Appalling customer service. Made my purchase over 5 months ago and they are incapable of telling me why it hasn’t been delivered yet. I got some vague answers about an “unavoidable supplier issue” (???) and a promise of a new delivery date, which is never kept. The customer service takes about two weeks to answer each email and sometimes it’s just a copy paste of the previous email as if they don’t even bother to read the previous interactions. I initially bought this as a Christmas gift, we’re now in April... Do not purchase, I can’t even tell you what the product is like because at this rate I’ll never see it. Honestly, just awful. If I could rate the customer service -1 stars I would.

Mon purse is a brilliant brand, I love their simplistic designs that are perfect for everyday use. The monograming makes the product that much more special combining both functional style with your own individual touch so rare to most brands.

Awful customer service. I had to call and email number of times for them to send me my order. And after waiting for over 2 months they sent the wrong item out. After finally getting thru to the customer service they advised order will be replaced, and I have never heard back from them. Had to report to consumer protection. Do not buy from them.

I ordered a passport holder and when i received it the gold print monogram has part rubbed off, it arrived in the mail this way. As soon as it was delivered I sent and email with photos asking them to please repair or fix as it is not up to standard. I received a very rude email telling me they are happy with the way it looks and it is just the way they come. This is not correct as I have received products before and none of the others have been this poorly done. Now they are not returning emails and the phone number that is available to call only rings out! They say they guarantee the quality of their products, which in this case is a lie and i will never shop from them again.

I purchased a Mon Purse bag in February 2019 with an advertised 4 week wait time. It arrived in July 2019. I checked in a couple of times to confirm the order hadn’t been lost, but was advised production times were delayed due to demand. It was a wedding gift for my best friend organised by the bridal party - so embarrassing 🤦‍♀️ The company never contacted with updates unless prompted, and never offered a discount or anything to apologise for the delay.

FUTURE CUSTOMERS BE WARNED: I would not recommend purchasing from Mon Purse if you expect to see your product any time in the near future. My dear friends purchased a bag for me at the start of January this year (a very special birthday gift), and still almost four months later I am yet to receive my gift - it appears this is the same story a lot of people online are sharing; no products being sent/received. Mon Purse team had indicated my bag would be delivered in 4 - 6 weeks from purchase. We have since followed up with them almost fortnightly and continue to get the same poor excuses and little explanation as to why the purchase has still not even been sent. Every week i am told a different reason as to the delay, and to continue to wait another 2 - 3 weeks for delivery. THIS SERVICE IS COMPLETELY INEXCUSABLE. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM IF YOU WANT YOUR PRODUCTS. When you are spending the amount of money and time designing a personalised bag with such a company as this, you expect to receive customer service of equal value. This is not the case. I fear Mon Purse are in receivership or similar??... They are clearly having dire production and distribution issues which is NOT EXPLAINED TO CUSTOMERS ON PURCHASING.

've been waiting 14 weeks for my order (website says 4-6 weeks) with minimal feedback on progress of order I had been advised over 2 weeks ago it was about to be shipped I am still waiting ..

I ordered a personalized item in December, it never came after 11 messages back and fourth, empty promises, fake shipping info. They now are promising me a full refund. I’ll believe it when it’s in my account. Horrendous customer services, please save yourself the stress and torture. Order a shitty cover off ally express and don’t annoy yourself if it never comes.

Mon Purse is a despicable operation and I would urge everyone to purchase with caution. I’ve had two incredibly frustrating experiences with their customer service team who aren’t equipped to handle issues fairly or efficiently. I’ve been trying to sort an issue out for weeks with zero sight of it being resolved. They don’t take any responsibility for their terrible service, damaged products or false customer commitments. It’s not only frustrating, it’s unjust and speaks volumes about how little they care about customers. Thank god there are plenty of other amazing companies with terrific service and products like The Daily Edited and Nomad that I can buy from instead!!!

Ordered a product online, they took my money and told me 4-6 weeks, it is now 10 weeks since my order and I haven't received any information about it at all. All of my attempts to contact customer service have been ignored. Don't use this company, they will rob you.
