1st and last time I will use the Click & Collect service. I placed a large wine order, 19 Crimes 1 x 1.5lt bag in a box at £14 each, 1 x 19 Crimes The Uprising Red Wine at £10 each, 3 x 19 Crimes Chardonnay at £6 each and 9 x 19 Crimes Red at £6 each, the total £105.15, the 15p is for the carrier bags. I did not get the 1 x 1.5lt bag in a box, 2 of 3 x Chardonnay, 2 x Uprising Red Wine (1 too many) and I didn’t get any of the 9 bottles of red wine but I did get 9 bottles of Chardonnay. In summary I didn’t receive 1 bag in a box at £14 and 1 bottle of Chardonnay at £6 = £20. I did get an extra bottle of Uprising at £10, therefore, my final bill should be reduced to £95.15. They only reduce the final payment to £99.54 so they still owe me £4.39 and I have 9 bottles of Chardonnay that I don’t want. I returned to the store today in Pontefract to get my 9 bottles swapped for what I ordered and try to have the £4.39 refunded to my credit card. An assistant from the click n collect department came out to see me. I fully and calmly explained to her the 4 errors made to my wine order. The assistant fully understood but needed to talk to her manager Richard who was in the warehouse to find a solution to my dilemma. Richard said there was no solution and they could not exchange the 9 bottles given in error or refund the £4.39 that was owed to me due to some calculation error. I think that this is unacceptable. I am not asking for anything which is not due to me – a simple exchange and a refund of the monies owed. I hope that we can come to an agreement and settle this issue promptly. Thank you.

Placed our first and last online order. When it arrived there were a number of lines (in stock when ordered) substituted amazingly for more expensive versions, 7 key lines crossed off which meant I them had to go shopping, broken eggs and a tub of chocolates charged for but missing. Made 2 complaints, 1 about the chocolates which they refunded and one for paying for such a poor service and having to go shopping for the lines they crossed off when they were in stock when ordered and they never bothered replying at all! Quality of meat poor when cooked as well. First and last time!

I am an ex meat and fish manager, I was treated like dirt and I was expected to treat my staff even worse. Constantly cutting staff hours during quite times and forcing them to do extra when busy. Despicable company. If only the general public knew how staff were treated they wouldn't shop their.

Many of your staff have worked tirelessly throughout the pandemic, they deserve to have boxing day off. Think people not profit for a change.

Love Morrisons @ Dumfries. Friendly, and very helpful staff. Queue checking and plenty of sanitising stations throughout the store. A vast selection of goods, from poppadoms to firelighters, but basics, such a sliced bread and tea bags always available. Reason for not 5 stars? Remind me not to buy their lamb steaks/chops again. Tough as tough! Farmer's wife here, and used to eating longer hung carcases. Too quick between the field to the market to the slaughter house to the buyer. Disappointed, several times. Will shop local for lamb, in future Apart from that, love the store!

I was in Morrisons last Saturday the 5/12/2020 I've already written to Morrisons regarding there social distancing rules which they seem to have abandoned they still haven't gotten back InTouch with me so I've emailed Nicola sturgeon regarding there failure to continue to enforce the social distancing rules that Nicola sturgeon have set out for the public to follow. I usually spend a lot of money in there each week but that's going to stop as from now.

I love shopping at Morrisons. How many stores offer fresh fish, not frozen, a great butchery counter where they will cut to order or coat spare ribs if there are none already done to your liking and best of all offer small joints of meat suitable for 1 person. Lovely to have roast lamb or beef that I can afford without loads of leftovers. And the staff in my local shop (Weymouth) are extremely friendly. Thanks so much!

Please don't depend, or waste your time in contacting Morrisons Customer Services. Unfortunately, I can only presume the poor people on the end of the phone listening to complaints have their hands tied. I gave up in the end, my complaint about a humiliating experience at the Stone store went unresolved. Perhaps that's Morrisons strategy! Not particularly a good one if they lose customers because of it. It's no wonder many people prefer other supermarkets where they know if something goes wrong with a customer experience, they are listened to and things are put right. However, I do thank the many shop workers in all supermarkets and shops for putting their safety at risk for all their customers during this pandemic.

I hated my recent visit to Guiseley Store/Leeds with the 'free for all' attitude; there were no restrictions on numbers, people were queuing down the aisles to pay as it was so busy; therefore you couldn't get products from the shelves safely. Morrisons Manager attitude was that it is up to individuals to Safe Distance - it just wasn't possible with the number of people in store! I felt very vulnerable and unsafe at this time .... I shall not be returning!

We are currently in Tier 3 because of the Covid crisis......and yet in the last few weeks it been a bit of a free for all in Morrisons in Buxton. There is no monitoring of numbers in the shop, and little evidence of social distancing and that particularly includes the staff, who seem quite happy to walk up to you when you are looking for goods. The store is quite small, and now they have filled the ailse with Christmas lines in free standing boxes and baskets, turning the shop into an obstacle course and making it impossible for people to keep any reasonable distance part. The only time I feel safe in this store now is very early in the morning, when it is relatively quiet.

7 times I have got the meal deal, sandwich, snack and drink and 7 times the discount has not been taken off and seven times I have informed the appropriate people. This is immoral, illegal, incompetent and pretty disgusting. It is my local so will continue to shop there but wish I didn't.

Please check prices on offers advertised against what you are actually being charged. Ordered 2 bottles of lanson champagne great on offer should have cost 46.00 the invoice charge was 58.00 A nice little earner for Morrisons, or would have been had they been able to deliver it. Same delivery ordered 2 fillet steaks told they had been replaced with rib eye which were more expensive, on checking I don't have rib eye would you believe I have fillet again overcharged. I'll use Tesco in future, I don't need the hassle Not good enough Morrisons Internet shop.

The standard of the bakery team has certainly gone down, displaying grubby and discolored uniforms. This coupled with beards and the wearing of no face masks in a Covid environment does nothing to enhance the reputation of the supermarket

Although I work for a rival supermarket I sometimes shop with Morrison’s in Retford. I went today for the first time in a while and was super impressed by the cleanliness, organisation, efficiency, choice and general atmosphere in the store. Busy, cheerful staff, keeping the checkouts running smoothly - fresh food counters open and the new freshly baked pastries are a winner. I just had a Chunky Steak pie at two for £2.00 and it was perfect. The new layout of the store is also impressive. Well done everyone.

Went to Morrissons Cheadle Heath it was very busy but we all kept our distance. The woman on the checkout asked me to stand back fair enough although I thought I was already given plenty of room. I then had to reach in to get my shopping which was not pushed down when it was been checked coming close to her and she was not wearing a mask.

Basics no longer reliably available. No meatless burgers the last twice I visited. Also, Morrison's own Oat Milk which was brilliant is now horrid - sweet, thick and weird taste. I tried to review it - had to log in and then could not review - only shop. VERY frustrating. There is no point travelling 10 - 12 miles to nearest Morrisons if I can not get what I want and products change without warning / clear labelling. Such a shame.

I am really shocked with the lack of response to the current pandemic at Morrisons in Bath. It appears that very little is being done to keep customers safe from COVID-19. It is a complete free for all inside, no one is limiting customer flow at the entrance and the store is incredibly busy! I doubt environmental health would be pleased with the lack of safety measures in place. All they have done is added a few hand sanitiser stations and plastic screens at the checkouts but apart from this it’s a free for all! The store is generally unclean and very messy. The staff don’t really seem to care about the safety of customers or the state of the store in general. (Self service tills covered in grime and staff get very close to you) For some strange reason they also have lots of displays set up in the aisles which makes them narrower this harder to social distance. All in all I felt very unsafe inside the store!
