I trust that they will be there. They were actually there when I just lost my phone, which isn’t a medical emergency but I was very panicked because I don’t have a landline and I wouldn’t be able to call anyone else for anything. And because of there help I found my phone which had somehow been thrown in the dumpster.

My elderly mother and her brother have mobile alert system in their home. They have used it several times over the last couple of years, so it truly is a life-saver. I worry less now than I did when they didn't have it. The people at the company are professional, friendly, and efficient. I highly recommend MobileHelp.

The unit seems to be working fine along with the accessories provided; however, I have a concern about the base that is situated on my kitchen counter. If I fell how would I be able to reach the EMERGENCY button?

As I new user, I had many questions. Customer service was excellent. My fall monitor wouldn't charge and they sent a new one to me immediately. So far, I am very pleased.

Carrie was great to work with always keeping me up to date on timing and installation. Great to physically see the priducts in their show room and very convenient. Thanks for getting this expedited with clear concise onformation and pricing.

It works great! My husband has set it off a few times when he has gone to take the fall button off. It is very sensitive. The call center is way too slow to answer the calls. Luckily my husband has not been hurt.

The rating probably should be higher, but until I become acquainted with the equipment I do not feel secure. No signals show on Fall device or wristband. No indication that the devices need to be charged.

Product works however with my mother being hard of hearing it’s difficult for her to hear the communication device unless she’s close by. Called asking for a additional communication device she could put in her room, but was told she’d need to upgrade for an additional $99 to get the device that will go anywhere with her. She could use that as a device in her room. Was hoping she could get just another machine as she doesn’t need the anywhere device and certainly didn’t need to pay more money.

My parents had an emergency , a cardiac issue involving my father . They pressed the Mobile Health help button and it took over 5 minutes for someone to respond. Fortunately they were able to call 911 and the EMT's were already at their home before Mobile Health finally called back

One of the worst experiences I have ever had..did not order equipment although I had wanted to its all about my order and how it was it was mishandled by the person who took my order and when I sought assistance from customer service they did not respond to multiple calls from me. I was told that my order in amount of 123.90 was denied by my credit card..not true it was pending I told this by my credit card company that the amount had been approved, the salesman said he would resubmit the order the next day. Well what he did submit was to submit request for a different amount and yes this time the credit card denied it as after submitting the ORIGINAL ORDER FOR 129.30 I only had 1.79 left in my account thus by this second submission it appeares I had two orders 129.30 PENDING... AND ONE FOR 64.OO WHICH I DID NOT PLACE, NOT ONLY WAS THIS SECOND ORDER RESUBMITTED 3 TIMES TO MY IN THE FOLLOWING DAYS AND DENIED 3 TIMES BY MY CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT after countless phone calls to you customer service giving the original approval code and time it was approved FOR THE AMOUNT OF MY ONLY ORDER IN THE A MOUNT OF 129.30 AND EVERY TIME IT WAS SUBMITTED FOR THE SECOND LOWER AMOUNT. After all this my credit card charge for 129.30 was put back on to my credit card by my credit company. YOUR LACK OF FOLLOWING EXPLICIT INSTRUCTIONS ALSO COS ME 33 POINTS ON MY CREDIT SCORE. SHAMEFUL SHAMEFUL, I EVEN ASKED TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR AND WAS TOLD THAT IT WOULD TAKE 23 48 HOURS FOR THAT TO HAPPEN AAND BT THE TIME THE LAPSED TIME JUST CAME TO LATE. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE..

I am a very concerned customer with MobileHelp. I have had numerous problems with this company so far. I have tried to resolve with your customer service and I am currently waiting on a call from a supervisor. I have been waiting since Saturday. Also, the problem I am having is still a problem and I can't get resolved and this has been since Thursday, November 4. If you can in any way help I would appreciate it, otherwise I feel I will have to change companies. Thank You - Melanie Wilkins

This product is represented online as the #1 recommended service for medical alert. That was not our experience. Our son is 27 years old, has epilepsy, and lives in New York City. He is very tech savvy, but this was very cumbersome equipment with way too many parts. He has worn a GPS-activated medical alert button for six years with zero trouble until that company was sold. He used MobileHelp for just under one month but it was too much even for him. At the same time, our elderly neighbor also signed up for MobileHelp and was completely overwhelmed. At the time we signed up, the Micro "would not be an all-in-one device for several more weeks." When we cancelled our son'd device, suddenly the Micro was available if we wanted to try that. It seemed like we were being duped into something. I can't explain it, but we got a bad feeling. Our son's safety and his comfort in using such a service is priority one. We were really not happy with MobileHelp. That being said, we worked with a representative named Joe and he could not have been more attentive and helpful. Kudos to him for representing your company well. I'm sorry this didn't work out. Our son is now using a medical alert app for his Apple watch, which is much more fitting to his way of life.

I have given this a top rating although I haven't used it and it is packaged to return. I just do not feel ready and am intimidated by its appearance.
