My grandson ordered me flowers for my birthday in july, they arrived late and petals were already dropping off when I took them out of the box, needless to say they were ready for the bin, I did not have the heart to tell him they were money wasted as it was the thought that counts, birthday card was lovely, I would not recommend flowers

Every time I have ordered cards 2 at a time they have never arrived on time for birthdays my sister is still waiting for hes it's a disgrace the money we pay..never had one on time ....disgusting service

I had to send a card to my sick father in law and made a mistake. Contacted 1 minute later and they wouldn't cancel the order. Do not use. It hadn't been despatched and they refused to stop it from being sent out even though I would happily have paid for it.

Flowers delivered today. 'Sweetness' bouquet Cost the sender 29 pounds. Opened the box and there was the sparsest bunch of flowers. Dreadful quality lilies, one lily stem was broken and it wouldn't stand up in the vase. Two lily heads were also snapped and hanging on by a thread, and had to be removed. Thinnest stems lilies I have ever seen, leaves shrivelled on other blooms. Foliage stems all different lengths. For 29 pounds!!! I couldn't display in my usual bouquet vase as they looked lost - so instead I have put in a small drinking glass so the blooms look better for when I send a photo to the sender! Not good enough Moonpig! Your competitors have the edge, M&S have also delivered today, their blooms are fresher and are of better quality and with longer stems Utterly disappointed

Received a bunch of gerberras as a gift. I have seen better looking 2 week old flowers on a grave. How Moonpig can charge £22 for this, i will never know. An absolute disgrace. I am too embarrassed to tell the gift giver, that they have wasted their money. Moonpig your flowers are a disgrace.

Used to use these all the time but have to say over the past 6 months or so I’ve had a combination of cards just never turning up and now gifts just not arriving that have been paid for (Prosecco and chocs). Either just the card shows, or nothing shows! When challenged on live chat as the generic message response on here tells you to, you’re called a liar and not resent the items that didn’t show. Also got sent two of the same card without the gifts paid for. Moonpig, sort yourselves out! Have been using funky pigeon and thoughtful an awful lot more just recently. I may just be one customer, but if all customers are experiencing the same you’re in trouble guys!

I received a card on my 60th, today, meant for a young boy from his Grandpa. Naturally disappointed but more annoyed that a child missed his card. I wouldn’t risk using you again.

Have ordered from Moonpig three times - each time the card has arrived without an envelope and I have to contact customer services. The most recent interaction with customer services was today when I was told it was my fault for selecting "send to recipient." Even though the card was sent to me. I pointed out that the recipient lived at a different address and that I wouldn't be looking for an envelope had the recipient received the card, he was insistent that I had selected the wrong option. Shoddy service and terrible customer service.

I received flowers without a card. I got a card from Moonpig saying “it got separated from the flowers. We’re sorry! “. Hello. Disgraceful service. I have not received the card yet days later. Embarrassing as I did not know who had sent these flowers.

I was very disappointed paid £20.83 for my daughter to send her friend a sorry card with a gin mixer present for her delayed birthday present and the card never came with the present and she did not even realise my daughter had sent the gin mixer as it was her birthday and only knew about the card until my daughter asked did you receive the gin mixer .

Will not be using this company again. Card to new grandparents never arrived. Phone number is no longer in service. No one replies on so-called “chat”. That’s a laugh. I am beginning to think this company is closing down as after reading other people’s reviews I think they are taking money and not Sending anything out. I can’t see the post office picking on Moonpig and just not delivering the companies items. Really angry as this used to be a great service.

Ordered two cards for my mothers birthday, neither arrived. “Customer service” is insulting to say the least, especially when they do insult you. The site “saves” the personalized cards until you return to edit them and they have vanished! Delivery is a big issue, in the past, parts of orders have arrived at different times of the day... or night, not great when the party is over and order turns up late. Although late is better then never... which happened on this occasion ... good luck placing an order and enjoy the excitement of wondering if the order will turn up or not! Awful!

How about offering some REAL control over a custom made card! - No photo allowed on inside page - Limited size of font on inside pages.

Cards are great jus the delivery of them, and it’s too late once the card was supposed to arrive, overpriced cards and way over prices delivery especially for next day.

Even though I ordered a Father’s Day present on wednesday and requested delivery for Saturday, I was advised that it would not be delivered until Sunday at 7.30pm and that this is not guaranteed. Will not be using them again.

Absolute joke of a company. Last two orders were sent to my address even though I had so clearly specified for them to be sent to mum's address and I clearly pressed the button NOT to send it to me... but they did anyway. The PRINT on one of the cards I chose was wrong too... they sent my mum the wrong bloody card. Useless company, will never ever in my life use again and will also discourage anyone I know from using them too. God forbidden company.

No customer service, only email and questions were not answered.I spent £23 on a balloon for my Grandson's birthday party. They took over a week to deliver this and the party had been and gone!! When I asked to have a next day delivery they said "No, it is Father's Day weekend and we are too busy." Next time I will buy a balloon from the local shop at a quarter of the price and be served by polite , helpful staff to boot. RUDE UNHELPFUL STAFF AND EXPENSIVE POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS - AVOID. They probably were on the moon for all poor response I received.
