“I like shopping at morrisons, staff are polite and helpful. I have an issue with the self service tills, they always need staff intervention which is frustrating. I would also like to be able to buy kerrygold spreadable butter in the store. At present I have to go to sainsburys to buy my butter.”
“Last week I visited your Frodsham store and I was unfortunate enough to get dog muck on my wheelchair the young man on the produce section called Andy helped clean my wheelchair so I could carry on with my shopping it would be nice lf you could say how happy I was with the service I received he is a credit to your company”
“I bought a new "Best " Canadian Lobster and Cromer Crab macaroni cheese, in part influenced by the TV ad. Well, all I can say is that it was very poor value for money and I will not be buying any more of the Best range if this is an example of it. You had the carb heavy macaroni topped with thick breadcrumbs and virtually no sauce at all. I found the tiniest trace of crab, none of lobster and the whole thing was thoroughly dry and unappetising. I can't believe you charge £6 for what was pasta and breadcrumbs with virtually no sauce or fish. Save the money from TV adveetising and put it towards improving the recipe. Very disappointed and I feel ripped off.”
“Went to Coalville morrisons for lunch, ordered fish and chips waited 30 minuets chips were almost cold so we're the peas. Tables were not cleared had a job to find a clear one. It used to be very good food and fast service but not anymore. Won't be going again.”
“I took my 91year old friend ordered fish and chips ordered yesterday for her shopping. She wanted us to eat in the cafe'. We ordered fish and chips and coffees. Service took for ever, chips almost cold and had been kept warm for hours, the peas were cold grey olive green and wrinkled. Had I been alone I would have complained bitterly. grahamgiblin.39@gmail.com.39@gmail.com”
“Started to do my shopping at 8am ,before my work, but had to stop this due to the fact that maybe only 2 staff on check out.
If you go to Morrisons in Barry after 2pm there is no stock as happened yesterday and every other day,(no veg, no freezer food.)
But i am extremely angry at morrisons policy concerning staff with illness,. I had just got over pneumonia and whent to do some shopping only to find the woman on check out had a severe cold, she was scanning my items with a hanky in hand and blowing her nose.
I immediately asked for a manager who said that if you have a cold you cannot work on the veg, but its ok on checkout, this is the most rediculouse rule. When you handle veg the customer takes them home and boils them, or fruit is washed.
On the checkout you are dealing with hundreds of people, some old and frail, handling every item, taken money from you and returning the change.
I wonder how many people have become ill or even died fro this disgracefull policy.
The manager fid not care or want to know what check out i was talking of. And the checkout woman was there the next day making further people ill.
One last thing I have noticed about the store is the many cheaper products that have finished at this store to make you buy the dearer ones, such as jonogold apples and tinned peaches.
I have known many workers from morrisons over the years and I can only say the way they are treated is dismal., and the store and area manager is useless..”
“Visited your Hawick store today and spoke to Sheila a customer assistant . She was very helpful, polite and curtious. Well done that women thank you.”
“Just had the new Lobster and Crab Mac'n'Cheese. Absolutely atrocious. Where is the lobster and crab????? A very tiny piece amongst all the macaroni. At £6 it is disgusting. Don't buy it!!!!!!”
“Just had to write to thank Marcus at customer service and especially a big thank you to James, the store manager at the Peckham store for resolving our order and making our shopping experience at Morrison's a pleasant one. He was very professional and took care with other customers especially a little girl that had gone missing at the same time as making sure we were happy. Well done James and Morrison's.”
“Bought a morrisons cherry genoa cake( 5.00)to last the week .Unfortunately it was so good it only lasted a day .Our 4 visitors all had seconds..so l will have to buy another!yum”
“Every time I shop at Morrison's I find it so much cheaper than some of the other stores I visit. It's very rare that items I need aren't in stock. When I reached the checkout, Seb (Meadowhead, Sheffield) was really efficient at packing while at the same time remaining cheerful and friendly. As I have balance issues I needed a taxi to get me back home - a very simple to use freephone soon took care of that. The only way this store could be any better is if it had an in store pharmacy.”
“Morrisons in hoddesdon salad counter is such a poor service
I have visited the place for many weeks now an every time have to ask to top up the salad
The counter is always messy with dropped food
One member of staff who I regularly see and have to keep consistently asking her to top up the salad counter
It's like I am punishing her for asking
Because her attitude is not good And again last Saturday no staff
No eggs sweet corn lettuce spring onion waited ten minutes then asked customer services to call someone still no one came so I continued shopping there
I came back twenty minutes later to find no one still available so I gave up and left
You do the best salads out of all the other supermarkets
So all I am asking is to keep the counter clean and not keep having to ask staff to top up bowls
It's not just two or three bowls it's five to six with mess everywhere daily for the last month I have been going
I hope this email gets addressed
Thank you”
“Purchased a pack of 'fresh ready to eat' prawns yesterday in the Johnstone store. When I got home I found them to be partially frozen, which I cannot understand. I was scared they had originally been frozen/ defrosted then frozen again, so threw them out. It wasn't particularly the £2*50, but that they could have been dangerous to eat. Will never buy fish from Morrisons again. Very disappointed.”
“Food good in cafe at Rhyl branch although long wait.
Could not understand that when ordering a dessert last week I could have the ice cream without the sticky toffee pudding...same price as with...but this week had to have it with the pudding as that was the rule...why couldn't they just leave it off as last week....mystery!.
I wasn't asking for a discount, just didn't want hot pudding with ice cream!”
“I visited Morrisons cafe on Thursday 13/10/16 with my granddaughter who requires a dairy free diet. The cafe staff could not have been more helpful. They were more than willing to check the ingredients in any foods we asked for, even though they were busy at the time. I couldn't have wished for better treatment and wasn't made to feel a'bother' at any time. Thank you all for your 'service with a smile!'”
“Nice shop in Yate with everything you need, salad bar really good. The floor looks great, i see alot more cleaners when i shop here now but have to say they could do with uniform as looking shabby. One lady was hobbling around in stained trouscers, not a good look! I did find the older gentleman helpful, he pointed me in the right direction.”
“I went into the Nottingham Gamston Morrisons store to try to buy FIFA 17.I was unable to find it so stopped a passing employee who turned out to be the store manager Dan.Unfortunately there was not one available so he tried extremely hard to find me one telephoning all the nearby stores and even their supplier. He took my details and when one was available the following day he telephoned me to say that there was one waiting for me.This was above and beyond his remit and I can not fault his excellent manner and customer service. So good to see there are still people that will go the extra mile.I would like to thank him.”
“We called in to the store in eccles and the man serving in the cafe Chris Kerr was excellent with the older customer it made are day to see people can be so helpful”
“I shop in your store at hillsborough and 1 lady I always look for I think is called Angela I think she's a manager whatever I ask her if she doesn't know will find out for you saw her attending a lady today who had fallen in the shopping precinct and badly banged her head no trouble at all for this lady as she helped her to a chair called a first aider then got her took home as this lady had no family in Sheffield this lady was very grateful to her as am I who has nothing but praise for and she is an asset to your company”
