Approximately a week after placing my order, I went to check on its status, and my order had been canceled without notifying me at all nonetheless why. I had to reach out to customer service, and they informed me that my address was input incorrectly. I double checked the address, and it matches the address I use for all other online shopping.”
“Paid for embroidered on 2 robes. Lack of attention to detail because they only embroidered 1. When calling customer service, I am sent to a shipping and receiving manager that has a full voice mail box so unable to leave a message. I sent an email and with in 48 hours I had a reply for a refund or exchange. Since this was a Christmas gift (and 2 days from Christmas) I asked for the item. It was a robe for my daughter so I could give it to her when ever it arrived. With in 1 hour from sending that email, Angel (she truly is at customer service), had it on its way. She overnighted it during the holiday season on the 23rd of December. I recieved the Robe on the 24th. And both of them look amazing. My wife and daughter are going to love them. Thank you again.”
