Variable, I seldom get the same cleaners twice, some are friendly and conscientious. Yesterday they were gone in 50 minutes and didn't even clean the window ledges in the conservatory (Complained it was hot mopping in there.)

Molly Maid's service has really been very good over the years we have used them - we value the service all the more my being disabled & generally the same people come each time with whom you become familiar, even though we have cats & only require say about an hour service each fortnight it works very well for us.

Normally good cleaning, and pleasant staff. Recently I have had cleaners who were both not native English speakers - one gabbled away very fast in a mangled version, the other did not speak at all, a bit difficult to cope with. Originally, the cleaners would be more or less the same people each week, I found that more satisfactory than not knowing who is going to turn up.

The team is always polite and respectful. Sometimes they have issues with timing, but usually let us know where they are and their E.T.A. It is a benefit to have at least one person who is familiar with the house and our requirements. This is usually provided. From the start of our contract there has been one lead cleaner who takes a pride in her work, liaises with us and supervises the other members of the team. The standard of cleaning is generally thorough.

Obviously, some teams are better than others, but they are always most helpful especially when I change some of the schedule, where I have done some spring cleaning and they are happy to include alternative items. For example this month they sorted out my venetian blinds.

it is possible that my original contract is in need of an update as I feel that there are occasions when there are things not done that I would expect as part of a clean. The girls are very punctual but do seem always to be in a rush which makes it appear that they do not have enough time before their next job they are always friendly and in the main the same girls come each time which I do like....

Good clean & task completion, for example bed making. Would appreciate more proactivity at times, the cleaners stick very much to what is written down. For example, wiping kitchen cupboard doors once in a while would be good. They have certainly helped me by taking pressure off from day to day cleaning.

The Molly Maids are always polite and go about their work quietly and efficiently . I am pleased to have them in my house , an old property, built in 1560,with many old beams, real dust collectors.

We are very grateful for the Molly Maids and receive a professional service. Our only other comment is that on two occasions (one a number of weeks ago) and the second yesterday, there has been a breakage. Both times an apology note has been left and on the first occasion an offer for reimbursement. The first time the handle of a handmade ceramic teapot was broken which I have repaired myself. Yesterday it was the vase on our kitchen island which has been quite a feature. I shall need to replace this though it will be impossible to find a replicate. I intend leaving the receipt for the replacement for the maids to pick up next time for me to be reimbursed if that's OK.

When we signed up a few years ago we were told by Emma that on rotation one room in the house would be deep cleaned. We see no evidence of this.

Normally I would have voted good but yesterday having waited 2 hours, we had a phone call to say they weren't coming due to illness. Surely it must have been known earlier?

Our experience actually ranges from poor to normal. Sometimes its OK but sometimes obvious things are missed, and how good the clean is appears to vary depending on who is doing the cleaning. e.g blinds or surfaces wont be dusted even when they are very obviously dusty, we notice obvious cobwebs in certain areas of the house that seem to get missed (to the extent that my other half and I now have bets with each other as to when the cleaners will spot them!), the toilet doesn't seem to be cleaned very well etc. We don't expect it to be perfect and it would be fine if certain jobs were rotated rather than being addressed every week - there is only so much you can do in the allotted cleaning time. But given that you have consistently put your prices up year on year, I do think the standard could be better and we are considering trying someone else.

Think the cleaning pair have changed because I find a layer of dust, blinds wonky, cushions not plumped. Not that the place is still dirty, just not as wonderful as it used to be :-)

Overall I am happy with the service. It is very reliable. The quality of cleaning is generally very good but can be a bit variable, and I suspect that I have a range of different cleaners rather than the same ones each time.
