Can’t review & purchase e mail card. Terrible experience

Card never arrived . This has happened twice to the same person for their birthday . Very unreliable service. Offered to resend or refund but damage done. Recipient thought i had forgotten their birthday again.

Signed up for new account. Personalised card then tried to sign out. But didn't recognise my email or password. After spending an hour and ten attempts I gave up. Now lost a customer but led me to reviews which should remind this company that reviews and stars do count.

I have been using Moonpig for a while, never had any issues, fast delivery can even choose the date you want, good quality and a great choice of cards, recently i damaged a card, on requesting a duplicate, Moonpig sent me one the next day i will just add totally FOC, will continue to use for any future cards

Received a kind gift of a plant, wine and chocolates via Moonpig. I was very disappointed to see the plant was completely squashed, with all the flowering stalks broken. I emailed Moonpig immediately, including photograph, however still awaiting any response over a month later. I would suggest they need to review their packaging and also their customer services. I would not recommend this company.

Not as good as Moonpig used to be 3 cards ordered in plenty of time. First card arrived 4 days after my friends birthday and the other 2 sent directly to my house arrived after 6 days. Moonpig cannot be trusted to fulfil their estimated timelines for deliveries. Avoid try elsewhere

Absolutely useless still waiting 10 days later for a 5th birthday card which is pointless now as it’s been and gone and judging by their reviews it’s obviously the norm

AWFUL!!! The company has 2 services to provide their customers, make the orders & send the orders on time which they are unable to provide. Birthday cards,Christmas cards and gifts are sent for loved ones special occasions and the fact that nothing arrives on time is ridiculous!! The care factor is 0% STAY AWAY!!!!

I have placed 3 orders in total with Moonpig, and two of those times they have not delivered on their promise. I had paid for the extra postage option, to ensure a swift next day delivery. But both times, due to their inability to get the item shipped in time, this missed the promised delivery date. It is worth noting that when you order two cards to the same address (one from me, one from my kids) they still charge you twice, so its an additional £8 for two cards to be delivered next day - or not in these cases. When contacting the customer support team, they were less than helpful. Unapologetic, and arguementative that it wasnt their fault, it was Royal Mails fault. I disagree wit this, but in reality that isn't my problem. I paid them for a service, which they did NOT deliver on. Will never use again - recommend Funky Pigeon instead.

Ordered a birthday card and some beers for my husband. On processing of order was stated it would arrived in 2 days. 5 days later still nothing. Had to try contacting Moonpig via their chat line. No reason for the order not arriving given and no solution, only a refund. That didn’t help with being left with no birthday card for my husband. Totally unreliable and will not be using them again.

Birthday card and gift will not be delivered on day requested. Moo pig seem to take no responsibility for this. I will not be using them again. Dreadful.

Ordered Birthday card and flowers for 29th and still not arrived. Unless their business model is built around delivery on time this business is doomed for failure. Dates for Birthdays and other celebrations will not wait for your delays. What a disaster of a business.

Ordered a Christmas card for my wife on 21st, told it would arrive for Xmas. Christmas Eve it had not arrived, contacted customer services, only got response from their auto bots saying if it had not arrived next day to contact them. Next day , same response and the next. Will not use this company ever again.

Terrible service and customer service. Avoid. I ordered 3 items and a Christmas card for my accountants and paid in one single transaction and to be delivered at the same address for the same person. The order was delivered in two different days and basically ruined the whole surprise. Not to mention that part of the Christmas present was delivered the next day after the office closed for holidays and one day late as stated in the order). Tried speaking to the customer service and their only answer was “this is what we do, we have different suppliers “. No refund, no apology, shocking service.

Ordered a Christmas card for my girlfriend & it's just turned up with no envelope inside. Seriously what a joke, I'd be expecting (like EVERYONE) to get an envelope with my card!

Awful experience. I realised I had added the incorrect postage address within seconds of placing the order Unlike amazon, Funky Pigeon and Getting Personal once you have placed the order nobody wants to help you. I immediately tried to chat with somebody but there were no options available and was told to email them. Then to be advised the email address online was incorrect (no fault of mine if they don't keep the website up to date) It has cost me almost as much as the gift to have the parcel re directed I am so disappointed and after shopping with them foe over 10 years, I won't use Moonpig again !!
