to do my renewal in Pacific Place instead (did my previous ones in Pacific Place) lol. What an amazing service”
