“This website is a SCAM and has been Flagged by Norton Antivirus Software with a CAUTION label.
The site promotes that it can unlock any network a phone might be locked to. The website displays a big Australia flay in the top right corner as the country selected but when billed prices are twice as high as they charge in USD which was not specified. After paying the initial fee to see if my phone was locked to a network, the service said the phone was locked to an Australian Network but did not specify which one which I thought was odd as I tested the Phone out with my SIM card when purchasing secondhand and it worked as it should. After posting this secondhand Iphone to a friend in the Phillipines and they were not able to call anyone I was getting frustrated and tried this mobile unlock service to rule that out as a cause for the calling problems. When I proceeded with the next steps of the unlock process which is all a load of BS, the phone was said to be know unlocked and it still did not work and has not for over a month. It turned out that the SIM card purchased in the Phillipines was a data only SIM and that is why they could not make phone calls. The whole website is a SCAM for people who want immediate results which are just not possible without know the mobile phone carrier and contacting them directly. The customer service say that your were aware of the three stage unlocking costs but this is not true as costs should have been charge in Australian Dollars and the phone was never locked in the first place.
Please note that they have created a new dodgy website called mobileunlocked.com and will continue to fleece people with their dishonesty. We will hunt them down with pleasure and return the favour.”

“Nice timing it’s decent , I don’t agree with the fee to simply “check” if it’s elegible for unlock but other than that not sure if I would do it again, you can find unlock services way cheaper than this site , just try eBay , sadly I paid for the 30$ thinking that was the unlock service sadly it wasn’t , all together paid 80$ for this stupid service and with a chance of a 10$ “credit” for leaving a review”

“Not great to be honest. Honest is probably a good word to use here. The website hides/doesn't make it clear that the first payment isn't to unlock your phone at all £11.99.
That initial payment is just to do a 'check'. Then they ask you to pay an additional £25.99 to actually unlock your phone.
I regret using mobileunlocks.com for sure.”

“I reveived unlocking service from this company on 27th august. Firstly they asked £11, sortly after they requested final price £26 with claiming 24 hours resolution time. It has been more than 2 weeks there is no codes. Although I wrote them on their chat system they gave me same copy-paste answers. I even didnt reply them on the chat option or email system because they sent email from no-reply email addresses. Acorrding to them they completed process but I dont have code they are asking '20 more for NUC code which is free at vodafone! They are just distract my problem and my refund request. They didnt complete the job I paid 37 and I am asking my money back”
