I have Parkinson and I'm Diabetic. I purchased Mobile Help because I live alone and have falling episodes. I have used your system and it worked like a charm. Both times my friend was called and she reached me in less than 2 minutes. Also, more affordable than other systems I checked out

Mom has had her alert system for about a month. Customer service quickly responded to our inquiry and offered plan options. The system arrived as promised and set up was super easy. The test mode offered confirmation of proper set up. We all feel safer knowing mom is covered with Mobile Help

I love knowing if I was by myself and got hurt, Mobile Help gives me the peace of mind that help is on the way no matter my location. I love the fall detection most of all. My daughter is thrilled! Thank you for a quality product!

I needed emergency health assistance just a few weeks after getting a MobileHelp alert button. I am thrilled to say that there was no confusion, delay, or unnecessary questions. The employee who answered my call spoke to me slowly and clearly, identified what was needed and sent an ambulance immediately. When the emergency responders arrived, they had my door code and were able to let themselves into the house and find me. I highly recommend the "Micro System" pendant, because it has a speaker + mic, GPS, and fall detection. Had I not had my brand new MobileHelp button at 3 a.m. on December 27th, my experience that night would have been quite different.

We are pleased with the MobileHelp Duo package and the price. From sale to set-up and beyond, customer service is excellent. Based on AARP's recommendation, we purchased a system for my father-in-law, who did not want a device. It's been over a month, and Dad is wearing his pendant faithfully even though he also has a wristband. My husband says the setup was very easy and customer service excellent. We've had one incident when Dad accidentally leaned too far over the sink and the fall button was activated. MobileHelp contact was immediate. Dad received a follow-up telephone call as well. My husband, who is #2 on the call list, was notified by text within seconds after the initial fall notification. There are so many alert systems available. MobileHelp was an excellent choice for our family.

I have only been on the plan a few short months and so far it's working out just fine. I have, on a rare occasion, been alerted that a fall was detected but So far it's always been a false alarm. They are quick to respond and very easy for me to just push the button to end the alert. Doesn't get much easier then that. Comfortable as well. I would recommend the Mobil Help alarm to anyone who lives alone or even just home alone for part of the day.

It is a comfort to know I'm not without resources just because I live alone. In my first week I accidentally set it off and was inadvertently reassured to have a cell call, landline call, and police at the door. Everyone was very kind about the false alarm and even a bit of humor as the police departed and on radio anmounced "cancel car 54".

It takes awhile to get the system figured out but when you do it works great. I fell a few times and it picked up on the fall and contacted me on the device to figure out what happened it is very fast to react

We are a new user and the help we have received from the staff was very helpful on setup. The documentation helps to understand the operation and controls with time. We are still getting used to the units individual uniqueness.

I was very pleased with your service although it didn’t work out for my situation. The person I got it for declined to use it. However, the customer service was great and customer service truly and effectively assisted me with the return of the equipment and termination of the contract. Thank you!

I accidentally pressed my wrist band under water in my bath 🛀 and immediately got a phone call 📞 because I always keep my phone in the bathroom when I take a bath and shower, very impressed and thank you so much 🙏🏻

I assisted my 93-year-old mother in signing up for this alert system. The agent on the phone was very helpful and it was fairly easy to get started. I feel better knowing she has this since she lives alone in her home.
