Two stars may be abit harsh, but they could learn a thing or two by looking at Tesco. The only problem with Tesco's is that you'll find it very hard to get a slot nowadays. In fact since March I have only been able to get one slot. Hence moving to Morrisons. Unfortunately, only one of my numerous orders has been correct. There will always be something missing, maybe this is unavoidable but what isn't unavoidable is them shipping out all of the short or even out of date produce to their online shoppers. Bread two days out of date when it arrived, salad and other perishables are always short date. Most of these just end up in the bin unopened. In addition, you will be charged in advance of the picking being done, so you will pay for wrong or sometimes missing items, and then have to wait for a week to be reinbursed. Surely they can charge you according to the till receipt! The drivers are always friendly and will take back any items you don't want. I have now started sending back any items that have a ridiculously short life, by that I mean hours after receiving them or one day when it's bloody obvious that the items could not possibly be consumed in one day.

Looked on the website to see the opening time for Morrisons Colindale was 09:30 only to be told on arrival at 10:00 that it was 11:00 only. Store is apparently only open for NHS staff until 11:00. I complained that the web site does not make this clear but the three security staff just shrugged and suggested that Morrisons were not responsible for their own website. Several other frustrated customers also turned away. This is really not good customer service no matter how you try and spin it. By the way, they actually had around zero customers. Fortunately there are other supermarkets...

Went shopping to the Bescot, Walsall store and even before I was able to enter the store there were no trolleys. After walking round the car park I alerted a member of staff who also had to walk around the car park to find one (but did eventually). Walking around was okay and got everything I needed but the queues were absolutely awful. I’m so glad I didn’t have my little one with me as I would have to turned back round and left. It’s clear staff on the shop floor are working hard and we all now there are COVID restrictions in place but I won’t be returning here as it was a really stressful experience.

Every week is mussing items most of the time not even sustitued which leaves you without, deliverys late, and not even getting the emails that tells you its gonna be late theyre supposed to, absolute mess. Take your money elsewhere.

Lots and lots of substitutes missing items damaged items and shear incompetence with customer service even continuing to take delivery saver payments that had been cancelled more than 8 emails complaining and trying g to get my wrongly taken payment refunded even the ceo office has been awful offered £20 refund that was never received all I want is my delivery payment refunded looks like now I have to contact trading standards I would hate to think this has happened to other people !!!

Delivered unwrapped, contaminated, out of date, unfrozen food. CEO and managers not interested or bothered about complaint. Customer service was disgusted and agreed full refund. Didn’t happen! Do not waste your money at Morrisons

Has an order booked between 11 and noon today, it is now 6pm and STILL waiting. I've had home deliveries for months and always on time. My opinion is taken on too many orders and can't fulfil their obligations

I visited the Morrison’s store Pakefield Lowestoft. I’m a key worker and unable to shop during the week. I was expecting a bad experience due to lockdown - queues, empty shelves etc. What I found was an absolutely well oiled machine. The shelves had been increased in height in all aisles and were stacked full. All checkouts were manned so there was little or no queues. Even though the butcher didn’t have what I wanted on display - he volunteered to make up what I needed and it was ready in the ten minutes I wandered around getting my other shopping. Instead of the stressful battle I expected - I had a very pleasant experience. I can’t thank you enough. Well done Morrison’s and thank you to all your workers.

I always shop at Morrison’s at carton Norwich but today we are in lockdown and the store was full of shoppers it was mad no staff people didn’t know how to qua for the tills. Please get things right as this is not how the government is saying to keep safe

I rang my order for Morrisons feeling apprehensive but was immediately put at ease by a friendly member of staff. Everything explained and order quickly taken. Our delivery man Ken is so kind and friendly brightens the day

Visited Morrisons Morecambe on Sunday 1st Nov, I asked a member of staff if there was any more sugar as the pallet was empty, he twice said he couldn't hear me when I am certain he could, he then replied that he had no idea, I then suspected he wasn't staff so asked him if he worked there, he shouted at me at the top of his voice and proceeded to walk off refusing to speak to me. So if you visit the Morecambe store, don't ask the middle aged tall balding man any questions, or you are likely to get told off. Rude beyond words.

I was apprehensive at ordering door step deliveries, but it was so easy. The girl who took my order explained how the system works. It was good to talk to someone when ordering my groceries; my order was delivered the next day by a very pleasant man. The order arrived packed very neatly in plastic bags, which were then placed in a green tray. Marvellous. Well done Morrisons.

At Morrisons in Saltney this evening 3/11/2920, I attended the petrol station in Saltney in desperate need to get air for my 4 car tyres on my car which had been tampered with. I have never used the air at petrol station in my 50 years. It’s was dark and late and a very kind and most amazing human being called Keith assisted me with my tyres and also showed me how the air system works. Thank you very much for your kindness and care. I shall never forget the kindness you showed me in my time of need. Thank you

Tried numerous times since beginning of Sept about £5 voucher code but it’s never been resolved now all phone lines and emails not acknowledged because they are FEEDING THE NATION! What a farce

I find butchers at Morrisons bramley extremely helpful each time we request a large piece of fillet steak they have always been very obliging and we have had this cut of steak for many years and it's still worth the price paid for.cannot falt the butchers I cannot believe the bad reviews they have had. The butchers do a brilliant job, keep going boys.
