“Morrison cafe in hoddesdon, clearly the staff in there are lacking education. My food was incorrect when I approached the cashier he began to argue with me about my order. Disgusting behaviour. He hadn't even taken my order to staff with. The so called manager of the cafe not much better. I manage care homes I will not using the store or any othe Morrisons store in the future. Go sainsbury food is fresher and serve better.”
“Kirkby in Ashfield store. Bought meat for a BBQ and extremely disappointed. Really stringy and uneadable. Threw it all away. Quality of produce going downhill rapidly. We only use it for convenience but won't be making that mistake again.”

Ed by various people that the management in this company are a law to themselves .and cover each others backs the store managers have done this and I also think by the results of the complaint the customer services are in the same boat and none are customer focused may be not properly trained as it seams they do not listen but just talk away as if they are right .It is not the shops and lower staff that is the problem but the full management are they trying to run the stores down I heaved shop with them from when it was a proper family store but now I am Moe convinced that what a was told is true we will unfortunately not be going back and will not recommend them to any one as the store has been let down by the people who run it and let down the front line staff.”

“Everything I needed was available, the shelves were well stocked. Prices were competitive. The checkouts were all staffed and I got straight to a till. The assistant was very helpful.”
“Stopped shopping at Morrison’s Cribbs Causeway Bristol two years ago as their standards had really dropped, a week ago I thought I would do some shopping there, well what can I say it’s exactly the same as two years ago nothing on the shelves, hardly any milk, no staff around to ask and the cashier was in such a rush basically throwing my food at me to pack into my shopping bag everything I purchased got squashed why he was in a rush I don’t know as there was no one else behind waiting to get served. I am now returning to my normal super market for my shopping will not be returning back to Morrison’s”
“Purchased 2 individual Pork Pies, Morrison's Own at the store in Maldon Essex along with other goods.
These were the worst example of a pork pie I have had the misfortune to try. Pastry was soft and sandy in texture, meat was greasy and unpleasant in consistency. Not a sign of any jelly.

“An absolute disgrace - Morrisons Burton upon Trent cafe. Been coming here for years but today 20th August 2017 was disgusting. Rude staff practically every table with dirty pots on, dirty pots at till, no one around to serve, customers waiting for basics milk for tea. Slow unmotivated staff, no supervision or management around!!!”
“I have always had a good experience with Morrisons' delivery, up until tonight. It really takes just one bad experience. The Morrisons delivery guy left with my groceries, and did not answer when I tried calling him back. I live in an area where there is a gate, so I have to go down and open the gate for him (it is written in my account details). When he called, I could not hear him properly, so he hung up on me. I ran downstairs to open the gate (took max 2 minutes), and I saw him drive away. I tried calling and texting him, but he obviously never picked up nor replied. This is the worst service and is an unacceptable experience.”
“I called to confirm an on line offer was available in store @ Pontefract, Sandy Miller and Gemma Machen went out of their way to put my purchase to one side, it was all ready for me to collect, no hassle and really helpful staff. 5 * service I couldn't ask for more, thank you

“The delivery driver was prompt, very efficient and friendly. She explained single substituted item straight away even though I had already been made aware by e-mail. She also spotted a leaking bottle of water that I missed and made a note for refund immediately. Dealings with customer services via e-mail were also courteous and positive.
This is the second time I've used Morrisons and am now using them in preference to other on-line supermarkets. My previous choice was constantly out of stock of items I wanted. So far Morrisons is good. They also sell a few brands that I really like and can't easily get from other on-line supermarkets.”
