“Has an order booked between 11 and noon today, it is now 6pm and STILL waiting. I've had home deliveries for months and always on time. My opinion is taken on too many orders and can't fulfil their obligations”
“I visited the Morrison’s store Pakefield Lowestoft. I’m a key worker and unable to shop during the week. I was expecting a bad experience due to lockdown - queues, empty shelves etc. What I found was an absolutely well oiled machine. The shelves had been increased in height in all aisles and were stacked full. All checkouts were manned so there was little or no queues. Even though the butcher didn’t have what I wanted on display - he volunteered to make up what I needed and it was ready in the ten minutes I wandered around getting my other shopping. Instead of the stressful battle I expected - I had a very pleasant experience. I can’t thank you enough. Well done Morrison’s and thank you to all your workers.”
“I always shop at Morrison’s at carton Norwich but today we are in lockdown and the store was full of shoppers it was mad no staff people didn’t know how to qua for the tills. Please get things right as this is not how the government is saying to keep safe”
“I rang my order for Morrisons feeling apprehensive but was immediately put at ease by a friendly member of staff. Everything explained and order quickly taken. Our delivery man Ken is so kind and friendly brightens the day”
“Visited Morrisons Morecambe on Sunday 1st Nov, I asked a member of staff if there was any more sugar as the pallet was empty, he twice said he couldn't hear me when I am certain he could, he then replied that he had no idea, I then suspected he wasn't staff so asked him if he worked there, he shouted at me at the top of his voice and proceeded to walk off refusing to speak to me. So if you visit the Morecambe store, don't ask the middle aged tall balding man any questions, or you are likely to get told off. Rude beyond words.”
“I was apprehensive at ordering door step deliveries, but it was so easy. The girl who took my order explained how the system works. It was good to talk to someone when ordering my groceries; my order was delivered the next day by a very pleasant man. The order arrived packed very neatly in plastic bags, which were then placed in a green tray. Marvellous. Well done Morrisons.”
“At Morrisons in Saltney this evening 3/11/2920, I attended the petrol station in Saltney in desperate need to get air for my 4 car tyres on my car which had been tampered with. I have never used the air at petrol station in my 50 years. It’s was dark and late and a very kind and most amazing human being called Keith assisted me with my tyres and also showed me how the air system works. Thank you very much for your kindness and care. I shall never forget the kindness you showed me in my time of need. Thank you”
“Online order delivered today on the Wirral well within the time slot I booked
Excellent transaction no problems and a very friendly helpful delivery driver
5*s Morrisons Thank you”
“Tried numerous times since beginning of Sept about £5 voucher code but it’s never been resolved now all phone lines and emails not acknowledged because they are FEEDING THE NATION! What a farce”
“I find butchers at Morrisons bramley extremely helpful each time we request a large piece of fillet steak they have always been very obliging and we have had this cut of steak for many years and it's still worth the price paid for.cannot falt the butchers I cannot believe the bad reviews they have had. The butchers do a brilliant job, keep going boys.”
“Covid safety! Not!
Morrisons have been a top retail for safety measures in place. Now we are facing another lockdown and the rules have gone backwards!
No queing system, people can now exit the same area as entrance, causing everyone to cross paths and be in close proximity to each other! This is just madness when it's about to be very busy the next few days!”
“Placed an order for online delivery. Sat waiting between 6pm and 8pm. Kept checking messages in case. At 8:06pm I received an email to say they had cancelled my order. No reason or comeback. I won't be ordering again from them.”
“Complained to Morrisons about significant overcharging at Edgbaston store and about points not being added to card and "Disappearance" of 5000 points each time reached 5000+
Strange ? or deliberate fraud by ???
Received 7 automated replies from customer services each promising to reply within 7 days...NO REPLY or explanation ever
received”
“The 10 items only till is useless unless you abide by the stipulation. I was in Morrison’s Leigh and a guy with a trolley with approximately 30 items was allowed to use the till. On asking a member of staff why she indicated that they were told to use it by the manager when it gets busy. I have 3 points
1. It wasn’t busy
2. It doesn’t help with the Covid-19 situation
3. Why have it when it doesn’t mean what it says
Very disappointed”
“No complaint on the delivery but packers and probably managers need training. I emailed customer services 2 or 3 times about bags being overloaded and raw and cooked foods being packed together. Even eggs arrived broken. Customer services replied to say they would let the depot know but nothing changed even though I told them that I am disabled. In my last email to them I asked for it to be forwarded to a manager higher up in the organisation and also to the manager at the depot. I asked for them to look at it with a review to improving their delivery service and to get back to me with the outcome. I did also inform them that I would use one of their competitors if they didn't get back to me. I'm not surprised but verydisappointed that I didn't even get acknowledgement of my email. I haven't used them since I sent my email which I hope they know. So with this and looking at other comments it's obvious that they do not care about customer service or satisfaction. Shame on you Morrison's.”
“Morrisons Lysander Road Bristol – avoid until Covid is gone. Today 31 October was comical if it wasn’t so serious. Morrisons seems to think it is a good idea for a young man to dress up as a clown attached to a red balloon and prance amongst the shoppers at the checkout. This guy was out of breath, not wearing a mask and up close and personal to numerous shoppers. A number of shoppers were uneasy and commented. I requested the manager to find out what kind of risk benefit logic was attached to this. In response, a young girl turned up claiming to be the manager with no badge or mask but plenty of attitude. But it’s Halloween was her reason. When I laughed out loud, she reverted to the argument that the guy was exempt because he has asthma and that was what Boris Johnson said. Two points of negligence there already. 1. Why have an ‘at risk’ doing that ‘clown job’ therefore increasing risk to him and 2. Why put shoppers at risk when he could be doing a more backroom role and another that could wear a mask could fulfil this extremely important task.
In fact, many of the staff were either not wearing masks (including the manager) or using them as lazy face nappies. The customer base for this store is older generation and it’s a pity Morrisons cannot comprehend that these lives are more important than shifting Halloween merchandise (the shelves of which by the way were empty). Obviously this pandemic is beyond the wit of Morrisons so I for one will be avoiding until it is over.”
“I love ordering online groceries with morrisons. Great order website easy to use. Excellent service throughout from order to delivery. I have a fractured spine and morrisons carry my shopping up to my door. I am so grateful. Thankyou to every one at morrisons from Mandy Green.”
