Daughters 18th birthday cards didn't arrive on the 23rd August which was her 18th and spoke to moonpig on line customer services not interested and cut conversation off no apology nothing only interested in getting money. Paid over £11 each for the cards to be delivered on requested date and my daughter didn't get them on her special day very disappointing and wouldn't recommended moonpig

Sent a personalized card and flowers for mum's first wedding anniversary as a widow ordered my dad's favorite flowers. Flowers arrived damaged and not mixed colours only 1 colour Instead of personalized card it was an apology card that my personalized card was not sent due to mix up Really upset my mum seeing my dad's favorite flowers all destroyed in tiny box not fit for purpose

Colleague was leaving. I arranged a Group Card with 20 messages (the max allowed). When the card arrived, the messages at the top and bottom of the page were cropped. Contacted customer services via chat app and the card was resent... with the same issue! All the customer service people want to do is refund or reprint. They don't seem able to understand the issue. Waste of time & money.

Wedding card ordered on Monday9th August. Not sent out until Wednesday 11th so missed the wedding group who were travelling down South for the actual wedding. What a waste of money. I could have gone to the local shop and posted a card myself for considerably less money. Very much doubt I will use this company again having sent an email to say it would arrive by the 11th….which it obviously didn’t….and now will probably arrive post honeymoon!

Card arrived two days after actual birthday. Said it was delivered, but not to me it wasn't! I called to get a refund, which I got very quickly to be fair. My customer service was good, which is more than can be said for the people making the cards and sending them out, which they are obviously not doing! I will NEVER use again.

Disgusting service. Put the incorrect number of address accidently. Sent back to Moonpig. Will not send it out again for me. Never use service again.

Whilst I appreciate that their delivery partners Royal Mail let them down on repeated attempts to deliver my order, their handling of the issue was disgraceful. Over 90mins of various chats that timed out and being told to deal with Royal Mail customer services I finally received promise of a refund. Very frustrating and disappointing that this once great company has sunk so low.

I was sent a faulty card for my sons birthday I informed them of the problem and they sent me another faulty card arriving on his birthday. About as much use as a chocolate teapot! Very poor service clearly this company is not interested in customer satisfaction or quality.

Really poor customer service! Have been using their services for a number of years. Most cards arrive on time. However my recent experience has led me to look elsewhere for online cards. Paid a lot extra for guaranteed Monday delivery. The card never arrived for our Anniversary. Had to fight for a partial(!) refund. Sent email, but no help there. Then I used their webchat. Was only offered refund of postal charges, but still hadn't even received the card! I kindly requested a full refund, but was told to await the delivery of the card, RETURN IT...and only then could I get a full refund. Very poor show Moonpig.

My grandson ordered me flowers for my birthday in july, they arrived late and petals were already dropping off when I took them out of the box, needless to say they were ready for the bin, I did not have the heart to tell him they were money wasted as it was the thought that counts, birthday card was lovely, I would not recommend flowers

Every time I have ordered cards 2 at a time they have never arrived on time for birthdays my sister is still waiting for hes it's a disgrace the money we pay..never had one on time ....disgusting service

I had to send a card to my sick father in law and made a mistake. Contacted 1 minute later and they wouldn't cancel the order. Do not use. It hadn't been despatched and they refused to stop it from being sent out even though I would happily have paid for it.

Flowers delivered today. 'Sweetness' bouquet Cost the sender 29 pounds. Opened the box and there was the sparsest bunch of flowers. Dreadful quality lilies, one lily stem was broken and it wouldn't stand up in the vase. Two lily heads were also snapped and hanging on by a thread, and had to be removed. Thinnest stems lilies I have ever seen, leaves shrivelled on other blooms. Foliage stems all different lengths. For 29 pounds!!! I couldn't display in my usual bouquet vase as they looked lost - so instead I have put in a small drinking glass so the blooms look better for when I send a photo to the sender! Not good enough Moonpig! Your competitors have the edge, M&S have also delivered today, their blooms are fresher and are of better quality and with longer stems Utterly disappointed

Received a bunch of gerberras as a gift. I have seen better looking 2 week old flowers on a grave. How Moonpig can charge £22 for this, i will never know. An absolute disgrace. I am too embarrassed to tell the gift giver, that they have wasted their money. Moonpig your flowers are a disgrace.
