After 15 years happily ordering from Moonpig, I've now found another site. Twice this year, I've received cards without an envelope. The first time they put £5 in my moonpig account to compensate for inconvenience, but the second time I was told it's their new policy not to provide envelopes. What use is a card without an envelope?!

Awful customer service, so unhelpful and my case was not resolved. They took over a week to reply, siting that due to COVID and working from home they couldn’t email earlier. Everything on email is immediate, why not send a pigeon. I’ve taken my business to funkie pigeon now.

Awful customer service. They read from a script and don’t actually deal with the problem. Not helpful at all

Bouquet arrived on time. Consisted of 80% foliage and 20% flowers. Flowers dead by day 5 and foliage dropping. Very, very disappointing- will not be using this Moonpig flowers again.

Sent a card to my son for his birthday, I have not seen him for nearly a year because of COVID and it did not arrive 😡. I tried to contact customer service but you can only go on a chat line. They ask me to confirm the address which I did and they had the correct address. They offered me a credit to my moonpig account which is absolutely no good as I will NOT be using them again. Disgusting, don’t use this company. If there was a zero I would give that. The person on other end of chat was not in the least apologetic. I will take the matter further. Last year I had flowers sent to me which were dead . NEVER use this company .

Extremely poor, I ordered my granddaughter’s first birthday card and present, due to arrive yesterday. I advised that it was sent to the wrong place had been redirected to Birmingham 200 miles away from me. Now we don’t know where it is and Moon pig say ‘can’t do anything but contact us if it didn’t arrive on time and will reimburse you !! that’s not acceptable I will not be using them again NOT a reliable service

**Avoid buying flowers from here** Delivered dying flowers to me on Monther's Day and then a lady called Lara refused me a refund because it's been over 5 days. I waited and did everything needed to take care of the flowers and so I waited for them to bloom, and instead, they died. Lara refused to do anything and just sent me a link off the internet. I'm so frustrated that I didn't even get a replacement bunch out. Moonpig really needs to get a better-trained customer service team.

My Grandaughter paid £55 to have, what they thought to be, a beautiful box of fresh flowers delivered to their Grandmother for Mother’s Day. On the second day the heads began to drop off the lilies and turn brown and remain unopened, the leaves and petals on the other flowers were turning brown and by day three the gerberas had dropped completely. After a written complaint and photos of evidence Moonpig offered a £10 credit!! The customer service and after sales service is non existent and left my Grandaughter really distressed and feeling she had been ripped off. I see from previous complaints that thereare many people who have received similar shoddy goods without any recompense and something must be done about it. I did not get the five days freshness as their T&Cs guarantee and as I have photographic evidence to prove this, I shall be consulting the appropriate bodies to seek a full rebate for my dear Grandaughter. My daughter is struggling in the pandemic with money and sent via Moonpig a bunch of flowers for Mother's Day. The same flowers can be bought in Asda for £3 but she was charged £20, they arrived Tuesday night at 6pm, half of them were past their prime with damaged & broken flowers & rotting leaves, I had a huge pile of waste, oh yes the box was perfect!!! To add insult to injury they were so bad after 4 days that I had to throw them out. I cant tell her as it will break her heart, but I will tell everyone that I know not to buy flowers from Moonpig. I do have pictures which I will share if i ever get a reply.

I received a large bouquet on Mother's day from my son. It was dreadful - blooms were battered and bruised and the roses were dried up and drooping. Some of the smaller flowers were already past their best. I managed to salvage a couple of lillies and gerbera but overall they were the worst flowers I have ever received

My son and his family sent me what appears would have been an expensive bouquet. It was in very bad condition, rotten slimy flowers and leaves, dried up roses, flower heads broken off. Like other mums who have left their reviews, I haven't the heart to tell my family, they would be so upset. I am so disappointed and I know nothing will be done for all the recipients of these poor quality flowers because we didn't place the orders and can't bring ourselves to tell our children. Upsets me every time I think about it or look at the sad few surviving flowers.

I would make this no stars if I had this option! Ordered a potted rose and chocolates and paid extra for Mothers day delivery. 2 days before Mothers day I received an email to say the chocolates would be substituted. Contacted customer services to ask for an alternative but then cancelled it when I realised this would arrive 2 days late. My mum received a delivery on mothers day with substituted chocolate and the message was from another unknown couple. To top it off I received the cancelled substitute at my address this morning. Contacted customer service they didn't seem at all concerned. They have sent a credit to my moonpig account but had to ask for an apology.

My son and daughter-in-law sent me flowers from Moonpig for Mother’s Day. The chrysanthemums were snapped in half. The eucalyptus was dead and mouldy. A rose drooped by day 3 and the phlox that weren’t broken had died by today (Tuesday). I contacted customer service with a complaint as I didn’t want to upset my son but they wouldn’t deal with me. Please don’t waste your money on flowers from Moonpig.
