Ordered Christmas specials. (MEAT & DE SSERTS) went to collect on Christmas eve straight from nights. Order totally wrong. I ordered turkey wrapped in pork crackling enough for 8 people got a piece that wouldn't have fed one person, I also ordered 2 gluten free chocolate logs, which was replaced by a Christmas cake??? This was last year. Would never order from them again they couldn't even be bothered to sort it out. Spoilt our Christmas Dinner.

Ordered my Christmas food from Morrisons online on the 30th October, went this morning (24/12) to collect my order and was told my dessert is not available and do I want a substitute. If I had wanted the substituted dessert, I would have ordered that instead of the one I ordered. Greatly disappointed, you would think ordering early the food you wanted, you would expect to get them.

I had such a good experience at Morrisons in Milton Keynes today. I was expecting the worst just a few days before Christmas, but the opposite was true. There were staff in almost every aisle willing to answer questions and help me find items. There was also at least one young man walking around with a banner saying, here to help. The staff I did speak to were friendly, polite and helpful; and did not make me wait until they had finished their own conversations or tasks. The lady on the till was pleasant and smiling, telling me to take my time and not rush. Paper bags for fruit and veg, plenty of car parking spaces, and to cap it all 10% discount for teachers. Thank you Morrisons.

Ordered Christmas shop, Morrisons claimed they had delivered. However, no delivery, when complained, Morrisons said they had canceled the order. We are Pensioners with limited means and must now wait three to five days to be re-embursed. No apology from Morrisons and now we will not be able to get our Christmas shopping. Well done Morrisons, Happy Christmas!!!

Second time in two different stores I have asked the butcher to mince lamb for me .....the excuse the first time was the machine has been cleaned ( 4pm in the afternoon on a Sunday!) The second time I was told they could not use the mincer on lamb as they had used it for beef ! ,I then asked the Manager (St Andrews store) to clarify the matter she just backed the butcher up , I can add more but what’s the point they obviously are not interested in negative reviews .

The Morrisons in Sutton Road Maidstone does not seem to have control on the number of customers going in. In the 1st lockdown they were very good keeping track but now and we are in tier 4 it has become very dangerous to shop in there with the absence of strict guidance and lack of control. Just reduce the number of people and get control before it gets any worse!

Absolute disappointment from delivery and stock through to customer service. I am still being charged for delivery pass even though it was cancelled 2 months ago. When I contact customer services I am told it is cancelled and no payments taken. They ask for evidence that it has been taken but I am unable to send images to their customer services email address. I am unable to cancel membership. Next point of call is the bank.

Went to Morrisons in Canterbury today and I have got to say It was a much better experience than in the other supermarkets in Canterbury. The store was not too busy, they had plenty of stock of everything and there where a lot of stuff keeping the shelves full. Fresh bread I brought was lovely and tasted very fresh. Every checkout was open so there were no ques. There was a lovely friendly young man called Liam on the checkout who didn't make me feel rushed and had a nice chat with me. Overall Its was a really nice experience and plan to keep doing my shopping there.

Sutton branch click and collect -terrible service. To begin with, I waited in the bay for 30 mins before staff turned up with my order and most of the mandatory items including milk have been removed my order. Ordered salmon for my main Christmas meal to be told they did not know how I preferred it to be cut, so they removed it from my order. There is no way for us to select our preference from the website. They should have called to check but none bothered. And this has happened twice in a row. I HAVE RUINED MY CHRISTMAS ORDER BY ORDERING WITH MORRISONS. 11 items and all poultry were removed from my order as they did not have it prepared in time (the staff told me) I wont waste my time again. Staff said the manager would call me to apologise. But none had bothered so far. And it's not gonna help anyway.

If I could give zero I would. Morrisons should be ashamed of themselves. Like thousands of other people, I have had my more vouchers stolen. I live in Northumberland and the vouchers that I had been saving towards my xmas shop were requested and spent in Sittingbourne, Kent. Some 330 miles away from where I live. Contacted Morrisons to receive the generic email which in a nutshell blamed me. They try to claim that customers are "allowing" their accounts to be hacked. Even though my password was unique to them, they refuse to investigate. They refuse to enter into any discussions. They refuse to refund. They refuse to accept any responsibility. They have stopped responding to emails. They have a serious breach in their security that I have since found has been going on for over 18 months. Despite Watchdog and Rip Off Britain investigating, they still will not help loyal customers to get back their stolen vouchers. I will never again shop in there. Disgusting!

1st and last time I will use the Click & Collect service. I placed a large wine order, 19 Crimes 1 x 1.5lt bag in a box at £14 each, 1 x 19 Crimes The Uprising Red Wine at £10 each, 3 x 19 Crimes Chardonnay at £6 each and 9 x 19 Crimes Red at £6 each, the total £105.15, the 15p is for the carrier bags. I did not get the 1 x 1.5lt bag in a box, 2 of 3 x Chardonnay, 2 x Uprising Red Wine (1 too many) and I didn’t get any of the 9 bottles of red wine but I did get 9 bottles of Chardonnay. In summary I didn’t receive 1 bag in a box at £14 and 1 bottle of Chardonnay at £6 = £20. I did get an extra bottle of Uprising at £10, therefore, my final bill should be reduced to £95.15. They only reduce the final payment to £99.54 so they still owe me £4.39 and I have 9 bottles of Chardonnay that I don’t want. I returned to the store today in Pontefract to get my 9 bottles swapped for what I ordered and try to have the £4.39 refunded to my credit card. An assistant from the click n collect department came out to see me. I fully and calmly explained to her the 4 errors made to my wine order. The assistant fully understood but needed to talk to her manager Richard who was in the warehouse to find a solution to my dilemma. Richard said there was no solution and they could not exchange the 9 bottles given in error or refund the £4.39 that was owed to me due to some calculation error. I think that this is unacceptable. I am not asking for anything which is not due to me – a simple exchange and a refund of the monies owed. I hope that we can come to an agreement and settle this issue promptly. Thank you.

Placed our first and last online order. When it arrived there were a number of lines (in stock when ordered) substituted amazingly for more expensive versions, 7 key lines crossed off which meant I them had to go shopping, broken eggs and a tub of chocolates charged for but missing. Made 2 complaints, 1 about the chocolates which they refunded and one for paying for such a poor service and having to go shopping for the lines they crossed off when they were in stock when ordered and they never bothered replying at all! Quality of meat poor when cooked as well. First and last time!

I am an ex meat and fish manager, I was treated like dirt and I was expected to treat my staff even worse. Constantly cutting staff hours during quite times and forcing them to do extra when busy. Despicable company. If only the general public knew how staff were treated they wouldn't shop their.

Many of your staff have worked tirelessly throughout the pandemic, they deserve to have boxing day off. Think people not profit for a change.

Love Morrisons @ Dumfries. Friendly, and very helpful staff. Queue checking and plenty of sanitising stations throughout the store. A vast selection of goods, from poppadoms to firelighters, but basics, such a sliced bread and tea bags always available. Reason for not 5 stars? Remind me not to buy their lamb steaks/chops again. Tough as tough! Farmer's wife here, and used to eating longer hung carcases. Too quick between the field to the market to the slaughter house to the buyer. Disappointed, several times. Will shop local for lamb, in future Apart from that, love the store!

I was in Morrisons last Saturday the 5/12/2020 I've already written to Morrisons regarding there social distancing rules which they seem to have abandoned they still haven't gotten back InTouch with me so I've emailed Nicola sturgeon regarding there failure to continue to enforce the social distancing rules that Nicola sturgeon have set out for the public to follow. I usually spend a lot of money in there each week but that's going to stop as from now.

I love shopping at Morrisons. How many stores offer fresh fish, not frozen, a great butchery counter where they will cut to order or coat spare ribs if there are none already done to your liking and best of all offer small joints of meat suitable for 1 person. Lovely to have roast lamb or beef that I can afford without loads of leftovers. And the staff in my local shop (Weymouth) are extremely friendly. Thanks so much!
