So thankful for the service you provide. When my mother in law lost her balance and ended up on the floor in the middle of the night, the rescue team was able to get in the apartment and help her up. Thanks for such great service.

Had for a few months. So far haven't had to use. I've had a few false alarms but were easy to correct.

I received my Mobile Help device several weeks ago, and, so far, I am very pleased. It was easy to set up and easy to use. A couple of times my device which was in my pocket or around my neck went off when it was juggled a little too much, and I received a call asking me if I needed emergency service. I was able to tell the caller; no, that I was fine. This close attention to my device made me feel very protected!

First off I want to compliment you on your sales staff.They were helpful,courteous and professional in our dealings.Unfortunally we could not connect for a good signal. I live in an area that has poor to fair internet reception. I had to in a different direction I returned your unit 2/3 weeks ago and now awaiting my refund of 509.61. Sorry it did not work out. We selected MobileHelp because of the ease of use and the ratings found online. One big plus for the selection of MobileHelp is that no central station is required. If my mother falls, she could be in another part of the house where she could not be heard by the central station. With the single pendant, communication is available right there alleviating the need to contact 911 in case of a false alarm. Now, if we could just make sure she wears the pendant when she's moving around the house...

After receiving the items I called customer service. I had a few questions regarding the placement of the items and which ones had a battery that would need charging. They were very helpful and they told me how to set the system up. She also had me test the system while she remained on phone.

We love this I had went to town my husband had left leg amputated daughter was home with him he fell in bathroom he was wearing his lifalert pendent so he pushed button amblance came and helped him up

So far, so good but we haven't had any need to call for service yet (hope that remains the case!). The set up was very easy, the product was shipped immediately and we received it soon than expected so that was a very pleasant surprise. Very happy with the service so far. Thank you!

This is my mom’s third Mobile Alert. She has had them I. The past and has returned them. Now she cannot as she wants to remain in her home and it is a condition to her staying home. When I ordered the Mobile Help this time, I assumed it was going to be the same equipment that came the other two times. My mom has been complaining that the alarm around her neck was too heavy. I couldn’t u Der stand her complaint. Finally, I called on Dec. 10 and found out that my mom had not received the small neck alarm. She has been wearing the larger one that normally goes in a purse or pocket. After zi called, I found out she did not get the smaller one and I had to pay $11+ to get her the small alarm. I was very surprised.

Only have the system a few weeks, haven't had an emergency yet, thank God, but I do test it every Wednesday and it does work well. Customer service is outstanding. The few calls I made for tech help etc. Were handled very professionally . I am very pleased and would highly recommend it.

I was pleasantly surprised at how fast the Emergency crew arrived. They held me up and probably were gone within 15 minutes after they made sure I was OK.

operates as advertised. accidently tripped the device and it was cancelled easily. powers up very quickly after a days use and even after 2 days use.
