My husband bought these for my birthday, some of the leaves were brown and rotten, one freesia was fully open, others were so tightly budded I doubt they'll ever come out, carnations looked dyed the colour was very artificial and there were four of them, what florist puts an even number of flowers in a box?

I have already written a review just over a week ago which was not reported on this site. Just to repeat my review....lavender in a blue container sent to me....broken flower heads....nothing like the picture. Hope it revives as it is in such poor shape.

Totally useless. Card and champagne still not delivered 2 days late, and I ordered a day earlier than actually necessary! DON’T DEAL WITH THEM. They let you down and could NOT care less. Disgraceful company.

I paid for Next Day delivery. Moonpig did not dispatch my order on time but refused to refund me. They sent the card late and wanted to provide a credit instead. Only received the promise of a full refund when I opened a case with www.resolver.co.uk & Tweeted. Avoid this conpany at all costs.

Don't buy flowers from Moonpig, our flowers arrived wilting, we complained they sent another bunch, which arrived mostly dead and rotting. See photo which was taken within 5 mins of receiving, box they came in was undamaged.

We received a bunch of flowers. As soon as they arrived we opened the box at least a quarter of the flowers were damaged and had to be thrown away. The rest looked old and drab lasted a few days and had to be thrown away

The card I ordered did not reach the intended recipient - instead a card was left by Royal Mail at the address the original card I ordered which was torn down the middle - was a completely different card and the personal greeting inside was for someone completely different and unknown to me - I went on to the Moonpig Chat complaints and all they offered was to resend by original card order but to arrive 3 days later so too late - they offered a refund or redelivery - I was offered no explanation - I expected a full refund and my order to be sent asap - this is outrageous - I was supposed to just shrug my shoulders and wait for the redelivery 3 days after the event - I personalised my card too and used a family photo so dont want some complete stranger to be in possession of my card. Also when I asked was I going to get a refund they said no because they were redelivering my order - in the enail I received it was as if I was simply doing an order and they simply doubled the original order amount that I paid and added goodwill no payment at side of their new total - it beggars belief - what kind of company does this - I asked for their Chief Executive’s email address - they said they dont have one - so do not buy from a company who treat wronged customers this way / every time I see their tv ads I see red - so every company should have a Customer Service and these 2 words do not apply to Moonpig - never again - dont buy from them - they dont have any clue how to manage errors!!!! This is the ripped card my nephew received from complete strangers - I wont include my card as personal.

I was sent a card today on my birthday which was not for me and from complete strangers. I phoned your helpline and a new card is being sent both to me and the other recipient. I was just talking to my brother who shares my birthday and exactly the same thing has happened to him. He has a card for a stranger. What appalling service from Moonpig.

Rubbish site. Selected an e-card and it kept asking for my postal address; Eh?. FAQs were useless and Chat was designed not to! Very keen to get you to by add ons but not to do what you want which is to send a card! Grrrrr!

My son sent me a lily plant for my 65th birthday- box was intact and undamaged but 2 out of 5 stems were broken, the top of one broken stem had been stuck back into the soil and fell over when plant was moved, other stem top was missing so it was sent out like this, soil dry as dust- dying very quickly. Moonpig did replace plant after I complained but not such a nice flower and it had ruined it really. Save your money and go elsewhere!

Don’t bother I sent my 82yr old dad a gift and card for his birthday. Royal Mail said the postage hadn’t been paid. Contacted moonpig and they weren’t interested. Wouldn’t give me a refund unless Royal Mail returned the items. I had paid for delivery today. Happy birthday dad.

My friend kindly sent me flowers for my birthday. Firstly they arrived later than I was told and secondly when I opened them all the petals were dropping off. Within 2 days I had to discard them. I didn’t like to tell my friend as it would looked as if I was ungrateful and complaining. I will never order flowers from Moonpig as a gift. Very disappointed.

Please don’t waste your Money on flowers from Moonpig. Had some delivered for my birthday and they’ve had to go in the bin. They are dry as a bone, drier petals falling off everywhere, even the stems are bone dry! I feel sorry for my friend having spent £20 on the flowers, I’m sure moonpig know we wouldn’t tell people how bad they are after being so kind to send some and spending so much money on them :(

Letterbox plant left on doorstep on 30.4.21 Should have been delivered 29th. No card to identify sender, what the plant was or how to care for it. Identified it as a fern using the app. pl@ntnet (excellent) Only knew who it was from as sender rang on 29th to see if I had received it. Appalled at standard of products & service. I will never use Moonpig ever, I would have emailed customer service my dissatisfaction but didn't fall into any of their categories for contact.

My husband ordered a bouquet for a very special wedding anniversary. When it arrived it looked quite good but within 3 days was dead. I followed all the instructions (not that I am a novice with flowers and plants) but they still died. Very disappointing especially when I received another bouquet from a different source which were still going strong after 10 days'
