“Visited Welshpool Morrison's this morning. Went to the deli counter and waited nearly 5 minutes to be served ( there wasn't anyone else waiting) The girl was there but was preoccupied with another task. Went to the magazine isle to find the current magazines had not been put out. At the till the girl was more preoccupied with chatting to her colleagues than serving us. On returning the trolley found the line of used trolleys half way across the road as no one had collected them. I wouldn't normally shop there but for certain items that are better than Tesco. At Tesco the attitude of the staff is far superior and very helpful”
“How disgusting I went to my local Morrison’s in sidcup to buy 6 loads of fresh bread when I asked for them to be sliced the young girl took them out the trolley threw them on the side after slicing them threw them back into the trolley and said in future if u want more than 2 loafs you need to phone and order them I spoke to the store manager whom said that was rubbish if it was 20 loafs then yes but 6 loafs would be fine and did not need to be ordered I came home and contacted head office that didn’t really want to know the lady contacted the baker manager that said the reason the young girl was throwing the bread was because she was frustrated and she had told me before that I needed to order the bread which is rubbish she has never served me before and I don’t see how that can be a excuse for the way she treated and spoke to me and threw my bread about I only go in once a fortnight and get 6 loafs of bread to freeze this type of customers service is appalling but no one seems to want to know or do anything about it”
“When I enquired about stock the customer care team were very polite and quick to find out the relevant info. However they were as clueless as I about when stock was due to come in for the product in question. This product had been out of stock 2 days in a row and other people I know have experienced similar stock issues in their local branch.”
“As a keen gardener, I'm impressed by the constant supply of many varied and high quality, inexpensive outdoor and indoor plants. I never shop without having a wander round them as there's always something that will catch my eye!”
“I went into the Morrisons petrol station in the centre of Cromer to buy a newspaper. I had my dog with me and was sold in a very rude & ignorant manner by the middle aged thug behind the counter to get that dog out of the shop. It was the manner in which he did it that was so appalling. When I rang head office to complain, they would not accept it unless I gave them full details of where I lived, which I wasn't prepared to do as I didn't want to invite retribution from the thug.”
“Been using morrisons for years now. But they really need to do quality control of produce before it starts arriving to the stores. My partner and i brought some dolmios low fat bolognese sauce from morrisons in stamford lincolnshire and took it home for dinner. We followed the cooking instructions and when it came to eating it it was discusting. All we tasted was SALT SALT and more SALT. It made us feel very sick. We looked on the jar and it said 10% salt but it seem more like 50% as it was horrible. Please everyone be careful of what the ingrediants say. Its not morrisons fault its the people that produce it and get morrisons to sell it. And when its bad the morrisons staff have to deal with angry customers. Please morrisons investigate products before you sell them to people please.”
“Morrisons cafe llanishen cardiff

“Had a bad experience in store and spoken to the manager who delt with it in a professional manner. Out of the experience I was given a £10 in store voucher which was really nice and not expected”
“Morrsions Cambourne Store Manager Jamie refused point blank to replace two packs of cigarettes (£21.56), even though I explained that I had bought the wrong packs for my wife, based on incorrect information given to me by the lady serving at the cigarette counter. She even said that if the packs were not the right ones, they would exchange them!!!
When I took the cigarettes back home to my wife, the packs were indeed the incorrect ones because of incorrect information supplied to me by Morrisons employee. So I went to exchange the two packs for the right ones, only to be told (by a different lady, and also the Manager Jamie) that they would not replace them!!! The Manager even lied to me saying that the cigarettes could not be returned, by Law!! Not correct, and it is not acceptable to lie. When pressed, Jamie admitted that it is to do “company policy”, and not "law". I do not understand this policy at all - and Jamie the Manager did not bother to explain; not a very good attitude for a store manager, and not conducive to keeping loyal customers (who have been shopping at the store for over 20 years!!!) and gaining new ones!! VERY BAD customer service. VERY POOR company policy. Never again shall we shop at Morrisons.”
“My wife came back from a shop at Morrisons weybridge. On her return she took a bite out of a rotten apple and binned it. I made a sandwich out of the so called fresh tiger bread.... it wasn't fresh.!!!!
Quality control is required.!!!”
“""sincec refurbishment of the Pakefield store, thigs have gone downhill. Took ages to get signs changed to sow whewre goods were.Lots of complaining customers, two weeks later they printed a store map- Yer Aldi did their refurbishment map BEFORE the refurbished. Car parking was a disgrace during alterations and now there are no seats for weary customers, despite assurances all would be complete by 25/7/17. There was several seats till 10 days back, they vanished and we are fobbed of with the excuse they will put in a bench. No consideration shown to the elderly or infirm. I also want toknow if teh meat is killed inthe Halam way- if it is then its goodbye Morrisons”
