the phone i ordered was never sent, they ignored my emails, now i`m trying to get my £460 back ! don`t be stupid like me !!!! AVOID

The phone that was sent out to me was the wrong colour. and was meant to have £20 refund this never appeared .

For the money you are saving it itsnt worth the effort. The items are shipped from Hong Kong then passed on to you. The items themselves are great but things like chargers will not be compatible. Then if you need to return something it will again need to go to Hong Kong and isn't worth that hassle. Its worth paying the amount at 'home'

Hi everyone please read carfully I m going to write honest review this website absolutely fake and scam what these people do they will show you on the page we have 20 phone available but when you order and paid money then next day they will tell you sorry we don't have this phone in Stoke what they do with your money they do invest somewhere else please don't go with postive review they are very clever theirs postive review are their own

I ordered my samsung galaxy j5 about 5 months ago, it was perfectly fine and everything was okay with the phone. Recently I took my phone off charge and when I went to go on my phone the screen was not working AT ALL. I contacted gadget monocle, and it so conveniently happens that the 2 year warranty they state, started the month after I brought my phone and therefore I would have to pay for the repair myself. Very poor service and very rude lady that emailed me about this problem. I now do not have a phone.

Lying company, not to be trusted! Placed an order of over 300 pounds. They cancelled saying that there is no more stock. Checked their website but the item was (and still is) available. They have changed the price in the mean time and refused to deliver at the price that i have already payed a few days before. Disgusting way to treat a paying customer. At least they refunded after I had contacted PayPal.

I had ordered lumia 950 white on 29th aug, few days later got an email saying that they did not had phone in stock and offered me a refund. Got refund after few days, I needed phone really quick as my phone was broken but decided to order from Gadget Monocle to save some money. By the time I received refund it was already a week, such a waste of time, will never order from them again. If they did not had white they could have offered to send me black one as they had listed black on the website. If they neither had white or black in stock then its very poor business practice of listing items on website. Order from this website at your own risk, you might be wasting your time. One of my friend ordered Lumia 950 from Lambda tek which is a google verified merchant, it was cheaper and got phone within two days

Just a couple days before my phone was due to arrive, they informed me that the chosen colour is out of stock, they'd refund. I was in the need of a new phone, had an abroad trip planned, didn't want refund, so chose another colour. Then they found the first one, and yet managed to send the second (after several emails, plus dispatch info about the original colour -crossed with pen on the printed version). That would not be such a big deal on it's own, simply annoying, but altogether the delivery was a week late because of the process... With Hong-Kong - London distance, I believe they should be aware of what is in stock earlier than the delivery date! On the other hand I didn't receive UK plug charger (or adapter) with the delivery. I could have ordered the same phone from another company for cheaper. Chose them for the great reviews. And payed extra for the missing charger. Very disappointing.

The phone is great, however the battery life is poor. I lose roughly 10% of power per hour when the device is sitting idle with no background applications running other than Wi-Fi and power save on. I am concerned the device is defective.

7 LG cams in stock paid 9 days ago got email saying will get item on Tuesday...No....3 days later been refunded!!!!!! no explanation . going away in 3 days with no cam...never again

I ordered a gear 2 classic for 203.99 paid in full through PayPal 6 days later I get an email saying out of stock I check the site and its not out of stock it costs £17 more! The worst pat of it is I'm still waiting for my refund 4 days after they say it's out of stock and 10 days after I have paid! I paid through PayPal which every one knows tras actions take only 2 hrs! My advice is stay away! They don't full full the order then hold your money as long as possible! They only got 1 star as you need to give a star other wise I would not give a star at all!

Bought a Microsoft Lumia 950 . Due its non compablity to my car i asked for it to return it. They sent me a approval number ,i packed the phone and sent it back as their instructions and since then i have not heard from them despite many emails. There is no phone contact to speak to some one. Lost £350. Very poor service very dissapointed

I should've listened to my instincts before I placed my order. I had a feeling this site could be a scam and I'm starting to think I was right and really wish I would've read the all the reviews first! I placed an order just short of of £400 for a new phone. I sold my own phone to pay for a new one and now been told they are out if stock even though the site stated there were 15 available! Now im without a phone and no money to buy a new one until a refund is given and who knows how long that will take! Wouldn't recommend to anyone else!

Update - after waiting 5 days I've had a reply telling me my item that they took the money for 5 days ago is out of stock and I will be refunded, this place is so poor from my experience. If you want to save around £50 and wait for something that might not come and recieve minimum info, then maybe wait God knows how long for a refund then this is the place for you.

No idea what is going on, I paid for a Samsung gear s2 classic on Saturday morning, money taken straight away, got confirmation email and that's it so far, I've emailed 2 addresses now for an order status but no reply as of Tuesday night. My account says PAID and UNFULFILLED, no idea what to do from here other than wait and see.

I placed an order for a Microsoft Surface Pro 4 on the Thursday as on the website it stated that there was 8 in stock. I paid via PayPal and the money was taken straight away by Gadgetmonocle not when the item was despatched. I have received an email this morning on the following Tuesday to say the product is "in shortage" and my payment will be refunded as soon as possible.Judging from the reviews on this website this isn't a one off and might have a long wait IF I get my money back! I would DEFINATELY not recommend GadgetMonocle and will DEFINITELY not be using them again.

Bought samsung A5(2016) 3 weeks ago. After 1 week they said its out of stock. Still waiting for refund -luckly paid paypal so made a claim and hopefully will get my money back. Dont buy from them !!!!
