“Every time I shop at Morrison's I find it so much cheaper than some of the other stores I visit. It's very rare that items I need aren't in stock. When I reached the checkout, Seb (Meadowhead, Sheffield) was really efficient at packing while at the same time remaining cheerful and friendly. As I have balance issues I needed a taxi to get me back home - a very simple to use freephone soon took care of that. The only way this store could be any better is if it had an in store pharmacy.”
“I visited Morrisons cafe on Thursday 13/10/16 with my granddaughter who requires a dairy free diet. The cafe staff could not have been more helpful. They were more than willing to check the ingredients in any foods we asked for, even though they were busy at the time. “I went into the Nottingham Gamston Morrisons store to try to buy FIFA 17.I was unable to find it so stopped a passing employee who turned out to be the store manager Dan.Unfortunately there was not one available so he tried extremely hard to find me one telephoning all the nearby stores and even their supplier.He took my details and when one was available the following day he telephoned me to say that there was one waiting for me.This was above and beyond his remit and I can not fault his excellent manner and customer service.So good to see there are still people that will go the extra mile.I would like to thank him.”

“I visited your Store in Wokingham this morning. I found the Store and staff very attentive and helpful. I made a small observation about the quality of Bananas and was immediately provided with replacements by Moses one of the Managers. I noticed that he was working the shop floor which gives me confidence that your Managers take a real interest in the customers. Some stores Managers wander about in suits, whereas you have people who are aware of your customers likes and dislikes. What a pleasant change.”

“I visited morrisons Chippenham a week ago. I was very happy with the experience, the store was clean, everybody was approachable and the offer were clear. I wanted something frozen that was on offer just didn't have the flavour I wanted so a very friendly 'Tiffany' stopped what she was doing (she was behind the pizza counter) went to the freezer to see if they had any in stock. It must of been a popular flavour as there was none left but overall great experience.”

“I visited your Jarrow Store on Tuesday evening around 5 o clock. I was looking for some Oat milk for my vegetarian daughter but could not find it in the milk section. One of your Morrisons staff called Kelly was walking past me and asked if I needed any help with anything. I explained that I was looking for Oat milk and she said that she thought it might be in the long life milk section. Although it wasn't there, she then proceeded to take me to the front of the store where the free from / Gluten free section was. To my delight she was able to locate the milk for me. Success! Well done Morrisons on employing friendly, helpful staff, able to go the extra mile without hesitation - and lots of smiles.”
“We use the Aylesbury store restaurant every Thursday afternoon and would like to commend Ashley (who we think is the manager) and his staff for the service and friendliness. We happened to miss going last week, and when we arrived for our meal this week expressed that they missed us and was everything alright. We just do not know any restaurant that give such a friendly service, always a smile to welcome us.

“Visiting Malton in North Yorkshire today I asked the gentleman who was collecting trolleys about using Morrisons Car Park and did we need to purchase a ticket.
He was so helpful, pleasant and cheerful, he informed us about parking procedures, shop opening hours and told us about the Food Festival that was taking place in Malton he also gave directions on how to get to the Food Market on foot. Thank you Chris for your help. will use Morrisons next time we are in Malton”
“We've used Morrisons home deliveries for over a year now and I can't recommend them enough. I can count the times I've had missing items or substitutions on one hand, and when you do get a substitution it's a decent one.
The drivers are polite and always on time - they ring if they're going to be early to ask if it's ok but it's never more than half an hour. When they were late once I got a call from the driver apologising and could track progress on the website.
The customer services team dealt with my only complaint (a leaky shower gel) with a quick no quibbles refund and I got a refund when I left a duf review for a product (my only duf review!) even though I didn't ask for it.
I really can't recommend them enough and after poor service from other supermarkets I won't use anyone else now.

“I have used morrisons home delivery twice, both arrived on time and drivers very friendly and helpful. My first delivery had NO substitutes which with other supermarkets there's always been at least 2! Second delivery just had one sub, it was cheese but sent a more expensive one, a different brand at the same price may have been better. All fresh produce had good dates on them, so no complaints here”
