My mother has Mobile help . Her children feels more Secure that knowing she can have help wherever she goes .

I like the system very much. It has a lot of good qualities I just wish it would quit going off a lot saying that a fall has been detected when I am sitting still and watching TV. Arlan Ashcraft

I would have given five stars but for fact that the Company does not offer a pendant with the GPS unit built-in. Although my 92 yr. old mother wears her pendant at all times, she often forgets (like many elderly) to take her stand-alone GPS device when she leaves her apartment, in which case, her pendant is valueless. It would be advantageous to offer an "all-in-one" pendant to avoid this issue.

I can only use system in Tennessee. ATT wifi not in Arkansas where my parents live (where I live and take care of them most of the year.)

although we only had your system for a short time since my husband passed away in Aug. we were very pleased with the serv8ce and the response teams that out when needed

I've had to use this service twice now and, while they responded quickly, they seem to have not been able to hear me clearly and there was a misunderstanding as to what service I needed. Also, in trying to figure out the best location for the base unit the very large, bright buttons make it hard to put the unit someplace inconspicuous. However, these featured might be good for some people.

i am very happy with my mobile unite. i was told that i would receive 25.00 dollars for each name that bought a unite i have not received any money so far and i was told someone from the office would check into this and call me back but so far have not heard from anyone .i know of 2 people that bought your units. i have called several times earlier this year. i will not refer anyone else if you do not do what you promise. mary sharp

Number 1, Your front door key lock is excellent, if I'm in the house and am unable to answer the door, this just saved me the costly expense of a new window or door replacement. Number 2. The soft but tough wrist sending device is comfortable to wear, & easy to reach if needed. Number3. The belt loops, on the voice activated mobile unit needs wider belt loops. Unless I wear narrow trouser belts it will not my standard 1 1/2 IN wide belt pass through the loops. I have lost the unit in chairs and car seats more than once, so now do not wear it when outside working. Number 4. I appreciate your procedure for checking your system on a monthly basis. It makes both the user and your staff much more aware that all systems are up and working. Thanks for a good working system.

The people at MobilHelp have always been very pleasant and helpful when I have had telephone contact with them. The devices, namely the neck pendant and the wrist device, have been faulty, however, and it took over a year with your company to get ones that work well. I thank you for replacing them very quickly. Also, this rating request was sent to my name (Mann) to my son-in-law's email address. I am now the one paying for your service. He originally did but not any more. His name should be in the list of contacts to be informed in case I am ever taken to the hospital.

I would suggest that you do not contact the emergency persons immediately after a call from me to Mobile Help, but wait at least until medics have arrived and the situation is either successfully taken care of, or it was necessary to go to a hospital. There's no point in alarming my contact people if it involves only minor help in getting up off the floor. It has been very traumatic and unnecessary for my contacts to leave work, come home from an errand, long distance phone calls to each other, while I'm back in the house sitting comfortable at the TV. Surely you understand that your present procedure is not helpful nor very smart nor appreciated by clients. Julie Spengler
