I needed roses that were not available, the assistant Gail said she would let me know the next morning if any stock had arrived, true to her word 7.45 I got a message saying they were available & had been put to one side for me, Gail was polite, helpful & profesional. “My eldest daughter is registered blind with very low vision and heaps of other problems. She had such a humiliating and disturbing experience at your store at Ince, Wigan today 29.08.19 at 6.30pm.
She lives locally and was purchasing a couple of ready meals and custard tarts. The security guard all but stalked her around the store and when she left the self scan area after purchasing her shopping he stopped her inside the store, was belligerent and accused her of not paying for her shopping. She was distraught and humiliated and showed him her receipt and made her unpack her shopping while other shoppers looked on. No apologies, nothing
This has left my daughter who has fought discrimination all her life, she has made me proud with her independence. Yet your security guard in your store was allowed to get away with this behaviour and destroyed all the confidence she has built up. Btw she volunteers 1 day a week at a local NHS hospital and has an enhanced dbs, I wonder while he was busy humiliating my daughter how many shoplifters were missed. Utterly disappointing and disturbing for a supermarket chain to allow this behaviour in this day and age. I think I know the reason, she adopts a certain head posture to make the most of her vision and this made her look different. Terrible. I've spent my life in customer services and even I am utterly shocked this was allowed to happen. Have staff no awareness of disabilities. Beggars belief. Bad news travels faster than good and I will use all social media outlets to highlight this outrage.”
“worst website I've ever used! Simply wanted to activate my temporary card. There was no option to do this, instead the site directs you to a registration page that does not work.

“We bought a Lobster, crayfish,crab,mac and cheese ready meal from your "The Best" range today. Retail price £7-00 but reduced to £4-00 for quick sale. We were very disappointed with this meal. It was just macaroni cheese, where the luxury sea food was is a complete mystery to both my husband and myself!! I certainly won't be buying this item again and am only glad that we didn't pay full price for it!”
“What on earth is going on in their Dover store for goodness sake. Empty shelves of leading brands, bb dates mostly on day past or day concerned (food items that is). Fresh stuff non fresh (fruit especially). More and more self service checkouts with at least one more on the way. STAY AWAY from them. The only really good things about this store are ALL the checkout ladies who are paid peanuts it seems. Always running out of carrier bags too.”

“I ordered 10 platters of sandwiches today local store for a birthday party. The ordering was easy and the boxed sandwiches were there for me at the allotted time. The guests commented how fresh and tasty they were. I thought they were excellent value for money and an exceptional customer service thank you”
“On Sunday we travelled a far way to fill our safefil gas cylinders and fill our motor home with fuel. Although the website said closes at 5.00 we arrived at 4.45 to be told we could not have the fuel or gas and was told I should have gone somewhere else.
Phoned customer services on the Monday and h said he believed it was a training issue and had never heard of safefil. Another training issue I think. Offered me goodwill vouchers and when I said I was still not happy he said, “well I won’t offer them then”

He then said he would get the store manager to call me. Well I’m still waiting for that call!”
“Always check your bill at Morrisons Hoddesdon. Prices rung up at the checkout don’t always match the offer price on the shelves. Have complained about this several times by email and nothing gets done about it. Replies from customer service totally unsatisfactory. Have decided to stop at Aldi.”

“Poor customer service they make a lot of mistakes with poor quality items and if you complain they just make excuses. I've uploaded a screenshot of a great example of this when I purchased cookies which clearly had a bite mark in one of them from an in store bakery. But like I said this is just one example I have complained before about various other things and it's always the same a poor excuse from them. Got so sick of it I decided to write this review. “The Doughnuts in the Hereford Store are completely inedible just like undercooked lumps of dough with just a squirt of jam in the middle. Brought them in other Morrison’s stores and they were fine. Perhaps the person baking them needs a bit more training.”
“Nothing surprises me with this company. No idea about what should be where on shelves at times and empty ones too. Checkout ladies all getting less than £9 per hour for goodness sake. Avoid this company. The previous review says it all really.”
